Reference numeral 1 denotes a bottomed cleaning tank capable of storing the cleaning liquid W therein, and the cleaning liquid W in the liquid storage tank 2 is supplied and stored therein. The cleaning liquid W in the liquid storage tank 2 is pressurized by the cleaning liquid pump 4 through the filter 3, and the cleaning liquid W is jetted and supplied from the jet nozzle 5 opening in the cleaning bath 1, while the upper portion of the cleaning bath 1 is provided. The cleaning liquid W which has reached the above position flows back into the liquid storage tank 2 through the overflow passage 6. Injection nozzle 5
Is the cleaning liquid inflow passage 5A connected to the cleaning liquid pump 4 and the cleaning tank 1.
An injection hole 5B for injecting the cleaning liquid W into the inside,
In this example, the injection side end portion 5C at the upper end in the figure
The injection hole 5B opens. Therefore, the cleaning liquid W in the liquid storage tank 2 pressurized by the cleaning liquid pump 4 is transferred to the cleaning liquid inflow path 5A.
It flows into the inside and is injected into the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 1 through the injection hole 5B opening at the injection side end portion 5C. The injection hole 5B
You may provide a recess hole in the injection side of. Reference numeral 7 is a work to be cleaned, an example of which is shown in FIG. The work 7 is provided with a hole 7A therein, and one side of the hole 7A is opened to one end 7B of the work 7. In this example, the hole 7A is opened to the other end 7D on the other side by the small hole 7C.
May be a blind hole. Furthermore, the hole 7A may have a groove shape or a chamber shape and is not limited to that shape. In short, the hole 7A is a general term for a concave portion.
And, this work 7 is the work support 8 in FIG.
It is supported in the up-down direction by means of which the hole 7A opened at one end 7B of the work 7 is opposed to the jet side end 5C where the jet hole 5B of the jet nozzle 5 is opened. Further, the outer diameter E of the ejection side end portion 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 is equal to the hole 7A of the work 7.
The diameter is set to be smaller than the diameter D of 5 to allow the injection side end portion 5C to enter the hole 7A of the work 7.

It was found that the cleaning effect in the hole 7A formed in the work 7 can be improved by doing so. That is, the opening end 7 of the hole 7A of the work 7 toward the injection nozzle 5 side.
When the distance L between B (this corresponds to one end 7B where the hole 7A of the work 7 is opened) and the ejection side end 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 is changed, the foreign matter removal rate in the hole 7A of the work 7 is I confirmed that it changed. Here, the hole 7A of the work 7
The distance L between the opening end 7B toward the ejection nozzle 5 side and the ejection side end portion 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 is equal to the ejection hole 5B of the ejection nozzle 5.
0d means that the ejection side end portion 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 and one end 7B of the work 7 are in the same height state, while + 5d, + 10d ... Distance + L between the jet side end 5C and one end 7B of the work 7
Is present, while -5d means that the injection nozzle 5
The injection side end 5C of the work 7 has entered the hole 7A from the one end 7B of the work 7, and when the injection side end 5C of the injection nozzle 5 enters the hole 7A of the work 7 in this example, The work support 8 that supports 7 was moved downward to cause the hole 7A of the work 7 to enter the ejection side end 5C of the ejection nozzle 5. In FIG. 1, the state indicated by the solid line of the work 7 is a state where the distance is + L (that is, + d), and the state indicated by the dotted line of the work 7 is a state where the distance is -L (that is, -d). It is a thing.

FIG. 3 shows a test result of the foreign matter removal rate in the hole 7A of the work 7 when the distance L between the opening end 7B to the side and the ejection side end portion 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 is changed. Here, the foreign matter removal rate will be described with reference to FIG. That is, as the foreign matter removal rate increases, the foreign matter can be removed, and the foreign matter removal rate 1 indicates that the foreign matter to be removed in the hole 7A can be completely removed. Also, the solid line in the figure shows the injection pressure of the cleaning liquid W from the injection nozzle 5 at 16 kg / cm @ 2, and the dotted line shows the injection pressure at 10 kg / cm @ 2. According to the above test results, the opening end 7B of the hole 7A of the work 7 toward the jet nozzle 5 side and the jet side end portion 5C of the jet nozzle 5
And the distance L to is + L (eg + 15d, + 10d, +5
It is understood that the foreign matter removal rate in the hole 7A increases as the distance moves from d) to -L (-2.5d, -5d). That is, in a state where the ejection side end portion 5C of the ejection nozzle 5 enters the hole 7A of the work 7, the ejection side end portion 5C
When the cleaning liquid W pressurized from the injection hole 5B opening at the position is sprayed into the cleaning liquid in the hole 7A of the work 7, cavitation bubbles are generated in the hole 7A of the work 7. The cavitation bubbles are destroyed in the hole 7A of the work 7 to generate a large impact pressure, and the impact pressure and the physical direct force of the sprayed cleaning liquid W are directly applied to the hole 7A of the work 7. By effectively and effectively operating, the foreign matter in the hole 7A of the work 7 is favorably removed. Then, the removed foreign matter, together with the bubbles remaining after the cavitation action, has one end 7B of the hole 7A of the work 7 or the small hole 7C.
It is discharged into the cleaning tank 1 via. Either the jet nozzle 5 or the workpiece 7 may be moved so that the jet side end portion 5C of the jet nozzle 5 enters the hole 7A of the workpiece 7, and the jet nozzle 5 or the workpiece 7 is further rotated during cleaning. Alternatively, it may be moved in a linear direction (including reciprocating motion).

たものである。As described above, according to the present invention, the injection side end portion of the injection nozzle, in which the injection hole is opened, is inserted into the hole formed in the work, and is opened at the injection side end portion of the injection nozzle. Since the cleaning liquid W sprayed from the spraying hole is sprayed toward the hole of the work through the cleaning liquid, the energy of cavitation can be effectively applied to the hole of the work, and thus the foreign matter in the hole of the work Can be effectively removed by washing.
