提供することを目的とするものである。

液導入孔部分の材料が下側に多く逃げ、紡糸液導入孔の
開口周縁の盛り上がりが少なくなる。さらにストレート
部の上部が紡糸液導入孔より大径となっているため、パ
ンチ工具が深く入りすぎるのを防ぐとともに、大径部の
端面に開口周縁の盛り上がりをより抑えることができ
る。またパンチ工具の尖鋭部の上部に紡糸液導入孔と同
径のストレート部を有するので、紡糸口金素材の板厚に
少しばらつきがあっても、穿設した紡糸液導入孔の深さ
にばらつきがあっても紡糸液導入孔の開口径は変形せ
ず、一定となる。さらに上記の如く紡糸液導入孔の開口
周縁の盛り上がりが少ないことと、紡糸口金素材の内容
に対してパンチ工具の加工部が垂直なこととにより、紡

す如く先端にテーパ角41度の円錐状の小さな尖鋭部6と
その尖鋭部6の上部にて穿設しようとする紡糸液導入孔
4aと同形の直径0.2mm、長さ0.03mmのストレート部7を
有するパンチ工具にて開口径0.2mmの紡糸液導入孔4a
を、0.33mm間隔に12,000個穿設した。その後紡糸液導入
孔4aの底に、別のパンチ工具(図示省略)にて第3図に
示す如く開口径0.66mmの紡糸液吐出孔4bを貫通穿設し
て、紡糸孔4を得た。
