Description

The present invention relates to a technique for forming a perforation for cutting on an adhesive tape roll, and more specifically, relates to a technique for forming a perforation having good hand cutting properties without impairing the feeling of use.

There is an adhesive tape cleaner as a cleaning tool to remove dust and lint such as carpet, flooring or clothes. As shown in FIG. 6, this type of adhesive tape cleaner has an adhesive tape roll 1 formed by winding a tape 2 having an adhesive layer 3 formed on one surface around a roll core R with the adhesive layer 3 as the outside. It has.

In the adhesive tape roll 1, a cut portion 4 is formed along the axial direction of the roll core R to a depth from the outermost layer to the roll core R. Usually, the cutting part 4 is formed by a line-like cut cut by a cutter, but the cut is made only at the end of the adhesive tape roll 1 or the cut is perforated over the entire width of the adhesive tape roll 1. There are things you put in.

In most cases, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll 1 is used by being attached to a support (not shown). For example, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll 1 is rolled onto a carpet, the pressure-sensitive adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 causes dust or lint from the carpet surface. Remove.

When the adhesion amount of dust increases and the adhesive strength decreases, the tape on the outermost layer is peeled off so as to be rewound, and the new adhesive layer 3 is exposed by cutting off one turn from the cutting portion 4. . As this type of conventional example, there is, for example, Patent Document 1.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-167169

However, conventional cutting parts, particularly those using perforations, have the following problems. That is, the perforated cut is usually formed by driving a cutter C having a large number of insertion blades into the roll core R in the radial direction with respect to the adhesive tape roll after winding the tape. .

For this reason, since the cut of the tape of each layer is forcibly pushed open by the thickness of the cutter C, and when the cutter C is pulled out, it is pulled out along with the adhesive force of the adhesive material. There may be a so-called onion phenomenon in which the periphery of the ridge protrudes in a convex shape.

Therefore, smooth rotation is not obtained by the convex portion, which not only gives the user a sense of incongruity in use, but also the appearance is not good and the commercial value may be impaired.

Further, the adhesive tape roll 1 immediately after winding has a portion where the tension applied at the time of winding is left as a strain stress, and the cut portion looks like a wound due to a reaction when it tries to return to its original state. There is also a risk of opening it. In particular, this action becomes stronger as it goes to the core R side, and in some cases, it may be broken in half from the cut portion 4 before use.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and its purpose is to cut off the adhesive tape after use without losing the feeling of use during use. It is providing the manufacturing method of an adhesive tape roll containing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a roll body in which an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one surface is wound in multiple layers so that the adhesive surface is exposed toward the front side. When forming perforations for cutting along the axial direction, a perforation blade in which a plurality of insertion portions having the same shape inserted along the radial direction of the roll body are formed with a predetermined interval A perforation for cutting having a cut through the adhesive tape and an uncut portion left between adjacent cuts on the same radial line from the outermost layer of the roll body to the inner layer on the core side. In the production method of the perforated adhesive tape roll to be formed,
The shape of each insertion part of the perforation blade is W1, the width of the tip of the insertion part is W1, the width of the root is W2, and the width ratio is in the range of W1: W2 = 1: 1.2 to 1.5. In the shape that gradually becomes wider from the tip side to the base side in the inside, and with the peripheral edge of each of the insertion portion as a double-edged blade, each of the insertion portion is directed from the outermost layer of the roll body toward the inner layer on the winding core side The cut is formed in the roll body by simultaneously driving in the radial direction.

In the present invention, if specific dimensions are presented, it is preferable that the width W1 of the tip of each insertion portion is W1 = 2.0 to 2.5 mm.

The present invention also includes a perforated pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll produced by the production method described above.

According to the present invention, the width of the tip of the insertion portion is W1 and the width of the root is W2, and the width ratio is within the range of W1: W2 = 1: 1.2 to 1.5. By forming the taper into a gradually widened shape and providing a taper at the insertion portion, the perforated blade can be easily inserted into the adhesive tape roll.

In addition, this can reduce the cutting stress applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the winding core side, can effectively prevent the tape cracking on the roll core R side, and when the perforated blade is inserted into the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and removed. In addition, the perforation around the adhesive tape roll is not raised to form a convex portion (onion phenomenon).

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a perforated pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll according to an embodiment of the present invention.

This perforated pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll 10 (hereinafter simply referred to as roll body 10) is similar to the conventional example described above, and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 3 on one side. In this embodiment, the roll body 10 is formed with non-adhesive surfaces 5 and 5 having no adhesive surfaces 3 at both ends with a predetermined width. It has a so-called dry edge structure.

In addition, the non-adhesive surface 5 may be provided only in any one edge part, and to put it extremely, the non-adhesive surface 5 does not need to be in either end. That is, in the present invention, the non-adhesive surfaces 5 and 5 are optional components. Furthermore, the adhesive surface 3 can be arbitrarily constructed according to the application such as solid coating or stripe coating.

The adhesive tape 2 is provided with a substantially parallel cutting portion 4 along the axial direction of the roll core R. The cutting part 4 passes from the perforation 41 formed on the adhesive surface 3 and the end of the one perforation 41 (right rear side in FIG. 1) through the non-adhesive surface 5 to the edge of the roll body 10. And a continuous cut 43.

The continuous cut 43 is a portion that becomes a “trigger” when the outermost adhesive tape 2 is cut off along the cut portion 4 after use. In this embodiment, the continuous cut 43 is formed of continuous cuts, for example, a triangular cutout. It may be.

As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1, the perforation 41 includes a number of cuts 41 a, 41 b, 41 c, 41 d... Penetrating the adhesive tape 2 at a predetermined interval, and adjacent cuts 41 a and 41 b (41 b and 41 c, 41c and 41d) are left uncut sections 42a, 42b, 42c,.

The cut line 41 and the uncut part 42 satisfy the ratio X1: X2 = 1: 1 to 2.0 when the length of each cut line 41 is X1 and the length of the uncut part 42 is X2. It is formed as follows.

According to this, since the interval between the perforations 4 is substantially equal, the outermost adhesive tape can be easily separated with one hand after use. In this embodiment, the cut line 41 and the uncut part 42 are, on average, X1 = 1.5 mm and X2 = 2.5 mm (X1: X2 = 1: 1.6).

Here, the length of the cut line 41 is preferably in the range of X1 = 1.0 to 2.0 mm. In addition, when it is set as less than X1: X2 = 1: 1, the uncut part 42 becomes shorter compared with the cut part 41, and the cut line 41 is connected to the roll core R side so as to form a slit shape. Due to the restoring stress, the adhesive tape 2 may be divided without being used. Moreover, when larger than X1: X2 = 1: 2.0, since the contact area of the perforation blade 6 (refer FIG. 2) at the time of forming the cut | interruption 41 increases, it will become easy to raise | generate the onion phenomenon mentioned above.

In this perforation 41, a dedicated perforation blade is inserted into the roll body 10 which is wound around the roll core R so that the adhesive surface 3 faces the front side from the mother roll using an insertion machine (not shown). Formed by. Next, the perforated blade 6 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the perforation blade 6 is made of a rectangular metal plate, and a plurality of insertion portions 61 a, 61 b, 61 c,. It has gaps 62a, 62b, 62c,..., 62n formed between the insertion parts 61.

In this example, the above-mentioned continuous cut 43 is formed on the end portion (non-adhesive surface 5) of the roll body 10 on the terminal side of the insertion portion 61 (next to the right of the insertion portion 61n in FIG. 2). A cutting blade 63 is provided on the same straight line as each insertion portion 61.

As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, each insertion portion 61 is formed so as to gradually become wider from the tip side (lower side in FIG. 2) to the root side (upper side in FIG. 2). Specifically, when the width of the tip of the insertion portion 61 is W1, and the width of the root of the insertion portion 61 is W2, the ratio satisfies W1: W2 = 1: 1.2 to 1.5. It is formed to do.

According to this, since the insertion portion is provided with a taper, not only is it easy to insert into the adhesive tape roll, but also the cutting stress applied to the adhesive tape on the core side can be reduced, and the roll core R side can be reduced. Tape breakage can be effectively prevented.

When W1: W2 = 1: 1.2, the taper angle of the insertion portion 61 is small, and the adhesive tape on the roll core R side (inside) when the insertion portion 61 is inserted into the roll body 10. There is a possibility that the force applied to 2 becomes too large and the perforation 4 is connected. If W1: W2 = 1: 1.5, the taper angle becomes too large, and the length and interval of the perforation 4 may change between the surface layer side and the roll core R side.

As shown in FIG. 3A (cross section taken along line AA in FIG. 2) and FIG. 3B (cross section taken along line BB in FIG. 2), the plate width T of the perforated blade 6 is 0 in this example. .45 mm. The peripheral edge of each insertion portion 61 is a double-edged blade whose width gradually decreases toward the outside. According to this, when inserting the insertion part 61, the shearing force applied to the adhesive tape 2 can be concentrated on the insertion part 61, and the perforation 4 can be surely attached to the adhesive tape 2 on the roll core R side. Can be formed.

Next, specific examples of the present invention and comparative examples thereof will be described. First, the roll body 10 was produced by the following method.

(Production of roll body)
Prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a synthetic rubber-based adhesive applied on one side of a paper base (width: 160 mm) and a silicone tape or other adhesive tape on the other side. Using a winding device, 90 rolls were wound around the roll core (diameter: 38 mm, length 159 mm) so that the adhesive surface faced the front side.
(Perforation production)
The produced roll body was installed in a dedicated perforation forming apparatus, and a perforation was formed on the roll body using a perforation blade produced based on the conditions shown in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1. Thereafter, the roll body produced by the above method was evaluated by the following method.

FIG. 5 shows a graph of the measurement results of the winding diameter. As a result, the following knowledge was obtained.
(1) Regardless of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, a roll diameter peak appears after one week has passed since the roll body was wound.
(2) In Example 1, since the outer diameter tolerance is less than ± 0.5 mm on both the 7th and 30th days immediately after winding, there is almost no rattling and the usability is good.
(3) In Comparative Example 1, the outer diameter tolerance is larger than ± 0.5 mm on both the 7th and 30th days immediately after winding, and there is a rattling feeling, which is inappropriate for use.
(4) In Comparative Example 1, the outer diameter tolerance reaches a peak on the seventh day, and becomes approximately ± 1.0 mm, and a rattling feeling that cannot be used is remarkably exhibited.

Thus, when the width of the front end of the perforated portion of the perforated blade used for forming the perforation is W1, and the width of the root of the perforated portion is W2, the inserted portion is W1: By being formed so as to satisfy W2 = 1: 1.2 to 1.5, when the perforated blade is inserted into and removed from the adhesive tape roll, the periphery of the perforation of the adhesive tape roll is raised. And convex portions (onion phenomenon) are not formed.
