Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced plastic reflecting mirror, and more particularly to a reflecting mirror that reflects light rays in the infrared region to the ultraviolet region. [Prior Art] FIGS. 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views showing another conventional fiber-reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP) reflecting mirror,
In the figure, (1) is a core material made of a honeycomb core or a polymer foam, (2) is an FRP plate adhered to both sides of the core material (1) with an adhesive (3), for example, carbon fiber reinforced plastic It consists of a plate (hereinafter referred to as CFRP).
(4) is a reflective film formed on the surface of the FRP plate (2) to be the reflective surface by vapor deposition, (5) is a support for supporting the reflecting mirror, and (6) is an FRP plate (2) that does not serve as the reflective surface. Is a reflecting mirror support body for attaching to the support body (5). In FIG. 2, a hard and smooth underlayer (7) such as glass or metal is formed on the surface of the FRP plate (2) serving as a reflecting surface, and the reflecting film (4) is applied to the surface. In the FRP reflector configured as described above, the FRP
The reflection film (4) provided on the surface of the plate (2) reflects light rays in the infrared region to the ultraviolet region. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Since the conventional FRP reflecting mirror is configured as described above, when the core material (1) is a honeycomb core, in-plane mechanical,
Since the thermal characteristics are not the same, for example, saddle-shaped molding distortion and thermal deformation occur. Even if the honeycomb core is divided and arranged in consideration of the directionality, the anisotropy in the divided core remains, resulting in uneven molding strain and thermal deformation. Further, when the core is divided, the mirror surface is deformed due to the discontinuity of the divided core. As a result, when light rays are reflected to form an image, blurring of the image occurs, and even if the light rays emitted from the light source at the focal point of the reflecting mirror are reflected, parallel light rays having a uniform intensity distribution are not obtained. On the other hand, when the core material (1) is a homogeneous polymer foam, uneven deformation does not occur, but the coefficient of linear expansion is 3 to 7 × 10 −5 / ° C., so the thermal deformation of the reflecting mirror is large. Become. Further, when considering rigidity and weight as a sandwich plate, there is a problem that the polymer foam is inferior to that having the honeycomb core as the core material (1). This invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, there is no uneven molding distortion and thermal deformation, and lightweight, high rigidity, high dimensional stability made of high-precision FRP The purpose is to get a reflector. [Means for Solving Problems] A FRP reflecting mirror according to the present invention is a fiber-reinforced plastic molded body having a hollow cylindrical portion as a core material or a bonded fiber-reinforced plastic molded body, or a metal molded body. Alternatively, a metal molded body is used to be bonded, FRP plates are bonded to both surfaces of the metal molded product, and a reflective film is formed on the surface to be the reflective surface of the FRP plate. [Operation] Since the FRP reflecting mirror in this invention is a material having a cylindrical hollow portion whose core material has isotropic mechanical and thermal properties in the in-plane direction, uneven molding strain and It is possible to obtain a highly accurate reflecting mirror that is light in weight and does not undergo thermal deformation. [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described below. A sectional view of the FRP reflecting mirror according to the embodiment of the present invention appears similar to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIGS. 3 to 5 show the core material in another embodiment, respectively, and are indicated by A in FIG. 1 and FIG.
It is -A sectional drawing. In the figure, a core material (1) is a core material made of a material having a cylindrical hollow portion (11) whose axis is in the thickness direction. In FIG. 3, a large number of cylindrical molded bodies (12) are arranged to form an adhesive. It has a structure joined in (13). In FIG. 4, the core material (1) has a structure in which the gap between the cylindrical molded bodies (12) is filled with the adhesive agent (13), but as shown in FIG. 3, it is joined with the adhesive agent (13). The gap may be filled with another filler. In FIG. 5, the core material (1) has a structure in which a large number of hexagonal tubular molded bodies (12) having a cylindrical hollow portion (11) are arranged and joined by an adhesive (13). Each of the molded bodies (12) is made of FRP such as CFRP. The FRP reflecting mirror of the embodiment sandwiches FRP plates (2) on both sides with an adhesive (3) so as to close the cylindrical hollow portion (11) of the core material (1) as described above. The structure is such that a reflecting film (4) as shown in FIG. 1 is formed on the surface serving as the reflecting surface, or a base layer (7) is formed as shown in FIG. 2, and the reflecting film (4) is further formed thereon. 4) is formed. In the FRP reflecting mirror configured as described above, since the core material (1) has isotropic mechanical and thermal characteristics in the in-plane direction, uneven deformation does not occur. In addition, because of its low density, it is possible to obtain a highly accurate FRP reflecting mirror that is lightweight and has high rigidity. Rigidity (versus weight) as a sandwich plate
Is superior to polymeric foams. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the core material (1) having the cylindrical hollow portion (11) was formed by adhering the cylindrical molded body (12) with the adhesive agent (13), but the whole was integrally molded. A molded body may be used. Further, although FRP such as CFRP is used as the material of the core material (1), a metal such as aluminum or aluminum alloy may be used, and the same effect is obtained. In this case, since the thermal conductivity is higher than that of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic, for example, when reflecting light, the temperature difference between the reflection surface and the back surface becomes small, and it quickly follows changes in environmental temperature, and the equilibrium state is maintained. Become. In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the concave mirror is used as the reflecting surface of the light beam and the entire reflecting mirror is shown, but the present invention can be applied to a reflecting mirror having a convex reflecting surface or a flat reflecting mirror. . As described above, according to the present invention, a material having isotropic mechanical and thermal properties in the in-plane direction and having a cylindrical hollow portion is used as the core material of the reflecting mirror. , FRP on both sides of this core material
Since the plates are bonded together, there is no uneven molding distortion or thermal deformation, and the FRP reflecting mirror is lightweight and has high rigidity and excellent thermal dimensional stability.
