材を投入可能で、下端部に掘削ヘッドを設けた回転掘削
ケーシングと、この回転掘削ケーシング内に挿通し、途
中側部に前記排水充填材の固結防止板を設けた回転ロッ
ドとの組み合わせからなり、回転ロッド下端には回転掘
削ケーシング下端開口の閉鎖用詮体を設け、該詮体の下
側で回転掘削ケーシング下端より突出する部分には掘削
ビットを設け、回転ロッド上端にこの回転ロッドを上下
動することにより前記詮体を開閉するための開閉シリン
ダを組込み、かつ、回転掘削ケーシングと詮体もしくは
回転ロッドは上下の相対位置変動を許容する係合手段を
設けた地盤改良装置を使用し、詮体で回転掘削ケーシン
グ下端開口を閉鎖し、前記係合手段で相互に係止した状
態で回転掘削ケーシングと回転ロッドとを共回りさせて
地盤を掘削し、所定深度まで掘削したならば、回転掘削
ケーシング内に排水充填材を投入し、開閉シリンダで回
転ロッドを上下動して固結防止板で排水充填材を攪拌し
ながら詮体を開閉して掘削孔内に排水充填材を投入しつ
つ、回転掘削ケーシングおよび回転ロッドを引き抜くこ
とを特徴とした地盤改良工法。

シリンダを組込み、かつ、回転掘削ケーシングと詮体も
しくは回転ロッドは上下の相対位置変動を許容する係合
手段を設けたことを特徴とする地盤改良装置。
