It is known that amino acids are added to feed and administered to animals for the purpose of fattening animals, increasing milk yield, and the like. However, in the case of ruminants such as cattle and sheep, especially in the fattening period or later, even if amino acids are added to feed and administered, the blood concentration of amino acids does not increase. It is said that this is because the administered amino acid is decomposed by a large number of microorganisms present in the lumen and does not reach the abomasum and beyond which absorb the amino acid.

Therefore, various coating amino acid preparations and amino acid derivatives that are not subjected to microbial degradation have been devised as a lumen bypass technique that does not undergo microbial degradation in the rumen and absorbs amino acids after the abomasum.

The coated amino acid preparation is less susceptible to microbial degradation in the rumen, but has poor solubility in the abomasum and beyond, resulting in excretion of the amino acid without use. In addition, when subjected to rumination, the coating amino acid is chewed and the administered amino acid is not sufficiently absorbed, such as being subjected to microbial degradation in the lumen. In addition, there is a problem that it takes time to formulate the preparation.

In addition, amino acid derivatives have a problem that their safety is not guaranteed as compared with conventional amino acids.

As a method of administering the liquid composition of the present invention to a ruminant animal, the composition may be freely taken in a wide-mouthed container such as a bucket or an oke, but it is preferable to forcibly orally administer the composition. The dosage is 1 mg / kg body weight or more as one amino acid per amino acid, preferably 1 mg to 1000 mg / kg body weight, more preferably 10 mg to 500 mg / kg.
Good weight. The administration period may be either single administration or continuous administration as necessary.

(効果) 次に本発明の効果を実験例により証明する。(Effects) Next, the effects of the present invention will be proved by experimental examples.
