As a conventional steam humidifier, for example, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the attachment portion 1 of the body 1 which features a the attachment portion 1 1 of the evaporation pan 3 and supply water reservoir 6 1 , an evaporating dish 3 provided with a ceramic heater 16 on its outer periphery is attached, and the bottom of the supply water reservoir 6 and the bottom of the evaporating dish 3 are connected by a pipe 11. A receiving portion 2 is provided, and a water level sensor 7 is provided in the supply water reservoir 6. The water level sensor 7 includes a reed switch 10 therein, and a float 9 with a magnet on the outer periphery of the reed switch 10 so as to be vertically movable. Then, the steam hood 17 integrally attached to the hood cover 18 is fitted on the steam hood receiving portion 2 to detachably attach the hood cover 18, and the water tank 8 is mounted on the upper portion of the supply water reservoir 6. To be placed. An opening / closing valve 19 that is in contact with the upper end of the water level sensor 7 is provided on the opening / closing lid of the water tank 8. FIG.
4, 12 is a power switch, 13 is a humidity adjustment switch, 14 is a timer switch, and 15 is a drain indicator lamp. When the water tank 8 is placed, the on-off valve 19
Is opened, and the water is maintained at the standard level in the evaporating dish 3 and the supply water reservoir 6 via the pipe 11 as shown in FIG. At this time, the contact of the reed switch 10 is turned on by the magnet of the float 9, and the water is heated, boiled and vaporized by the heater 16 of the evaporating dish 3, and the indoor humidity is improved by the steam. Further, when the water level in the water tank 8 disappears and the water level drops and reaches the water level shown in FIG. 4, the contact of the reed switch 10 is turned off and the power of the heater is turned off.

However, in this conventional steam type humidifier, when water is heated, boiled, and vaporized in the evaporating dish 3, calcium, magnesium, etc., in water components, adhere to the evaporating dish 3 and the pipe 11. This deposit accumulates and accumulates. For this reason, it is necessary to remove such deposits. In the removal operation, the food cover 18 can be removed to clean the evaporating dish 3, but the deposits attached to the pipe 11 can be cleaned. This is impossible, and there is a danger that, when used continuously for a long time, deposits increase, problems such as clogging of a pipe occur, the connection portion is broken, and water leakage occurs. Also, pipe 1
It is necessary to apply a silicone resin agent and fix it with a pipe as a countermeasure against water leakage that occurs when connecting 1, and the heat of the evaporating dish escapes to the supply water reservoir through the pipe, resulting in poor heat efficiency and high cost. There was a point. The present invention seeks to provide a steam humidifier that solves the conventional problems.

When the water tank is placed, water flows into the supply water reservoir, and further flows into the evaporating dish through a water supply path formed by a groove communicating the supply water reservoir and the evaporating dish. The water level is maintained, and the water is heated, boiled and vaporized in the evaporating dish, and the indoor humidity is humidified by the steam. At this time, since a partition wall extending below the bottom wall of the groove is vertically provided on the groove entrance side in the supply water reservoir section, the heat heated by the evaporating dish is interrupted at the partition wall, and the heat supply is stopped. The water in the reservoir is not heated. In addition, since there is no pipe, there is no occurrence of water leakage due to clogging or breakage of the pipe, so that quality and reliability can be improved.

When the embodiment of EXAMPLES This invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, in the steam humidifier, the mounting of the body 1 which features a the attachment portion 1 1 of the evaporation pan 3 and supply water reservoir 6 ceramic heater 16 is attached to an evaporating dish 3 provided on the outer periphery in section 1 1, the receiving unit 2 of the fume hood 17 disposed above the the evaporated Hatsusara 3, the supply water reservoir water supply channel 6
Of the upper side of the evaporating dish 3 and an upper side of the evaporating dish 3, and a step portion deeper on the inlet side of the groove 4 in the supply water reservoir 6 is formed. A partition 5 reaching the vicinity is vertically provided by integral molding so as to face the groove inlet side, and a water level sensor 7 having the same configuration as the water level sensor shown in FIG. Then, the steam hood 17 integrally attached to the hood cover 18 is fitted onto the steam hood receiving portion 2 to removably attach the hood cover 18, and the water shown in FIG. A water tank 8 having the same configuration as the tank is placed. 1 and 2, 9 is a float with a magnet, 10 is a reed switch, 12 is a power switch, 13 is a humidity adjustment switch, 14 is a timer switch, 15 is a drain indicator lamp, and 19 is an open / close valve.

When the water tank 8 is placed, the on-off valve 1
9 is opened, the water flows into the supply water reservoir 6 as shown in FIG. 2, and is formed by the groove 4 communicating the upper side of the supply water reservoir 6 and the upper edge of the evaporating dish 3. After flowing into the evaporating dish 3 through the water supply path, the two standard water levels are maintained, and the heater 16 of the evaporating dish 3 heats, boils and evaporates, and the steam improves the indoor humidity. At this time, since the partition wall 5 extending below the bottom wall of the groove at the inlet side of the groove 4 in the supply water reservoir 6 is vertically provided, the heater 1 of the evaporating dish 3 is provided.
Since the heat heated by 6 cannot be conducted below the bottom wall of the groove, heat conduction is effectively cut off at the partition 5 and the water in the supply water reservoir 6 and the water in the water tank 8 are not heated. Then, when the water in the water tank 8 runs out and the water level drops and reaches the water level shown in FIG. 2, the power of the heater is turned off and the humidification is interrupted. When water is heated, boiled, and vaporized in the evaporating dish 3, calcium, magnesium and the like as components of the water adhere to the evaporating dish 3 and the groove 4, and the attached matter accumulates and accumulates. In order to remove the water, it is only necessary to remove the food cover 18 and clean the evaporating dish 3 and the groove 4. Therefore, the operation of removing the attached matter becomes simple and does not cause water leakage or the like. Further, unlike the related art, there is no need to connect a pipe, so that the structure is simple and the cost can be greatly reduced.

According to the present invention, the water supply path is constituted by a groove communicating with the supply water reservoir and the evaporating dish, and a partition wall extending below the groove bottom wall on the groove entrance side in the supply water reservoir. Since it is vertically installed facing the groove entrance side, it is only necessary to remove the steam hood and clean the evaporating dish and the groove when removing the deposits on the evaporation dish and the groove. It does not cause water leakage etc., makes maintenance easy, and can effectively block heat from escaping from escaping into the supply water pool, improving thermal efficiency and reducing costs. It can be planned.
