[0002] Cosmetic compositions are generally defined as compositions suitable for application to the human body. Cosmetic compositions such as creams and lotions are used to moisturize the skin and keep the skin smooth and supple. Pigmented cosmetic compositions such as make-up, blush, lipstick and the like are used for coloring skin and lips. Since color is one of the most important reasons for makeup, colorant-containing cosmetics must be formulated very carefully to give maximum cosmetic effect. [0003] One of the long-standing problems with makeup, especially with lipstick cosmetics, is that cosmetics can stain or otherwise stain other surfaces such as glassware, silverware, clothing, etc. from the skin. It tends to move. This not only soils the equipment, but also forces the lipstick user to reapply the cosmetic many times in a short period of time to maintain the colored lips. [0004] It is an object of the present invention to formulate a cosmetic composition for application to the skin or lips that exhibits excellent resistance when compared to conventional make-up agents. It is in. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a) a volatile solvent having a viscosity of from 1 to 70% at 25 ° C. of from 0.5 to 20 centipoise, wherein the volatile solvent comprises: Formula: (CH 3 ) 3 Si—O [
Si (CH 3) 2 -O] n-Si (CH 3) 3 linear silicone having a (where a n = 0 to 7), the general formula: A cyclic silicone having the formula wherein n = 3-7, C 8-20 isoparaffin, or a mixture thereof. B) 0.1-15% silicone ester wax, wherein With an expression part: Wherein R is hydrogen or an organic group, R 1 is a carboxylic acid ester containing 12 or more carbon atoms and containing a carboxylic acid moiety esterified by an aliphatic alcohol moiety, and a is 0 Is an integer of 33, b is an integer of 0 + 3, and the sum of a + b has an average value of about 1.0 to 3.0, provided that there is at least one R 1. ) c) a cosmetic composition comprising 10-45% wax, further added to the silicone ester wax of (b), d) 5-50% powder, and e) 1-30% oil About things. [0006] The composition of the present invention provides a cosmetic composition exhibiting excellent anti-depression property. [0007] The term "volatile" means that the solvent has a measurable vapor pressure. The volatile solvents of the present invention have a generally low viscosity at 25 ° C. in the range of about 0.5 to 20 centipoise. Suitable volatile solvents in the compositions of the present invention include those of the formula: There are volatile low viscosity silicone oils such as cyclic silicones having the formula where n = 3-7. Volatile linear polydimethylsiloxanes are also suitable, usually
It has about 3 to 9 silicon atoms and has the formula: (CH 3 ) 3 Si—O [Si (CH 3 ) 2 —O] n—Si (CH 3 ) 3 (where n = 0 to 0) 7). These silicones can be obtained from various sources. Sources include Dow Corning Corporation and General Electric. Dow Corning's cyclic silicones are sold under the trademarks Dow Corning 244, 245, 344, 345 and 200 Fluid. These fluids include octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, hexamethyldisiloxane, or mixtures thereof. As a volatile solvent component, Permethyl (TM) sold by Presperse and manufactured by Permethyl Corporation
Various C 8 -C 20 isoparaffins, such as C 12 isoparaffin with tradename R) 99A (isododecane) are also suitable. Isohexadecane (Perme
Various commercially available C 16 isoparaffins, such as those having the trademark thyl 101A), are also suitable. It is generally preferred that the volatile solvent component be a mixture of a volatile silicone and C8-20 isoparaffins. It is proposed that the ratio of volatile silicone to C8-20 isoparaffin is from 1: 1 to 1:10. Preferred formulations of the present invention comprise 35-60% of a volatile solvent component, which component comprises cyclic silicones and C8-20 isoparaffins in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1:10. [0008] The silicone resin used in the composition of the present invention has the following general formula: Wherein R is hydrogen or an organic group, R 1 is a carboxylic acid ester containing a group having at least 12 carbon atoms, a is an integer of 0 to 3, b is an integer of 0 to 3, and a +
The sum of b is from about 1.0 to about 3.0, provided that at least one R 1 is present. ) Is a silicone ester wax containing a portion. The silicone ester wax can be in liquid or solid form, if solid, typically up to 90 ° C.

Next, the wax component and the oil component were added while heating. Then the powder components were added. The mixture was then stirred and then poured into a mold and allowed to cool. Example 3 A rash-resistant eyeshadow, a blusher and a concealer were prepared according to the following formulation. [0023] The cosmetic composition was prepared by first mixing all the dry ingredients. The wax and oil components were added while heating. Volatile solvents and silicone ester wax were added. The remaining ingredients were added and the mixture was stirred, then the mixture was poured into a suitable mold and allowed to cool. Example 4 Two groups of panelists consisting of 39 people were given the lipstick agent of the present invention (“A
)) To a known lipstick agent ("B", "Moondrops" manufactured by Revlon)
Lipstick) and asked to compare. A first group of 39 panelists was asked to use the lipstick formulation "A" for one week instead of the lipstick products currently in use. A second group of 39 panelists was requested to use the lipstick product "B" for one week instead of the lipstick products currently in use. Next, the panelists were asked the following series of questions. Did the lipstick products bleed? If so, how long have you been? Did the lipstick leave a mark on the coffee cup or cigarette? Do you think the lipsticks in this test have "long-lasting properties"? The lipstick was applied to the kiss test panelists, waited for 5 minutes, and then asked to kiss the hand. The panelists were then asked if the lipstick had "leave little traces" of color in their hands. Panelists reported that: [0026] The above results show that the lipstick agent of the present invention exhibited excellent anti-smudge property as compared with a commercially available lipstick agent. About 87% of panelists agreed that lipstick "A" left little trace of color on their hands, while only 15% of panelists had lipstick "B" (conventional lipstick). (Sticks) left little traces of color on the hands. The degree of improvement seen for sample "A" is about 72%. Although the present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, there is no intention to limit the scope of the invention to the particular forms described. On the contrary, the intention is to cover such alterations, modifications and equivalents as fall within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
