DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Technical field to which the invention pertains This invention relates to, for example, an automatic teller machine used for banking business, which takes in a banknote deposited by a customer and stores the banknote in accordance with a withdrawal command. The present invention relates to a bill processing device having a function of discharging a bill to a customer. (B) Conventional technology The automatic teller machine of the above-mentioned example was generally configured as shown in FIG. That is, for the deposited banknote, it is sent from the deposit / withdrawal port 30 to the temporary storage unit 32 through the discrimination unit 21, and the banknote is passed through the discrimination unit 31 again when the transaction is completed, and the denomination box 33, 34, The banknotes are stored in the collection box 35, and the damaged banknotes that are torn or stained or the banknotes that cannot be discriminated are collected in the collection box 36. At the time of withdrawal, the banknotes fed from the denomination boxes 33, 34, 35 are discharged to the deposit / withdrawal port 30 through the discrimination unit 2. By the way, in this type of automatic teller machine, for example, prior to the start of business, a distribution box 37 containing bills of denominations to be mixed is set, and each denomination box 33, 34 is set using a transport path inside the device. , 35 to distribute banknotes. In this case, the bills in the distribution box 37 are sent to the discriminating unit 2, and the denomination boxes 33, 34,
Fits in 35. In addition, the above-mentioned defective banknotes or non-discriminable banknotes (hereinafter referred to as collected banknotes) are collected in the collection box 36.
Will be collected. However, according to this, collected bills generated at the time of distribution,
There is a problem that the number of bills in the distribution box 37 cannot be determined because the collected bills generated during the normal transaction with the customer are mixed in the collection box 36. Like two stacked bills,
There is also a problem that some banknotes themselves are good banknotes and these banknotes cannot be used. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention is capable of clearly discriminating between a collected bill generated at the time of distribution and a collected bill generated at the time of a normal transaction with a customer, and is unable to determine a denomination generated at the time of distribution. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bill processing device capable of increasing the operational efficiency of bills by being able to redistribute bills. (D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a distribution box for storing banknotes of mixed denominations, a denomination box for storing banknotes by denomination, a collection box for collecting collected banknotes, An apparatus including a bill transport path connecting a deposit and withdrawal port, and a discriminating unit provided in the bill transport path for discriminating bills, wherein the collection box collects collected bills generated during a transaction with a customer. A banknote processing device set in a collecting unit for collecting banknotes in which the denomination and denomination generated at the time of distribution are collected when distributing stored banknotes from the distribution box to the denomination boxes. It is characterized by. (E) Function According to the present invention, the collected bills generated during the transaction with the customer are collected in the collection box for the transaction, and the collected bills generated during the distribution are distributed from the distribution box to the denomination box. What the banknotes have determined that the denomination is indistinguishable by the discriminating unit, that is, the banknotes of which the denomination is indistinguishable are returned to the deposit and withdrawal port, and with the collection box and the deposit and withdrawal port, the collected bills generated in normal transactions, Separated from collected bills generated at the time of distribution. (F) Effects of the invention Therefore, the collected banknotes at the time of transaction and the banknotes with bad denomination at the time of distribution can be clearly distinguished by the collection box and the cash slot, and the number of banknotes at the time of transaction and the banknote at the time of distribution. The number of sheets can be accurately determined. Recovered banknotes can be roughly classified into bad banknotes that are broken or soiled and are not suitable for distribution, and banknotes that cannot be denominated. This is a bad delivery and the banknote itself is a good banknote.Of the collected banknotes returned to the cash slot at the time of distribution, it is possible to redistribute these good banknotes using the cash slot or the distribution box. There is a merit that a larger number of bills can be distributed and the operational efficiency of the bills can be improved. (G) Embodiment of the Invention Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an automatic teller machine in which bills inserted into the deposit / withdrawal port 1 are guided to a discriminating section 2 through a first transport path a, and then to a pool section 3 through a second transport path b. I will In addition to the denomination discriminating function, the discriminating unit 2 has a function of discriminating whether or not a bill passing therethrough is a defective banknote that is a cause of collection (whether the banknote is torn or soiled) and a function of collecting the banknote. It has a function of identifying whether or not the banknote is a delivery mistake banknote (whether there is skew, take-out, or deviation). If there is a defective banknote when the deposited banknote is once taken into the pool unit 3, the banknote is returned to the deposit / withdrawal port 1 through the third transport path c without being sent to the pool unit 3 once. The fourth transport path d is for letting the banknotes once fed out of the pool section 3 pass through the third transport path c and again on the first transport path a to reach the discrimination section 2. The first transport path a is selectively communicated with the second transport path b and the fifth transport path e by the flapper 4, and the re-identified bill is sent to the fifth transport path e. A box 5 for a 1,000-yen bill, a box 6 for a 5,000-yen bill, and a box 7 for a 10,000-yen bill are arranged in the fifth transport path e, and bills are stored in any of the denomination boxes according to each denomination. However, a collection box 8 and a distribution box 9 are provided separately from the money type boxes 5, 6, and 7. At the entrances of these boxes 5 to 9, flappers 10 to 14 for communicating with and blocking from the fifth transport path e are equipped, and at the entrances of the denomination boxes 5, 6, and 7, bills distributed to these are inserted. Counters 15, 16, and 17 for counting the number of captures are provided. FIG. 2 is a control circuit diagram of the mechanism of FIG. 1. At the time of distribution, count values from counters 15, 16, 17 are input to the CPU 18 via the I / O interface 19, and those values are stored in the memory 20. . In addition, the CPU 18 operates various actuators 22 via the driver 21 in response to the discrimination signal from the discrimination unit 2 to switch the flappers 4, 10 to 14 and the like, thereby selecting a bill conveyance route. FIG. 3 is a flowchart for explaining the processing operation at the time of distribution. That is, in step n1, it is determined whether or not bills are stored in the distribution box 9 for distribution. Otherwise, no distribution takes place. If there is a bill, the bill is fed from the distribution box 9 to the first transport path a in step n2, and the discriminating operation is performed in step n3 when passing through the discriminating unit 2. According to the respective denomination determinations in steps n4, n5, and n6, the one corresponding to any one of the denominations is sent to the corresponding denomination store via the fifth transport path e, and the steps n7, n
At 8, n9, the number of stored sheets is added, and at steps n10, n1
In steps n13, n14, and n15, bills are stored in predetermined boxes by the flappers 13, 12, and 11 communicating the fifth transport path e with the denomination stores 5, 6, and 7, respectively. However, for banknotes of which denomination cannot be determined, ie, banknotes having a collection cause, which did not correspond to any of the determinations in steps n4, n5, and n6, the flapper 4 is switched and the first transport path a is moved to the third transport path. The collected bills are returned to the deposit / withdrawal port 1 in step n16, communicating with the path c. As a result, even if the number of distributed sheets X is unknown, the counter 1
Assuming that the numbers of bills counted by 5, 16, and 17 are A, B, and C, the number Y of collected bills returned to the deposit / withdrawal port 1 can be easily known, so that the number of distributed bills can be accurately calculated by X = A + B + C + Y.
