(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in this case, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient contact area between the liquid fuel and the electric heater b in the vaporization chamber a, and according to this, it takes time to vaporize the fuel, and A relatively large-capacity electric heater b is required, and furthermore, there is a problem that the temperature of the liquid fuel is apt to be generated in the vaporization chamber a and tar is liable to be generated due to this, and furthermore, the heater is disconnected. There are some defects.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid fuel vaporization type combustor in which liquid fuel is vaporized by a vaporizer and burned by a burner. The supply path for supplying the liquid fuel to the burner is provided with a heating tube having a high electric resistance and generating heat when energized, and a non-heating tube having a lower electric resistance and less likely to generate heat when energized. The non-heating tube is formed as a secondary winding of an iron core of a power transformer.

According to the present invention, there is provided a heating tube which generates heat by energizing a part of a supply path 3 for supplying the liquid fuel to a burner.
To further explain this, about 200 mm of the supply path 3 on the burner 1 side is about 1 mm thick, and the pipe diameter is 5 mm to 12 m.
m, which is composed of a heat-generating tube 3a that generates heat by energization of stainless steel having a relatively high electric resistance, and a supply path 3 subsequent thereto is formed of a tube 3b that is unlikely to generate heat even by energization of copper having a relatively low electric resistance. The tube 3b, which hardly generates heat, is wound as a secondary winding around a core 6a of a transformer serving as a power supply 6, and
3a was made to generate heat.

In this case, the heating tube 3a itself generates heat at about 300 ° C. in about 30 seconds when the heating tube 3a is energized, which is sufficient to vaporize kerosene as a liquid fuel. In this state, if the electromagnetic pump 5 is operated to feed the fuel into the heat generating pipe 3a, the fuel is immediately vaporized in the heat generating pipe 3a, and the fuel is vaporized from the nozzle 7 to the burner 1a.
To the venturi tube 8. At this time, air is sucked by the jet, mixed in the mixing chamber 1a, and then sent to the burner hole 1b of the burner. Therefore, if this is ignited, the fuel burns in a gasified state. When the combustion starts, the heat generating tube 3a is heated by the combustion heat. Therefore, after that, the temperature of the heat generating tube 3a is detected by a sensor (not shown), and only when the temperature of the heat generating tube 3a falls to a temperature that is insufficient for vaporization, the power supply may be performed.

At this time, if the power of the power source 6 for generating heat of the heat generating tube 3a is made variable, the temperature of the heat generating tube 3a can be maintained at a more preferable constant temperature.

If the tube 3b having a low electric resistance is wound as a secondary winding around an iron core 6a of a power transformer 6 serving as a power source 6, the heat generating tube 3a generates heat. Is supplied to the fuel through the tube 3b having a low electric resistance, and the power transformer 6 is supplied by the fuel flowing through the tube 3b.
Has the advantage that it can be cooled. If a stainless steel wire mesh 8 is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the heating tube 3a as shown in FIG.
And heat exchange is better performed.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as described above,
The following effects are obtained. By configuring a part of the supply pipe that supplies liquid fuel to the burner as a heat pipe that generates heat by energization, the liquid fuel comes into contact with the heat pipe in the process of flowing through the heat pipe, and therefore a large contact area can be obtained. Quickly increase the temperature of the fuel to the vaporization temperature,
In addition to accelerating the rise of vaporization combustion, the fuel can be heated as uniformly as possible because it heats the fuel from around the flow, the generation of carbon, etc. is suppressed, and the non-heating tube is connected to the core of the power transformer. By using the secondary winding, heat due to the dielectric loss of the transformer is given to the fuel through the non-heating tube, and the power transformer can be cooled by the fuel flowing through the non-heating tube. There is no defect such as disconnection as in the case of.
