Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the heat exchanger excellent in high pressure resistance by providing a small diameter part having an outer peripheral shape to fit the header inner periphery and a large diameter part able to interpose in a notched part and inserting and arranging a ring member for reinforcing a header where a heat exchange medium flowing hole is provided in the central part. CONSTITUTION:Since the heat exchange medium flowing hole 11c is formed on the central part of the ring member 11 for reinforcing the header, a heat exchange medium flows in the header 3 through the flowing hole. In addition, since the above-mentioned ring member 11 is inserted and arranged in the header 3, and joined and integrated thereinto, it functions so as to check the extension of the header 3. Accordingly, the header is prevented from being destroyed from a butted part and the pressure withstanding force is improved. By this method, assembly operation is very easy and productivity can be improved.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in a heat exchanger provided with a header formed of such a hollow molded pipe, even if the thickness of the header is increased, the abutting joint portion has a weak point of strength. Therefore, when a high internal pressure equal to or more than a predetermined value acts, there is a possibility that the joint may be broken, for example, 150 kg / cm
There was a problem that it could not be used as a condenser that required high pressure resistance of about 2 or more.

That is, the present invention is a heat exchanger in which flat tubes and fins of a predetermined length are alternately stacked, and a pair of hollow headers are connected and connected to both ends of the tubes. Alternatively, a double-sided brazing sheet is formed into a cylindrical shape in which the both side edges are joined together, and a hollow molded pipe to which the side edges are joined is used, and a circumferential direction is provided at an appropriate position on the header. While the notch portion is formed, it has a small-diameter portion having an outer peripheral shape that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the header, and a large-diameter portion that can intervene in the notch portion, and a heat exchange medium circulation hole is formed in the center portion. The provided header reinforcing ring member abuts the small-diameter portion outer peripheral surface against the header inner peripheral surface and fits into the header from the cut portion with the large-diameter portion interposed in the cut portion. Is, wig A heat exchanger, characterized in that are integral with it is an gist.

Effect of the Invention In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, as a header, a single-sided or double-sided brazing sheet is formed into a cylindrical shape in which both side edges are joined together, and the side edges are joined. While a hollow molded pipe is used, a cut in the circumferential direction is formed in the header, while a small-diameter portion having an outer peripheral shape that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the header and a large-diameter portion that can be interposed in the cut portion. And, a ring member for header reinforcement having a heat exchange medium flowing hole protruding in the center portion, an outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion is brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the header, and a large diameter portion is cut into the cutout portion. Is inserted into the header from the cut portion in a state where the header is interposed, and is integrated by brazing. Therefore, the swelling of the header accompanying an increase in the pressure inside the header is performed by the reinforcing ring member. Is blocked, Thus, it is possible to provide a heat exchanger excellent in high pressure resistance, in which the header is not likely to be broken from the joint.

1. A heat exchanger in which flat tubes and fins of a predetermined length are alternately stacked, and a pair of hollow headers are connected and connected to both ends of the tubes. A double-sided brazing sheet is formed into a tubular shape in which the both side edges are joined together, and a hollow molded pipe to which the side edges are joined is used. While the cut portion is formed, it has a small-diameter portion having an outer peripheral shape that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the header and a large-diameter portion that can be interposed in the cut portion,
A header reinforcing ring member having a heat exchange medium circulation hole formed in the center thereof has a small-diameter portion outer peripheral surface abutting against the header inner peripheral surface, and a large-diameter portion interposed in the cut portion. A heat exchanger, wherein the heat exchanger is fitted into the header from the cutout portion and is integrated by brazing.
