DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Utilization] The present invention relates to a method for producing a toilet paper coated with a fragrance. [Prior Art] Conventionally, as a means for imparting a fragrance to a toilet, a means for installing a liquid or solid fragrance has been adopted, but when the fragrance disappears, it takes time to replenish the fragrance. It was a thing. Therefore, in recent years, a method for producing a toilet paper has been proposed in which an aroma can be easily obtained by applying an aromatic agent to the paper tube of the toilet paper. As an example of such a manufacturing method, a method of applying microcapsules having an aromatic property to the inner surface of a paper tube (Shukai 55-77493
No.) and a method in which the inner surface of the paper tube is coated with paradichlorbenzine having an aroma (Shokai 56-111890). [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in all of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, an aromatic agent is applied to the inner surface of the paper tube. In this state, it is necessary to apply the fragrance and then process it into a paper tube. However, this method takes a considerable amount of time to reach the product after the application of the fragrance, and the fragrance is dissipated during that time.
Further, since the inner surface of the paper tube receives a strong frictional force by the core rod that supports the toilet roll when the paper is wound, the aroma effect is also dissipated. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a toilet paper that emits an appropriate aroma over a long period of time. [Means for Solving the Problems] A means for solving the above problems and achieving the object of the present invention is to wind the paper tube supplied from the paper tube group of the toilet paper by the paper tube supply device. The liquid aromatic substance is applied to the outer surface of the paper tube during the supply to the device, and the toilet paper is started to be wound around the paper tube in the toilet paper winding device within 2 minutes after the application. . (Operation) In the present invention, since the aromatic agent is applied to the outer surface of the paper tube, the aromatic agent can be applied from the stock position of the paper tube to the winding device before supplying and winding the paper tube,
Very easy to apply. Also, immediately after applying the fragrance,
That is, since the toilet paper is wound within 2 minutes and the outer surface of the paper tube is covered with the toilet paper by covering the outer surface with the toilet paper, there is almost no dissipation of the air freshener, resulting in a slow transpiration rate and a long-term A moderate fragrance can be maintained. In general, this kind of fragrance is dissolved in a solvent, and although the fragrance component remains after the solvent is volatilized, the ratio of entrainment during evaporation of the solvent is high, and in this sense, within 2 minutes after application. It is important to cover with toilet paper. [Examples] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by examples with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic explanatory view of a toilet paper manufacturing method according to the present invention. In general, when manufacturing a roll type toilet paper, in the same figure, a large number of long paper tube groups 1 are stocked and supplied from a paper tube supply device 2, and the paper tube 1 supplied is passed through a paper tube conveyance line 3. Then, the toilet paper 6A conveyed to the paper winding device 5 and supplied from the original roll 6 is wound around the paper tube 1 as the core. Thereafter, this long toilet paper is cut into a predetermined product length size by a cutting device (not shown). In the present invention, the fragrance is applied to the outer surface of the paper tube 1 by the fragrance applying device 4 immediately before winding the paper 6A. FIGS. 2 to 6 show specific examples of the fragrance applying device for this purpose. In the example of FIG. 2, the coating belt or rope is immersed in the aromatic liquid 8 and then contacted with the upper surface of the paper tube 1 for a certain period of time to continuously apply the aromatic material to the outer surface of the paper tube. In FIG. 3, the same operation is performed from the lower surface of the paper tube. FIG. 4 shows a roll transfer type coating device in which the fragrance liquid 8 is once attached to the roll 9, which is further attached to the roll 9 ', and the excess amount is attached to the doctor blade 10
After being wiped off with, the fragrance is applied to the outer surface of the paper tube 1 by the roll 9 '. In FIGS. 5 and 6, unlike the above-mentioned coating method, the aromatic 8 is sprayed from the lower surface and the upper surface of the paper tube 1 through compressed air through the nozzle 11. The paper tube feeder 2 used in the present invention stores a group of long paper tubes 1 on an inclined table, and every time the paper tube 1 is supplied to the conveying line 3, the next paper tube is automatically supplied. The structure is such that Further, the winding device 5 is provided with a cutter (not shown) that cuts the raw paper roll 6 of the toilet paper after winding it for a predetermined length. In the region, after the toilet paper 6A from the original fabric roll 6 is wound, it is traversed in a short length by the slitter every roll, so that there is the fragrance in at least one roll, It is necessary to apply the fragrance liquid over substantially the entire length of the stage. Hereinafter, an experimental example will be shown to clarify the effect of the present invention. (Experimental example) When the application position of the fragrance is changed between the inside and outside of the paper tube,
And when changing the time until the paper starts to be wound on the paper tube after the application of the fragrance, each of the toilet rolls was manufactured, and the fragrance intensity of each of these toilet rolls was evaluated by 20 people on a 4-point scale shown in Table 1. It was evaluated by. The strength of the fragrance was evaluated immediately after wrapping the paper, one week later, and two weeks later. First, Table 2 shows the experimental results when the application position of the fragrance is changed between the inside (comparative example) and the outside (example of the present invention) of the paper tube.
In this experiment, both the present invention example and the comparative example
Immediately after applying the fragrance, the paper was wrapped. The values in the table are all averages of the evaluations of 20 monitors. As is clear from Table 2, according to the present invention, the toilet roll produced by applying the perfume on the outer side of the paper tube and winding the paper immediately after the application of the perfume is capable of maintaining an appropriate aroma for a long period of time. You can
On the other hand, in the comparative example in which the perfume is applied to the inside of the paper tube,
The intensity of the fragrance was weakened to such an extent that it was hardly smelled after 1 week from the paper wrapping, and was weakly smelled after 2 weeks. Next, Table 3 shows the experimental results when the time until the paper starts to be wound around the paper tube after application of the fragrance is changed.
In addition, all the samples in this experiment were prepared by coating a perfume on the outside of the paper tube. The values in the table are all averages of the evaluations of 20 monitors. As is clear from Table 3, when the time taken to start winding the paper on the paper tube after the application of the fragrance is within 2 minutes as in the present invention, an appropriate fragrance can be maintained for a long period of time. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a toilet paper which is extremely easy to evaporate and has a suitable aroma that is suppressed from evaporating over a long period of time.
