2. Description of the Related Art In the case where an inclined roller conveyor is connected to the front end of a substantially horizontal conveyor roller conveyor to change the transportation height of an object to be conveyed from a high position to a low position, In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-43295, the inclined roller conveyor is connected to the front end of the conveyor roller conveyor to form a cutout portion having a width smaller than the width of the conveyor, and the cutout portion is arranged in the cutout portion. The rocking roller conveyor is pivotally mounted on the side close to the front end, and a locking body protruding above the upper surface of the roller is provided at the front end of the rocking roller conveyor. A sensor for detecting the passage of the conveyed object is provided at an appropriate position with the conveyor, and when the conveyed object comes to the rocking roller conveyor, the rocking roller conveyor is moved downward, and its locking body is an inclined roller conveyor. upon Proposes to configure it to stop at a position where the lower position than.

However, according to the above-mentioned prior art, when the lateral dimension of the object to be conveyed on the rocking roller conveyor in the conveying direction is smaller than the width of the notch, the rocking roller conveyor has its upper surface. However, there is a problem in that if the vehicle moves downward so as to be below the upper surface of the inclined roller conveyor, it cannot be transferred to the inclined roller conveyor. Therefore, conventionally, the goods are taken out of the cardboard box at the storage part,
Replace with a box-shaped container of a certain shape and size that is suitable for storage and transportation in a three-dimensional storage. Then, the articles are stored and conveyed while the containers are kept in the container, and when the empty containers are piled up to some extent after the articles are taken out by the working section, the empty containers are transferred to the receiving section again. It will be.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is directed to a conveyor for conveying an object to be conveyed, such as a cardboard box containing an article, and a conveyor which is connected to the end of the conveyor and faces downward. In an article handling device comprising an inclined working unit, a stopper for preventing the fall of a conveyed object is provided at the lower end of the working unit so as to project upward, and a notch above the stopper is provided. A oscillating roller conveyor having a rotation center near the end of the conveyor, and the oscillating roller conveyor having a posture in which an upper surface of the oscillating roller conveyor is substantially flush with a conveying surface of the conveyor; While being supported by a fluid pressure actuator so as to be rocked and driven in a posture substantially flush with the upper surface of the rocking roller conveyor, the locking body can be moved up and down and biased upward on the free end side of the rocking roller conveyor. Provided on the lower side of the rocking roller conveyor When the upper surface of the oscillating roller conveyor is substantially equal to the inclined surface of the working portion, it is provided with a link mechanism for descending the inclined surface of the working portion of the locking member.

A substantially cubic block 2 made of synthetic resin or the like fixed to the outer front and rear ends of the left and right side plates 1b, 1b of the pallet 1 with screws 3, nuts, etc. Functioning as an engaging part when loading and unloading the pallets 1 to and from the storage shelf, and also functioning to prevent misalignment when vertically stacking the pallets 1 in a plurality of stages, and further when transporting the pallets 1 when vertically stacking the pallets 1. Has a function as a sandwiching engagement portion. That is, the front and rear surfaces 2a and 2b in the longitudinal direction of each block 2 are engaging portions when the pallet 1 is pushed out and pulled in, and are recessed on the upper surface of each block 2a (open toward the upper edge of the side plate 1b). By fitting a substantially rectangular projection 6 projecting downward to the lower surface of the block 2 of the upper pallet 1 at the place 5, the upper and lower pallets 1 ... Can be stacked in the right and left and front and rear positions without displacement. In addition, the pallet 1 formed in a concave shape on the outer surface of each block 2 is formed with a substantially rectangular sandwiching engaging portion 7 in the front-rear direction.

In a product assembly factory or the like, since articles delivered from outside the factory are usually packaged in a corrugated cardboard box, if they are stored, stored, and transported while being mounted on the pallet 1, Eliminates the hassle of replacing items in containers. In addition, by moving only the corrugated cardboard box where the articles are stored on a transportation line such as a roller conveyor,
Compared to the case where the storage and transportation operations are repeated, the bottom of the corrugated cardboard box is not damaged, and there is no possibility of damaging the articles inside. In addition, even if the width of the cardboard box is too small, the pallets for loading it are standardized to a fixed size, so that the long-sided support rails on the left and right sides of the storage shelves in the three-dimensional storage can be used. The pallet can be loaded and unloaded smoothly. The mark code attached to the side surface of the cardboard box W is read by a sensor (not shown) and stored in the computer together with the address of the stored storage shelf so that the desired article can be delivered.

When the corrugated cardboard box W is placed on the rocking roller conveyor 41, the operator P operates the fluid pressure actuator 45 with a foot switch or the like to tilt the rocking roller conveyor 41 downward, and the rocking roller conveyor 41 is tilted. When the upper surface of the conveyor 41 comes to be substantially flush with the upper surface of the fixed tilt table 30,
The locking body 49 automatically sinks via the link 55, and the corrugated board box W slides toward the lower end of the fixed tilt base 41. Therefore, in this state, the worker P takes out the article from the cardboard box W and executes the work. When there are no articles in the cardboard box W, the cardboard box W may be removed from the fixed tilt table 30 and folded.

As described above, according to the present invention, the stopper for preventing the fall of the transported object is projected upward at the lower end of the inclined working portion, and the notch portion above the stopper is provided.
An oscillating roller conveyor having a rotation center near the end of the conveyor is disposed, and an operator operates the fluid pressure actuator to cause the oscillating roller conveyor to have an upper surface that is the conveying surface of the conveyor. The operation can be selectively performed in a posture in which it is substantially flush with the posture in which it is flush with the upper surface of the inclined work portion. When the upper surface of the rocking roller conveyor is substantially the same as the inclined surface of the working unit, the link mechanism provided on the lower surface side of the rocking roller conveyor can move up and down to the free end side of the rocking roller conveyor. Moreover, the locking body that is biased upward is automatically lowered from the inclined surface of the working unit.

Therefore, since the inclined working portion and the upper surface of the rocking roller conveyor stop on the same plane, and the locking body sinks below the flat surface, the object to be conveyed on the rocking roller conveyor. Even if the size is smaller than the width dimension of the rocking roller conveyor, it can be smoothly moved toward the working unit.

1. An article comprising: a conveyor for conveying an object to be conveyed such as a cardboard box containing an article, and a working section which is connected to a terminal end of the conveyor and is arranged in an inclined downward direction. In the handling device, a stopper for preventing the fall of the conveyed object is provided at the lower end of the working portion so as to project upward, and a notch portion above the stopper is oscillated around the end portion of the conveyor as a center of rotation. A moving roller conveyor is provided, and the rocking roller conveyor is rockingly driven into a posture in which its upper surface is substantially flush with the transport surface of the transport conveyor and a posture in which it is flush with the upper surface of the working section. While supporting by the fluid pressure actuator, a locking body is provided at the free end side of the rocking roller conveyor so as to be movable up and down and biased upward, and the rocking roller conveyor is provided on the lower surface side with the rocking body. The upper surface of the moving roller conveyor is the inclined surface of the working section When a substantially identical handling apparatus of the transported object, characterized in that a link mechanism that drops from the inclined surface of the working portion of the locking member.
