2. Description of the Related Art As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-83393, an unwashed stock is introduced into a drum through a stock inlet provided at one end of a drum while rotating a ventilation water drum horizontally. The stock is discharged, and the washed stock is discharged from the stock outlet provided at the other end, and the stock is stirred while supplying washing water while the stock reaches the outlet from the inlet, and the replacement washed liquid is drummed. 2. Description of the Related Art A rotary drum type cleaning device configured to discharge the drum downward through a peripheral wall is well known.

According to the present invention, the stock fed from one end of the vented water drum is repeatedly scraped up and down in the circumferential direction by the scraping plate in each washing zone formed between the weir plates. While passing over each washing zone (over each weir plate) from the stock inlet to the outlet, good stirring and stock dispersion are promoted during this period, and replacement washing is achieved. While the scraping plate passes through the bottom dead center of the drum, the stock held at the bottom of the drum is well agitated and the scraping and falling are performed.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the drum 1 rotates in one direction and the scraper 12 scrapes up the stock at the bottom of the drum, the stock A 2 hits the scraper 12 and is guided on the inclined surface thereof. Then, the flow velocity is rapidly increased to flow into the stock material inlet 20 and flow out. This and dispersed and displacement washing of the fibers is accelerated by quickly displacement wash from the slit 7 'of the drum wall 8 in contact with the flow of the paper stock A 2, A 3 is discharged as the filtrate.

According to the present invention, the effect of dispersing fibers and the effect of replacing and cleaning (deinking and dedusting effects) in the rotary drum type cleaning device are remarkably improved, and a reduction or rationalization of the cleaning device is achieved. It offers epoch-making improvements, such as the ability to provide a high-quality paper washing fee.
