CONSTITUTION:A jet nozzle 5 is provided to one side surface of a washing tank 1 having a washing soln. W received therein and the washing soln. in a storage tank 2 is sucked through a filter 3 by operating a washing soln. pump 4 to be supplied to the jet nozzle 5 under pressure and injected to the work 7 immersed in the washing soln. W from the jet orifice 5C of the jet nozzle 5 to wash the work 7. In this case, when the diameter of the jet orifice 5C is set to (d), the distance between the orifice end part 5B of the jet nozzle 5 and the work 7 is set to 5d-20d and the ratio P of the diameter (d) of the jet orifice and the diameter D of the work 7 is set to 3 or more. By this constitution, the energy of the cavitation of the washing soln. injected into the washing soln. is effectively used to enhance washing capacity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a bottomed cleaning tank capable of storing the cleaning liquid W therein, and the cleaning liquid W in the liquid storage tank 2 is supplied and stored therein. The cleaning liquid W in the liquid storage tank 2 is pressurized by the cleaning liquid pump 4 through the filter 3, and the cleaning liquid W is jetted and supplied from the jet nozzle 5 opening in the cleaning bath 1, while the upper portion of the cleaning bath 1 is provided. The cleaning liquid W which has reached the above position flows back into the liquid storage tank 2 through the overflow passage 6. Injection nozzle 5
The embodiment is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The injection nozzle 5 is a cleaning liquid injection passage 5A (cleaning liquid pump 4 on the left side in FIG. 2).
Cleaning liquid W is pressurized and flows in, and the cleaning liquid W is sprayed into the cleaning tank 1 through a spray hole 5C opening at an opening end 5B formed on the right side. In addition, in the embodiment of the injection nozzle 5 shown in FIG.
An injection hole 5 which is open at D and extends to the cleaning liquid injection path 5A
C is opened in the recess hole 5D. That is, the opening end 5B of the injection nozzle 5 may be opened in the cleaning tank 2, and the opening of the injection hole 5C into the cleaning tank 1 may be opened via the recess hole 5D. The injection nozzle 5 in FIG. 1 used the example shown in FIG. Reference numeral 7 denotes a work to be cleaned, which is supported by a work support 8, and the portion of the work 7 to be cleaned faces the injection hole 5C of the injection nozzle 5 and the work 7 is rotated or linearly moved by the work support 8. Is moved in the direction.

According to the above, the work 7 is the work support 8
Which is supported in the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 1 and is arranged to face the injection hole 5C of the injection nozzle 5 and is pressurized from the injection hole 5C of the injection nozzle 5. W passes through the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 1 and the workpiece 7
Cavitation bubbles are generated due to friction during this period. This cavitation bubble is generated by the injection hole 5
It is destroyed at a constant distance from C to generate a large impact pressure, and the foreign substances on the work 7 are completely removed by this impact pressure and the physical direct force of the sprayed cleaning liquid W. The foreign matter removed during the cleaning is directed to flow upward in the cleaning liquid W together with the bubbles remaining after the cavitation action, and is discharged into the overflow passage 6 from the upper opening 1A of the cleaning tank 1. Therefore, even when the work 7 is taken out from the cleaning tank 1 after a certain time (for example, about 10 seconds) has passed, the work 7 is less likely to pass through the cleaning liquid W containing foreign matters, so that good work cleaning can be performed. did it.

In the above cleaning apparatus, the inventor of the present invention conducted various cleaning tests, and as a result, the injection nozzle 5
Is further improved by appropriately selecting the ratio L of the distance L from the opening end 5B of the workpiece 7 to the workpiece 7, the diameter d of the jet hole 5C of the jet nozzle 5 and the diameter D of the workpiece 7 facing the jet hole 5C. It has been found that a cleaning effect for a different work can be obtained. First, it has been found that the distance L from the opening end 5B of the jet nozzle 5 to the work 7 is preferably in the range of 5d to 20d. (D is the diameter of the injection hole 5C of the injection nozzle 5.) That is, when the distance L is less than 5d, the physical direct injection force of the cleaning liquid W injected from the injection hole 5C is large but effective cavitation. It is difficult to use the action and the work support 8 is used to receive the strong direct spray of the cleaning liquid W.
It is necessary to strengthen the support of the work 7 by the above method, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of the cleaning effect of the work 7 and the manufacturability of the apparatus. If the distance L is 20 d or more, the cavitation action of the cleaning liquid W sprayed from the spray holes 5C tends to decrease, and the size of the entire apparatus becomes large, which is not preferable.

On the other hand, the diameter d of the injection hole 5C of the injection nozzle 5

[Equation 2] (Foreign matter removal length B is shown in FIG. 5) Such removal efficiency A
According to the above, the foreign matter is effectively removed as the value increases. The result of the above test is shown in FIG. According to FIG. 4, the diameter d of the injection hole 5C is 1.5 m.
When P is less than 3, the removal efficiency A of the foreign matter sharply decreases regardless of m, 2 mm or 2.5 mm, and P is 3
From the above, it was found that excellent foreign matter can be removed. If the work 7 has a complicated shape, the work 7

As described above, according to the work cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the distance L between the opening end of the injection nozzle and the work is 5d to 20 with respect to the diameter d of the injection hole of the injection nozzle.
By setting the range of d to be 3 and the ratio (D / d) of the diameter d of the injection hole and the diameter D of the work facing the injection hole of the work to be 3 or more, the energy of the cavitation of the cleaning liquid injected into the cleaning liquid is set. It is possible to make full use of the cleaning device, more effectively clean the work, and make the cleaning device manufacturable and the entire device compact.
