て、人が内部に入れないような小口径の推進管をスムー
ズに推進させながら配管する方法に係り、特に滑材を推
進管全体の周りに注入しながら配管する推進配管方法に

る為には推進工法が利用されているが、パイプを地中内
でスムーズに推進させる為には滑材をそのパイプの周り
に注入することが有効であった。従って、例えば第9図
(A),(B)に示す如く600mm以上の人が内部に入る
ことが出来るような大口径のパイプaを推進させる際に
は、滑材を注入することが出来るバルブdを有する滑材
注入管bを大口径のパイプaの中に配管すると共に、そ
の大口径パイプaに予め穿設された滑材注入口cにこれ
を連通して取付け、更にその元部を地上部に設置した滑
材注入プラント及び発進立杭内に配管していた。そし
て、推進工法により推進される大口径パイプaよりなる
推進管の周りに滑材を供給する方法が実施されていた。
一方、例えば500mm以下の人が内部に入れないような小
径パイプの推進工法に於いては、滑材注入をほとんど行

障をきたすことが多い等の問題点があった。かつ、滑材
の注入位置を途中で変える作業が困難である等の問題も
あった。更に、後者の方法は発進立杭付近のみで推進管
の周りに滑材が供給される為に、滑材を推進管の先端部
即ち先導体の付近まで供給することが不可能であり、従
って推進をスムーズにしかつ推進距離を延長する目的の

の頭部に取付けられた先導体に連結固定し、かつ該注入
管の先端部から滑材を推進管の頭部の周りに注入しなが
ら推進管を推進せしめることを特徴とした推進管の滑材

進管1の先端には先導体2が取付けられている。この先
導体2の外周底部には牽引ロット3の先端を取付け固定
し得る取付金具4が設けられている。該牽引ロット3の
先端及び末端は夫々球状端部3aとなり、先端の球状端部
3aは取付金具4に穿設された球座ジョイント4a内に嵌着
し得るように構成されている。5は最後部に配列された
推進管1を押圧することが出来る元押しジャッキであ

周りに滑材を供給することが出来る。従ってこれによっ
て推進管と周りの土中との摩擦抵抗を減少させ、推進管
の軸方向荷重を減少させて推進距離を著しく延長させる
ことが可能となり、発進立坑の数を減らして作業能率を
高め経費を節減することができる。また同時に推進管敷
