However, each of these shoes has the disadvantage of poor water resistance. In the former case, there is a drawback that water overflows from a large number of seams and the inside becomes wet even if the shoe component is waterproof, and in the latter case, the lower part of the shoe is integrally molded, Since there are fewer eyes, there are fewer such defects than the former, but it is not possible to prevent overflow at all.

The shoe body in the present invention is not limited to a shoe body formed by sewing a shoe lower portion formed by the slash molding method as in the above embodiment and a shoe upper portion obtained by cutting a synthetic leather sheet. Any shoe main body obtained by sewing shoe constituent pieces can be used. For example, a shoe lower formed by injection molding may be used instead of the shoe lower formed by the slash molding, or a sheet cut piece having a plurality of predetermined shapes may be adopted as a shoe constituent piece.
Further, the material of the shoe body is not limited to the above-mentioned vinyl chloride resin compound and synthetic leather, and various materials can be adopted, for example, synthetic rubber compound, natural rubber compound, blended compound thereof, synthetic leather, artificial leather One or more of these can be adopted.

In the present invention, the place where the fiber flocking layer is provided by performing the electrostatic flocking process is, for example, around the shoe body including the sewn portions of the respective shoe constituent pieces as in the above-described embodiment, but other than the sewn portions. If necessary, a portion in which the fiber floc layer is not provided may be provided in the portion. For example, it is also possible to carry out a flocking process so that the background of the shoe main body appears in the shape of the periphery of the shoe sole or in the form of a picture or pattern.

The shoes of the present invention can be subjected to a water-repellent treatment on the outer surface with a suitable water-repellent material. In addition, when the flocks are made of synthetic fibers, dust and the like are liable to adhere to the fibers due to static electricity. Therefore, it is also desirable that the surface be subjected to antifouling treatment by a method of attaching a surfactant or other methods.

First, the formation of the shoe body is performed.
The above shoe component pieces are sewn. The individual shoe component pieces are not limited, as are conventionally known integral moldings such as injection molding and slash molding, or sheets cut into a predetermined shape. A conventionally known electrostatic flocking is performed using the shoe body formed in this manner. In the method of the present invention, an adhesive is applied to the surface of each sewn portion and other predetermined portions at this time. After the layer is formed, it is placed in an electric or magnetic field, and the fiber flocks are electrostatically implanted on the adhesive layer by a known method.

The adhesive used in the present invention must have good adhesiveness to both the material of the shoe body and the material of the fiber flocks, and a known adhesive is appropriately selected and used depending on each material. Such adhesives include, for example, urethane-based adhesives and acrylic-based adhesives dissolved in solvents, water-soluble urethane-based adhesives, and acrylic-based adhesives. It is also possible to apply a primer treatment to the surface of the shoe body.

Concrete Example The lower part of the boot as shown in FIG. A mold having a prototype surface design on a hollow inner surface is produced by electroforming on the surface of the prototype. Using this hollow mold, a plastisol of a vinyl chloride resin paste is cast, and is placed in an oven at a temperature of 100 to 300 ° C. from the outside.
After heating for about 10 minutes, the sol is semi-gelled from the adhesive part on the inner surface of the mold, and after growing to a predetermined thickness, the ungelled sol inside is discharged, and the remaining semi-gelled layer is further heated. After the gel was completely gelled, it was allowed to cool to form a shoe lower having the same shape as the original.

Next, a urethane-based adhesive bondace 15 dissolved in a solvent was applied to required portions of the sewing surface and the outer surface of the shoe body.
00 (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Co., Ltd.) by spraying, and then
The sample was placed in a magnetic field of 10 to 100 KV, electrostatic flocking was performed using a fiber floc having a length of 1.0 mm and a thickness of 1.5 denier, and flocking was performed on the outer surface of the shoe body including the surface of the sewn portion. Thereafter, the inside of the shoe body was subjected to a predetermined treatment to obtain a shoe. The obtained shoes were shoes with good appearance without water penetration.
