2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a transparent plastic sheet has been thermoformed into the same shape as the content product in order to emphasize the display effect of the product and to emphasize the display effect of the product. Blister packs and the like that have been thermally bonded to an applied mount, aluminum foil, and the like have been developed and used. In addition, many of the medicines contained in tablets and capsules are marketed in a container made of glass, plastic, or the like, but in recent years, so-called blisters, in which individual tablets and capsules are individually packaged separately. Forms are increasing. For this reason, resin sheets and films having excellent transparency are widely used as transparent sheets for molding of blister packs, food containers and the like. Hard vinyl chloride excellent in transparency has been actively used for blister sheets.

[0003] However, molded articles using a vinyl chloride resin have a serious problem in disposal after use. For example, in the case of a cured vinyl chloride resin, it is difficult to recycle the resin. When incineration, which is one method of disposal, is performed, toxic gas is generated, and vinyl chloride resin is a troublesome resin to handle. For this reason, in recent years, the use of recyclable resins instead of vinyl chloride resins has been studied. In recent years, attempts have been made to use low-density polyethylene resins and amorphous linear polyester resins as resins suitable for molding blister packs and food containers having excellent transparency. However, low-density polyethylene resin has poor transparency,
It is unsuitable for achieving the above purpose. Further, the amorphous linear polyester resin is excellent in transparency, but has a drawback that the coefficient of friction is large.

For this reason, trays and blisters obtained by vacuum forming a sheet extruded by the T-die method using an amorphous linear polyester resin as a raw material (in accordance with the shape of an article,
When transparent plastic sheet moldings made by vacuum molding or pressure molding are stacked and left to stand, it is difficult to peel off the moldings one by one (hereinafter referred to as renestability). There is. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, a silicone oil or a fluorinated surfactant is applied to the surface of a molded product using an amorphous linear polyester resin,
Attempts have been made to improve the slip property and the renesting property, but the operation is complicated and not preferable. or,
Attempts have been made to improve the renesting property by adding an inorganic substance. However, in order to exert the effect, it is necessary to mix a large amount of an inorganic substance, which is not preferable because the transparency of the obtained sheet is lowered.

[0007] (B) Talc may be a commercially available one, the main component being hydrous magnesium silicate, white or pale yellow powder having a particle size of 0.1 to 10 µm. If the particle size is smaller than 0.1 μm, the dispersibility in the component (A) and the slipperiness of the obtained molded product are undesirably reduced. On the other hand, if it is larger than 10 μm, the transparency of the obtained molded product is undesirably reduced. The component (B) has a refractive index close to that of the component (A) of 1.57 to 1.60. Therefore, even if the component (B) is blended in a larger amount than other inorganic substances, the decrease in transparency is small. If it is, the transparency of the molded article is not reduced.

The (C) hydroxy fatty acid glyceride is a mono-, di- or tri-glyceride hydroxy compound of a fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. For example, it is included in those obtained by hydrogenating (hydrogenating) natural castor oil (CASTOR OIL). Hydrogen linked to the twelfth carbon, starting from the carbon of the carbonyl, is substituted with a hydroxyl group (OH), and the glyceride is preferably a tri-type. The most preferred hydroxy fatty acid glyceride is hydroxystearic acid triglyceride.

In the present invention, based on 100 parts by weight of the component (A),
The component (B) is used in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight. If less than 0.1 part by weight, the lubricity of the resin composition is reduced, and when a sheet for molding is manufactured, for example, blisters obtained by vacuum-pressure forming a sheet extruded by a T-die method are left to stand. , It is not possible to take out one by one later, that is, there is a decrease in so-called renestability (slipperiness),
On the other hand, if it is more than 1.0 part by weight, transparency and moldability are undesirably reduced. The component (C) is added in an amount of 0.05 to 1.0 part by weight. If the amount is less than 0.05 part by weight, when a molding sheet is produced, the renesting property is undesirably reduced, and if it is more than 1.0 part by weight, transparency and moldability are undesirably reduced.
In particular, in the present invention, when the ratio of the component (C) to the component (B) is 1.0: 1.0 to 1.0: 0.3, the slip property (renest property) is improved.
And the synergistic effect on transparency is best exhibited, and the composition of the present invention exhibits excellent effects by using a small amount of additives [(B) + (C)].

In the conventional method of simply adding a lubricant to the resin for improving the renesting property, the renesting property is improved, but the disadvantage that the transparency is always lowered is also caused. However, in the above-mentioned composition of the present invention, even when an amorphous linear polyester resin is used, the transparency is not reduced, and the production of the transparent polyester resin composition of the present invention, which has improved renestability, The production of the molding sheet may be performed by a usual method. Incidentally, the production of the molding sheet of the present invention,
The component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) may be blended at the concentration of the sheet for molding directly after the master batch is produced in advance. In particular, (A) 100 parts by weight of the amorphous linear polyester resin, (B) particle size 0.5
When a transparent polyester resin composition is manufactured by diluting 1.0 to 40.0 parts by weight of talc of 1.0 μm to 10 μm and (C) 1.0 to 20.0 parts by weight of hydroxy fatty acid glyceride, the lubricant master batch for transparent polyester resin is diluted. It is preferable since the dispersibility of the components (B) and (C) is improved, and the excellent molding sheet of the present invention can be easily obtained.

The resin composition of the present invention is obtained by blending a specific amount of (B) talc and (C) a hydroxyfatty acid glyceride with (A) an amorphous linear polyester resin to obtain a blister pack, PTP or tray. It exhibits excellent effects in both transparency and renesting properties required for a sheet used for such purposes. That is, even if the trays obtained by molding using the molding sheet of the present invention are stacked and left for a long period of time, they are easily peeled off one by one and have excellent renesting properties, and are excellent in workability with easy handling. The transparency is not inferior to that of a sheet using an amorphous linear polyester resin containing no additive, and the contents can be seen well and the display effect of the product is greatly exhibited. Moreover, the amorphous linear polyester resin used in the present invention is:
It is easier to handle after use than conventional vinyl chloride resin. That is, when used in a blister pack, PTP, tray, or the like, it is a thermoplastic resin, and is used in a transparent state, so that it is easy to collect and recycle the resin. Its uses include miscellaneous goods, toys, stationery, electrical products, machine tools, cosmetics, medical instruments,
It can be used for packaging pharmaceutical tablets and the like.
