Since it shrinks by about 5 to 20%, there is a disadvantage in that concave and convex patterns 7 and 8 are formed corresponding to the hollow portion 3 and the partition wall 4.

Further, the ceramic wall material 1 having the flat decorative surface 5 was heavy and only thick. So-called hollow body, the decorative surface 5 is flat Tokabezai 1 has a small hollow portion 3, a lot of Mitsumi portion heavy porcelain wall material 1
There was a disadvantage.

形成法を提案するものである。In order to eliminate such defects, the present invention extrudes clay in the same manner as before, and forms a concave or convex pattern due to shrinkage caused by drying and firing into a flat decorative surface with a polishing roller or the like. An object of the present invention is to propose a method for forming a decorative surface of a ceramic wall material that can easily and surely form a decorative surface which is beautiful and which cannot be obtained by a hollow extruded product, by eliminating inconveniences caused during drying and firing.

である。Hereinafter, an embodiment of a method for forming a decorative surface of a ceramic wall material according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Parts corresponding to those in FIG. 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of Tokabezai 1 formed according to the present invention, 1 as shown in FIG. 6 by such extrusion pottery stone at Tokabe material, feldspar, clay, a clay comprising kaolin, etc. It is formed into a long hollow body, which is fired at a predetermined temperature to obtain a porcelain wall material, and then the decorative surface is polished to a flat surface. More specifically, the ceramic wall material 1 includes a main body portion 2 of a long hollow plate, a hollow portion 3 formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 2, and a main body portion 2.
Male and female connecting parts 9 and 10 formed on the left and right side walls of
It consists of. In particular, the main body 2 has a large number of hollow portions 3 arranged side by side at the center of the plate body along the longitudinal direction via the partition walls 4, and the decorative surface 5a is flat and the back surface 6 is the hollow portion 3. The shape has concave and convex patterns 7 and 8 corresponding to the partition walls 4. The concave pattern 7 has a partition wall 4 made of ceramic wall material.
1 is a shape caused by shrinkage when firing, and the convex pattern 8 is a shape caused by shrinkage of a portion corresponding to the hollow portion 3 due to smaller shrinkage of a portion corresponding to the partition wall 4. That is, this is because the shrinkage of the decorative surface 5a in the direction of arrow B is smaller than the shrinkage of the partition wall 4 in the direction of arrow A. The height difference Δ between the concave and convex patterns 7 and 8
h is about 0.2 to 0.8 mm. The hollow portion 3 may have a cross section of any of a square, a rectangle, a triangle, an ellipse, and the like, and the same type or different shapes and sizes are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. It is mainly a ceramic wall material 1
In addition to enhancing the light weight, heat insulation and soundproofing of the, the concave and convex patterns 7 and 8 function as ventilation gaps and adjustment parts during construction. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative surface 5a is formed by polishing the concave and convex patterns 7 and 8 formed in the same manner as the back surface 6 by, for example, a polishing roller A to a size equal to or greater than the height of Δh. It should be a cosmetic surface. At this time, if the convex pattern 8 is polished to the same surface as the top surface of the concave pattern 7, a decorative surface 5a having a polished surface and a non-polished surface can be formed. In addition, when polishing, polishing is performed using water, oil, or the like.

Next, the female connector 10 of the upper ceramic wall material 1 is placed on the male connector 9 of the lower ceramic wall material 1 and the male connector 9 is fixed to the stud α by a nail β. is there.
Therefore, in order to form the outer wall, the above-described steps may be performed repeatedly. Of course, the caulking material γ can be filled for the purpose between the ceramic wall materials 1 .

Further, although not shown, a nail hole 11 is formed in the ceramic wall material 1.
It is also possible to fix by using a mounting bracket without forming. Further, the decorative surface 5a is coated with enamel and glaze and baked, so that the smoothness of the decorative surface 5a is sharpened, so that the ceramic wall material 1 having the decorative surface 5a which cannot be obtained by the extrusion hollow molded body can be obtained.
