A crusher (impeller crusher) having a rotary impact member can crush stones having a diameter of about 100 mm or less, but it has been difficult to crush stones larger than that (cobblestone). With regard to the jaw crusher, a considerably loud noise is generated when the stone is crushed, which may cause noise pollution. When taking measures to prevent such noise, there is a problem that the cost of the entire apparatus is increased. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above and improve the durability and repairability of the device,
The object of the present invention is to make it possible to crush even large stones such as cobblestones and to prevent noise pollution caused by the crushing sound of the stones.

The distance between the opposing surfaces of the belt 14 is adjusted according to the size of the stone to be crushed and the size of the stone to be crushed. For example, when the crushed stone is to be crushed into sand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lowermost end of the gap between the opposing surfaces (linear portions) of the pressure-receiving caterpillar belt 13 and the pressurized caterpillar belt 14 is used. Is set to 0, and when the crushing process is to be performed on gravel, the interval between the lowermost ends is set to about 10 mm. It is adjusted to a possible interval to be fed between the facing surfaces of the pressure caterpillar belt 14. As shown in an embodiment described later, a bearing 7 that supports the rotating shafts 6 of the plurality of pressurizing rings 5 is supported by the machine frame 3 via an anti-vibration rubber 8, and an upper surface of the anti-vibration rubber 8. When the lower surface and the lower surface are fixed to the bearing 7 and the machine frame 3, respectively, the fixed state between the lower surface of the vibration isolating rubber 8 and the machine frame 3 is released before the stopper 27 is moved left and right. , The position of the stopper 27 is moved to the left and right and adjusted.
Is fixed to the machine frame 3 again.

Next, the pressing force of a spring 22 that presses the bearings 7 of the rotating shafts 6 of the plurality of pressurizing rings 5 is adjusted according to the hardness and size of the crushed stone. Next, the drive motor 17
To rotate the predetermined rotating shafts 2 and 6 (the two rotating shafts at the bottom right and left in the drawing), so that the pressure-receiving caterpillar belt 13 and the pressurized caterpillar belt 1 are rotated.
4 so that their opposing surfaces move downward together. In this state, the pressure receiving caterpillar belt 13
When a crushed stone is thrown from above between the opposed surfaces of the pressure caterpillar belt 14 and the pressure caterpillar belt 14, the two caterpillar belts 13, 1
Due to the feeding function of 4 and the gravity, the crushed stones are transported downward while being sandwiched between the opposing surfaces of the two caterpillar belts 13 and 14, and the crushed stone 1 and the pressure ring 5, which face each other, are formed. When passing through the gap between the crushed stones, a clamping force corresponding to the pressing force of each spring 22 acts on the crushed stone, and the gap between the opposing surfaces of the two caterpillar belts 13 and 14 becomes narrower as it extends downward. Therefore, the stone to be crushed is finely crushed stepwise as it is transported downward, and is sent downward from between the opposing surfaces of the two caterpillar belts 13 and 14.

A bearing 7 for supporting the rotating shafts 6 of the plurality of pressurizing rings 5 is supported on the machine frame 3 via a vibration isolating rubber 8, and the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber isolating rubber 8 are provided by the bearing 7 and the bearing 7. When the stones to be crushed are transported downward while being sandwiched between the opposing surfaces of the two caterpillar belts 13 and 14 as described above, a plurality of stones are simultaneously attached to the machine frame 3. Even if the bearing 7 of the rotating shaft 6 of the pressurizing ring 5 mainly vibrates left and right, only the vibration isolating rubber 8 is deformed, and there is no sliding portion between the bearing 7 and the machine frame 3. In addition, there is no danger of wear due to sliding on the member surface, and the durability of the device can be improved.

According to the apparatus of the present invention, the crushed stone is crushed by being sandwiched between the opposing surfaces of the pressure-receiving caterpillar belt and the pressurized caterpillar belt, so that the pressure-receiving ring and the pressure ring are separated. There is little risk of damage. In addition, there is a possibility that particularly the surfaces of the pressure-receiving caterpillar belt and the pressure caterpillar belt may be damaged. However, since the surface elements of these caterpillar belts are formed of rectangular steel plates, for example, partial repair / reinforcement of a worn portion may be performed. Since this is easily and reliably performed by welding of a cemented carbide reinforcing member, the durability and repairability of the device can be greatly improved as compared with a conventional crushing device using rollers.

Further, since the distance between the opposing surfaces of the pressure-receiving caterpillar belt and the pressurized caterpillar belt is narrowed downward, the crushed stone is finely crushed stepwise as it is transported downward. It is possible to crush stones as large as cobble stones sequentially into gravel and sand. Furthermore, for the same reason, unlike conventional jaw crushers, there is no fear of causing noise pollution.

In the case where a bearing for supporting the rotating shafts of a plurality of pressurizing rings is supported on the machine frame via rubber cushions, and the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber cushions are fixed to the bearing and the machine frame, respectively. When the stone to be crushed is transported downward while being sandwiched between the opposing surfaces of both caterpillar belts, the bearings of the rotating shafts of the plurality of pressurized rings vibrate mainly left and right. However, only the vibration isolating rubber is deformed, and there is no sliding portion between the bearing and the machine frame. Therefore, there is no risk of abrasion due to sliding on the member surface. The effect that can be improved is exhibited.
