[Prior art and its problems] Conventionally, a metallic wire used for a carding machine or an air spinning machine of a spinning machine has a serrated tooth (1) and an edge as shown in FIGS. (2), and a projection (3) is provided on the edge. In the manufacturing process of such a metallic wire, the metallic wire punched into a predetermined tooth shape by a punching machine and subjected to a heat-treated surface treatment has a protrusion (3) facing upward as shown in FIG. 0.3
It is wound spirally on the surface of the cylindrical portion (5) of the reel (4) shown in FIG. 4 as mm. However, when the metallic wire is wound up with the protrusions facing upward, the tooth (1) rises as shown in FIG. 3, and the edge of the tooth (A) wound up next in the gap (6) is (B). ), There is a problem that the tip of the tooth is caught when the metallic wire is wound around the carding machine. On the other hand, the tip of the metallic wire is thin, sharp, hardened by quenching, and under the severe operating conditions of recent spinning factories, even higher wear resistance is required. In some cases, the hardness is further increased, and the hardened portion is widened. Therefore, the toughness of the tooth tip is inferior, and the tooth is liable to be lost due to the above-mentioned hooking.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, when winding the finished metallic wire reel, the winding pitch of the metallic wire is 1.5 to 2.5 times the width of the metallic wire, and the winding pitch of 1.0 to 2.5 A reel of spinning metallic wire for spinning machines that prevents a tooth tip from being caught by slipping of the laminated metallic wire by winding a 2.0 times width tape on the lower surface of the metallic wire and spirally winding it on the reel surface in a laminated state This provides a winding structure.

以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

After quenching and hardening the tooth portion (1) of the metallic wire made of alloy steel as shown in FIG. 2, the metallic wire (M) is applied to the cylindrical portion surface (5) of the reel (4) shown in FIG.
Are spirally wound in a spiral at a pitch of 4.5 mm, and at the same time, for example, a kraft paper tape (width 8 mm, thickness 0.1 mm) (7) is fed out as a tape-shaped material so as to be positioned on the lower surface of the metallic wire, and then laminated. The metal wires (M) in a wound-up and laminated state were formed on the surface of the reel cylindrical portion, and were protected and isolated by a cushion layer made of a kraft paper tape which did not contact each other.
