A urethane liquid is injected and foamed by heating and pressing to form. In this case, the cold gauze has a function as a reinforcing material, but the slab urethane also provides rigidity and prevents the air vent of the foaming pot from being blocked. However, such a cold gauze and slab urethane alone are insufficient in rigidity, so that it is necessary to fill a wire, and the operation is complicated.

issue). However, integrating such a two-layer nonwoven fabric requires a complicated operation, and simply integrating the two layers does not prevent blocking of the air vent hole due to the passage of the urethane liquid. If an adhesive layer that blocks the passage of urethane liquid is formed in the middle, the passage of air is also blocked,
There is a problem that the urethane liquid does not penetrate into the nonwoven fabric and the function as a reinforcing material is inferior.

In this foam molded product, a resin liquid is introduced from the side opposite to the pressure-bonding layer of the reinforcing material base cloth and foamed in the mold of the foaming pot, and an impregnated layer is formed on the surface side opposite to the pressure-bonding layer of the reinforcing material base cloth. It is manufactured by integrally forming a foam molded body on the outside.

The nonwoven fabric is formed by thermocompression bonding, and can be formed by embossing or mirroring one surface of a uniform high-weight nonwoven fabric 2 as shown in FIG.
The one-sided embossing or mirroring is performed, in the case of a nonwoven fabric made of thermoplastic fiber, by compressing between the high-temperature embossing roll or the mirroring roll and the low-temperature normal roll through the high-grain nonwoven fabric 2 in FIG. Is formed by thermocompression bonding. In the case of a non-woven fabric made of non-thermoplastic fibers, the pressure-bonded layer 3 can be formed by impregnating one side with an adhesive and performing embossing or mirror processing.

In the foam molding, the resin liquid is placed in the cavity 6 between the mold surface 4 of the foaming kettle and one surface of the reinforcing material base fabric 1, in FIG. To form a foam molded body 7 by impregnating the reinforcing material base fabric 1 and foaming by heating and pressurizing. Thus, the resin liquid impregnated layer 8 is formed on the non-woven fabric 2 on the side where the pressure-bonded layer 3 is not formed, and the foam molded body 7 is formed on the outside thereof.

It does not stop at the layer 3 and does not pass through the base fabric 1 to close the air vent. The formation of the impregnated layer 8 increases the surface rigidity of the foam molded body 7, and when used as a cushioning material for an automobile seat, effectively supports the pressing force of the coil spring and does not cause damage.

A uniform molded article can be obtained, and a foam molded article with improved surface rigidity can be obtained. In addition, by forming a pressure-bonded layer on one side of the high-grain nonwoven fabric, the impregnation of the resin liquid is reliably stopped in the middle of the base cloth to prevent clogging of air vent holes, and the degree of impregnation of the resin liquid is adjusted to achieve dense foaming. A layer can be formed to further improve rigidity. Thus, foam molding with different hardness can be performed depending on the location, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the number of wires used for imparting rigidity can be reduced.
