It is now possible to reduce material costs, and because the edges made of square wire made of mild steel or synthetic resin are made to protrude from both sides of the metallic wire of the alloy steel flat plate, it is possible to reduce the material cost. It is an excellent invention with practical effects such as being able to be used as a wire and easily winding it onto a drum.
