2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a heat insulation construction method for a concrete building, a construction method has been employed in which a heat insulation plate is installed without any gap in a room inside a formwork before concrete placement and then concrete is poured. However, in such a construction method, a seam between the adjacent heat insulating plates and a gap between the heat insulating plate and the wall are formed due to an impact at the time of placing the concrete and concrete flows into the concrete, and the heat conductivity in that portion is extremely large compared to the heat insulating plate. It has a drawback that the heat insulation efficiency is greatly reduced.

[0003] In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, a method of spraying urethane on the inner surface of the outer wall, the floor and the ceiling after the concrete is cast is generally used. Even if the heat insulation layer can be formed seamlessly by contacting, reacting and foaming and expanding the urethane raw material polyol and isocyanate spouted into a shape, the polyol and isocyanate are not completely foamed and hardened immediately after being sprayed on the spraying surface. It is difficult to grasp the spray thickness of the urethane after adhesion and foaming from the spray amount, and the sprayed thin liquid foams to increase the thickness, and the foamed shape is irregular, so the heat insulation is performed. The surface of the layer becomes uneven, and solidifies immediately after foaming. Therefore, the surface of the heat-insulating layer cannot be flattened by pressing it with an iron, etc. It is difficult to form a heat insulating layer, and thus such work requires skill, and the work environment is polluted because the toxic isocyanate is ejected in the form of a spray, and the worker is exposed to danger. Alternatively, there has been a disadvantage that the heat insulating material is scattered around and the work site becomes dirty, thereby deteriorating the work environment.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is based on the above-mentioned prior art, and in view of the problem that a heat insulating layer having an accurate and uniform thickness cannot be formed and the problem of a poor working environment, cement, adhesive, water and foam. A small mass of synthetic resin is kneaded to form a semi-solidified heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material is sprayed with a spray gun having a large diameter so that the heat insulating material adheres to the sprayed surface in a semi-solid state. The work can be done while visually checking the thickness of the heat-insulated material sprayed by the worker, and the surface of the heat-insulating layer can be made flat by pressing the surface of the heat-insulating layer with a trowel, etc. Thus, the above-mentioned drawbacks are not solved.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a heat insulating material according to the present invention, wherein the heat insulating material 1 comprises a cement 2, an adhesive 3, and a clogging prevention material (not shown). , And water (not shown) are kneaded with a small mass 5, 5a,... Of an expandable synthetic resin.
The paste is made of a viscous material such as BR and ethylene vinyl acetate, and the clogging prevention material reduces the resistance between the inner surface of the pressure feeding hose (not shown) to the spray gun (not shown) and the heat insulating material 1. , For example, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the small agglomerates 5, 5a... Are styrene foam beads (small spheres), or compression-molded styrene foam beads, rigid polyurethane foam, and crushed extruded styrene foam plates. It is a grain.

Next, a heat insulating construction method according to the present invention will be described. First, a semi-solidified heat insulating material 1 fed by a compressor (not shown) through a pressure feeding hose is ejected from a spray gun having a large diameter. Concrete, such as the inner surface of the outer wall, floor and ceiling, etc.
The heat insulating material 1 is directly sprayed to a required thickness on the spraying surface 6, which is a heat-treating surface, and the thickness of the heat insulating material 1 is maintained as sprayed on the spraying surface 6, and then the sprayed heat insulating material 1 is pressed down with a trowel or the like. Fixed to Jo, the operator since it can spray work while visually checking the thickness, which forms an insulating layer 7 of precise and uniform thickness.

In summary, the present invention relates to a concrete building
Interior finishing method, spraying concrete surface
Mix the cement 2, the adhesive 3, the clogging preventive material and water on the surface 6.
A base material 4 formed by combining them, a small lump 5 of a foamable synthetic resin,
The thermal insulation material 1 kneaded with 5a ... was sprayed to the required thickness.
Insulation of urethane etc. in the conventional spray construction method
Since the material foams after spraying, the spray thickness of the heat insulation layer
It is difficult to accurately grasp the
Styrofoam and urethane beads that have already been foamed
, Or small lumps 5, 5a ...
To use, the worker completes the work based on the spray amount of the heat insulating material 1
It is easy to grasp the thickness of the heat insulation layer 7 later, and
For example, from styrofoam and urethane as construction waste
As a waste material such as heat insulation board or cushioning material for packing
Small lumps 5, 5a, etc. obtained by pulverizing a pressed polystyrene or the like.
By using such waste materials, the effective use of resources
In addition, the blocking material is mixed with the heat insulating material 1.
As a result, the semi-solidified heat insulating material 1 is turned into a pressure feeding hose.
The resistance created when passing through the
Blockage can be prevented. Also, spray the heat insulating material 1 to the required thickness.
After setting, press it against the spraying surface 6 with a trowel, etc.
In addition to correcting the thickness to be uniform, it cures and hardens to form the heat insulating layer 7.
The conventional urethane spray construction method
As well as forming the heat insulating layer 7 seamlessly,
Since the thermal layer 7 can be spray-formed to a uniform thickness accurately, spraying work
It requires no skill and can be done easily and has a design insulation effect.
It can be used uniformly, and the heat insulating material 1 is semi-solid and adhesive
3 around, after spraying from spray gun
Adheres to the spraying surface 6 without scattering to the work environment
Can always be maintained satisfactorily. In addition, the adhesive 8
Is applied in a heaping state, and then the finishing material 9 is bonded and cut.
Finished because a space was formed between the thermal layer 7
The fixing means of the material 9 is an adhesive 8 which is applied after the heat insulating layer 7 is formed.
To the spraying surface 6 before spraying,
There is no need for fixing work such as fixing means.
Because the insulation 1 can be sprayed without regulation,
Simplification and shortening of time can be achieved . In addition, heaping state
Pressing the adhesive 8 applied with the finishing material 9 on the
8 is deformed, so that the finishing material 9 is installed.
Can be installed while adjusting to
No pre-installation work is required for installation in the installation process.
The finishing material 9 inevitably
Can be done. And the final finishing is the setting of the finishing material 9.
Not fixed by mortar application
Therefore, the practical effect is extremely large, for example, it can be easily carried out without a skilled worker .
