性材料からなる短冊状品を該テープ状品と交差して該リ
ブ端部に接着結合させ、該短冊状品を水膨張性止水板に
固定することを特徴とする、非水膨張性止水板と水膨張
性止水板の二種の止水板を連結する方法。
