Although each has various features, it generally has poor foaming properties. For use in products that require foaming, such as foaming agents for dentifrice, kitchen detergents, skin care and hair care cosmetics, sodium lauryl sulfate etc. Since foaming is significantly inferior to anionic surfactants, foaming is not used alone, and at present, foaming is improved by using various additives or in combination with other surfactants.

However, in the study of the present inventors, sucrose fatty acid esters and ethylene oxides of higher alcohols have been proposed. Foaming is better than the adduct, but still not at a satisfactory level.

Is still not enough in its super-bubble power. However, when glucose octanoate and glucose decanoate are used together in a weight ratio of 95: 5 to 10:90, particularly 95: 5 to 30:70, they act unexpectedly synergistically and are used alone. In this case, it was found that a remarkable foaming power which was not seen in the case was exhibited, and that a good foam feeling was obtained. In this case, in the process for producing a glucose fatty acid ester described in WO 88/10147, the monoester content is usually 40 to 50% (% by weight, the same applies hereinafter), the diester content is 40 to 45%, and The above polyester content is 5-20
%, But such mono-, di-, and tri-polyesters are not mixed. Monoester content is 75% or more, especially 85% or more, and the ratio of monoester to diester is 100: 0-70: 30, especially 100: 0-80: 20
The present inventors have found that an activator having a higher foaming power can be obtained by using a glucose octanoate-glucose decanoate combination system (weight ratio), and the present invention has been accomplished.
以下、本発明につき更に詳しく説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

Is a hydrogen atom or an octanoic acid residue or a decanoic acid residue, and it is preferable that 75% or more, particularly 85% or more, of R 2 is a hydrogen atom. The glucose ester can be synthesized by a known method using glucose and octanoic acid, decanoic acid, alkyl esters having 1 to 8 carbon atoms such as methyl, ethyl and propyl, and halides thereof. Any method such as a pure chemical synthesis method using an acid, alkali or metal catalyst, and a method using an enzyme such as lipase may be employed. However, in all of these known methods, a monoester content is low, and an ester having a high polyester content of tri or higher is produced. Therefore, when obtaining a glucose ester having a high monoester content, fractionation and isolation after synthesis are required. It may take time. Therefore, in this regard, in the production of the monoester, a method using a thermostable lipase proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 1-210495 is preferably employed.
