2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a structure for sealing a luggage compartment,
A luggage room of a bus is formed by a floor plate provided below a floor member of a guest room, side walls mounted between the floor member and the floor plate, and a ceiling plate mounted at a distance from the lower surface of the floor member in the direction of the floor plate. It is known that a wire harness arranged along the lower surface of the floor member penetrates the side wall via the rubber bush and passes above the luggage compartment between the floor member and the ceiling plate. I have. The rubber bush is fitted into a pair of insertion holes formed in the side wall, respectively, a wire harness is inserted into these rubber bushes, and a gap between the rubber bush and the wire harness is filled with a seal member. In the above luggage compartment seal structure,
Even if rainwater on the road surface jumped up by the tires or water during car washing adheres to the wire harness and flows down the wire harness, it does not reach the upper part of the luggage room because it is blocked by the rubber bush. Rainwater, etc., is prevented from entering the area.

[0004] In order to solve this problem, there is disclosed an underfloor luggage compartment structure of a bus body in which an instantaneous pressure regulating valve is incorporated in an appropriate wall portion of an enclosed luggage compartment provided under the floor of a passenger compartment. 57-117242). In this luggage compartment structure,
A plumbing cover having a substantially U-shaped cross section is assembled so as to surround the lower surface of the cabin passage on the floor forming the ceiling of the luggage compartment, and a front driver's seat and rear devices are connected inside the plumbing cover. Various operation pipes and electric cables ( wire harnesses ) are arranged in the traveling direction of the bus. In addition, the luggage compartment is almost completely sealed by filling the gap with a seal member while attaching the pipe cover. In this luggage compartment structure,
Even if rainwater or the like adhering to the operation pipe or the wire harness propagates through the operation pipe or the wire harness, the rainwater or the like does not enter the pipe cover because it is blocked by the seal member, and therefore enters the luggage compartment . Not to enter.

In addition, three through holes 43 are formed at predetermined intervals between the left frame 21 and the harness duct 36 of the pair of seal plates 26, 27. A half rubber bush 44 is fitted into each of the through holes 43, and three pipes 46 through which brake oil, compressed air, fuel, and the like pass are inserted into the rubber bush 44. A seal member (not shown) is filled between the rubber bush 44 and the pipe 46 so that rainwater or the like transmitted through the pipe 46 is blocked by the rubber bush 44 so as not to reach above the luggage compartment 12. The pipes 46 are connected by unions 47 of fittings above the luggage compartment 12, and these pipes 46 can be inspected by removing the ceiling plate 16 (FIGS. 1 to 3). The harness duct 36 constructed as described above
Then, when rainwater on the road surface jumped up by the tire 10b or water at the time of car washing adheres to the wire harnesses 34 and 35, the rainwater or the like travels through the wire harnesses 34 and 35 and directly enters the harness duct 36, Alternatively, it penetrates into the dustproof tools 41 and 42 and enters the harness duct 36. In the harness duct 36, the wire harnesses 34, 35
Rainwater, etc., which has fallen from the harness duct 36 and penetrates into the harness duct 36 by penetrating into the harness duct 36, passes through the drain passage 36 d of the harness duct 36, and is removed from the harness duct 36 at a position deviated from above the luggage compartment 12. Drain hole 36e,
Fall from 36f. As a result, rainwater and the like do not fall on the ceiling plate 16 of the luggage compartment 12, and therefore do not enter the luggage compartment 12.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, c.
Sponge inserted into both ends of the
A pair of dust shields prevent solid foreign matter from entering the harness duct.
Blocks and allows water to enter and exit, above the harness duct
Form a harness play insertion part into which the wire harness is freely inserted
At the lower part of the harness duct
A drain passage and a luggage compartment on the bottom of the drain passage
The drain hole is formed at a position off the top of the
Rainwater, etc., adhering to the yaharness is transmitted through the wire harness.
To enter the harness duct and fall in the harness duct
However, this rainwater passes through the drain passage and drains through the drain hole.
Fall. As a result, rainwater, etc. that has entered the harness duct
Can be smoothly discharged , thereby preventing rainwater or the like from entering the luggage compartment. Also , accidentally hit a long object against the piping cover.
Doing so will deform the pipe cover and damage the wire harness
Compared to the conventional luggage compartment structure that may cause
Is a high-strength frame, even if a long object
Does not deform and damages the harness duct or wire harness
I will not do it. In addition, the number of cables changed the design of the vehicle
Increase the number of pipe covers by the increased number.
A new hole in the wire harness
Conventional luggage compartment structure that must be sealed with
In comparison with the present invention, the number of wire harnesses has increased in the present invention.
However, if the increased harness is inserted through the harness duct
Good and dustproof holes through which increased wire harness passes
Can be formed very easily on the
The cable work can be easily performed.
