2. Description of the Related Art In order to address the problem of environmental destruction that has become apparent in the field of industrial cleaning, various solutions have been studied, one of which is the field of water-based cleaning. . The present inventor has been participating in this field with great interest for some time, and some of the results of the research have already been published as Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-1357.
The cleaning means for such water cleaning mainly includes the energy of the water flow, the action of bubbles, and the cavitation effect accompanying the rupture thereof. However, the present inventor has found that it is necessary that the soil of the object to be cleaned must be sufficiently wet in both cases. That is, it is considered that the dirt adhering to the object to be cleaned swells when it gets wet, and is likely to peel off from the surface of the object to be cleaned. But water is get wet likeness hardly have substance among various liquids, thus likeness get wet
It considered that the flame had is to inhibit the water washing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a water cleaning method, in which an extremely fine mist-like cleaning liquid is adhered to an object to be cleaned in the air. It is said that a wetting step of bringing attached dirt into a wet state with the mist-like cleaning liquid and a cleaning step of spraying the cleaning liquid onto the dirt wet with the cleaning liquid to remove the dirt are simultaneously performed in parallel. We have taken measures.

In the case of Embodiment I, it is preferable to use a nozzle device as shown in FIG. This nozzle device has a water jet pipe 1 having a nozzle 2 for jetting a cleaning liquid mainly composed of water at a high pressure, and a space 3 surrounding the nozzle.
It has an injection cylinder 5 having an opening 4 at the tip and an air supply pipe 6 for supplying an airflow (which may be air) communicating with the base of the injection cylinder 5.

When the cleaning liquid is jetted from the nozzle 2 as a high-speed water flow, a negative pressure is formed in the space 3 surrounding the nozzle 2, and the negative pressure causes air to be suctioned from the air supply pipe 6 to vacuum the space 3. And collides with the high-speed water flow, and the droplets around the water flow L mix with the suction air, whereby a part of the cleaning liquid becomes extremely fine mist-like particles M. The particle size of the atomized particles M formed by mixing the two fluids of water and air can be 100 μm or less, and the particle size is 1 μm.
m or less can also be formed. Generally, nozzle 2

Wetting Step A high-speed water stream is jetted from the nozzle 2, and a part of the air and the water sucked around the nozzle 2 are mixed with each other to be jetted onto the workpiece W in a state where extremely fine mist particles M are formed. Then, the mist particles M collide with the object to be cleaned W together with the high-speed water flow L,
Fine mist particles M around the impact area P 1 of the high-speed water flow L to form a region P 2 attached. The mist of this cleaning liquid has a particle size of 1
Because it is an extremely fine particle of 00 μm or less,
After adhering to the dirt on the surface of the article W to be cleaned, it is hardly affected by the surface tension, so that it penetrates the dirt quickly and swells.

Cleaning Step When the high-speed water flow L of the cleaning liquid collides with the object W to be cleaned, it acts so as to remove dirt adhering to the surface by violent water hammer energy. If the dirt is not wet, it acts after it is wet, whereas in the case of the present invention, the wet and swelling dirt is peeled off one after another, so that the water hammer energy concentrates the peeling action. In addition, the cleaning efficiency is significantly improved.

[0010] The atomized particles M which perform the wetting process as described above
And the high-speed water flow for performing the cleaning step simultaneously act on the object to be cleaned, so that the entire object to be cleaned can be cleaned by moving either the object to be cleaned W or the injection cylinder 5. . In addition, a part of the air sucked in vacuum is mixed as bubbles in the high-speed water flow, cavitation occurs after collision with the object to be cleaned W, and fine vibrations are given to the dirt, thereby increasing the cleaning efficiency.

FIG. 2 shows a multi-cylinder rotation in which a plurality of injection cylinders 5 each having the nozzle 2 shown in FIG. 1 are radially combined, and the plurality of injection cylinders 5 rotate around a central axis 7. It is an illustration of a nozzle. In FIG. 2, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in FIG. 1, and detailed description is omitted. The nozzle shown in FIG. 2 also performs the wetting step and the cleaning step at the same time, and the same operation as described above can be obtained.

Wetting Step In the case of Example II, the atomizing head 8 is used to wet the object W to be cleaned in advance. The atomizing head 8 sprays atomized particles M having a particle size of 100 μm or less on the object to be cleaned W and attaches them to dirt as described above, and wets the entire surface of the object to be cleaned W (only necessary parts may be used). Make Q. This step is performed in a state where the object to be cleaned W is supported by a conveyor, a table, a chain hoist or the like.

Next, a cleaning step is performed. The cleaning step may be performed without changing the supporting position, or may be performed by moving the workpiece W to the cleaning position. Further, the washing step can be performed in the air or in a liquid. Even in the case of washing in a liquid, there is a remarkable effect because dirt which is hard to get wet by the surface tension of water is wetted in advance.

Cleaning Step The cleaning liquid is sprayed on the object to be cleaned which is wet by the mist particles M of the cleaning liquid, and the dirt swollen by the penetration of the mist particles is peeled off from the object to be cleaned. The injection of the cleaning liquid is performed using a nozzle device.
0 has a plurality of nozzles 9 as shown in FIG. This is formed radially as shown in FIG. 2 of the embodiment I, and it can be considered that the injection cylinder 5 for introducing air is removed therefrom.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a cleaning room, which is used when the object to be cleaned W is cleaned in a specific room. When the object to be cleaned W is immersed in the cleaning liquid L 'for cleaning, the cleaning liquid is stored in the cleaning chamber 12 in order to make the cleaning chamber 12 a cleaning tank. The cleaning liquid used in each of the above examples may be heated to an appropriate temperature.

In such a structure, the wetting step is performed in the form of a mist having a very fine particle diameter of 100 μm or less. It adheres to microscopic unevenness, penetrates particularly well into dirt of the object to be cleaned, and can reliably swell dirt. The penetrating action of the extremely fine mist particles is remarkable, and is sufficiently effective for oily dirt. Therefore, the effect of removing dirt in the cleaning step is significantly improved. As the particle size of the atomized cleaning droplets becomes smaller, they adhere to dirt and can be wetted well. However, as a result of the test, it has been found that the wetting action is reduced when the upper limit is much larger than 100 μm.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, dirt adhering to an object to be cleaned becomes remarkably easily wetted by water due to permeation of mist-like particles. Since the particles quickly swell the dirt and are easily separated from the object to be cleaned by spraying the cleaning liquid, the efficiency of water cleaning mainly using water is remarkably improved,
This has the effect that more rapid and high-performance water cleaning can be performed.
