The above shoe component pieces are sewn. The individual shoe component pieces are not limited, as are conventionally known integral moldings such as injection molding and slash molding, or sheets cut into a predetermined shape. A conventionally known electrostatic flocking is performed using the shoe body formed in this manner. In the method of the present invention, an adhesive is applied to the surface of each sewn portion and other predetermined portions at this time. After the layer is formed, it is placed in an electric or magnetic field, and the fiber flocks are electrostatically implanted on the adhesive layer by a known method.

Such adhesives include, for example, urethane-based adhesives and acrylic-based adhesives dissolved in solvents, water-soluble urethane-based adhesives, and acrylic-based adhesives. It is also possible to apply a primer treatment to the surface of the shoe body.

A mold having a prototype surface design on a hollow inner surface is produced by electroforming on the surface of the prototype. Using this hollow mold, a plastisol of a vinyl chloride resin paste is cast, and is placed in an oven at a temperature of 100 to 300 ° C. from the outside.
After heating for about 10 minutes, the sol is semi-gelled from the adhesive part on the inner surface of the mold, and after growing to a predetermined thickness, the ungelled sol inside is discharged, and the remaining semi-gelled layer is further heated. After the gel was completely gelled, it was allowed to cool to form a shoe lower having the same shape as the original.
