Such a double-floor structure has the advantage that the unevenness of the upper surface of the floor substrate can be absorbed by the support legs that can adjust the level, so that the trouble of smoothing the floor substrate is unnecessary, and the underfloor space below the floor panel material. Since it is continuous in the horizontal direction, it has an advantage that piping and wiring work on the floor base upper surface is easy, so that it is widely used in the above-mentioned middle and high-rise buildings.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when a floor impact force acts on the upper surface of the floor panel material and the air in the underfloor space vibrates due to the vibration of the floor panel material, the underfloor space in the double floor structure described above. Are continuous in the horizontal direction, so that the air vibration in the underfloor space is diffused in the horizontal direction and transmitted to a wide area. For this reason, in the above-mentioned double floor structure, the floor impact sound generated on the floor is transmitted as a loud impact sound to the downstairs, and there is a problem that the soundproof performance is not sufficient.

Further, in the above-mentioned double floor structure, since the floor panel material is supported by the supporting legs, when a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel material between the supporting legs, the floor panel material is greatly bent and vibrated. Therefore, there is also a problem that the floor impact sound is transmitted as a loud impact sound downstairs.

Specifically, a solution taken by the present invention is that a plurality of floor panel materials are juxtaposed on a floor base made of a concrete floor slab or the like via a plurality of support legs capable of adjusting the level, and the underfloor is placed below the floor panel materials. For a soundproof double floor structure in which a space is formed, a gap having an appropriate width is provided between the floor panel materials, and an upper surface of the floor panel material is connected to connect the upper surfaces of the floor panel materials. A connecting member having a substantially T-shaped cross section, comprising a fixed band-shaped rigid connecting plate fixed thereto and a band-shaped rigid sound insulating plate hanging down from the lower surface of the connecting plate, is provided with the sound insulating plate positioned in the gap. The sound insulating material of the connecting member protrudes from the lower surface of the floor panel material, the projecting amount is one third or more of the height of the underfloor space, and the lower end of the sound insulating material does not contact the upper surface of the floor base. Is set as the configuration.

Further, since the floor panel members are connected by a connecting member having a substantially T-shaped cross section, the connecting member having a band-shaped rigid connecting plate and a band-shaped rigid sound insulating plate hanging down from the connecting plate. The sound insulation plate acts as a reinforcing rib for the floor panel material, increasing the rigidity of the entire laid floor panel material, so that even if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel material between the supporting legs, the floor panel material Bending vibration hardly occurs.

In this case, the thickness of the connecting plate 7a is formed to be substantially the same size as the height of the notch 2a, and the width of the connecting plate 7a is the total size of the width of the two opposing notches 2a and the gap 6. The connecting plate 7a is fixed to the upper surface of the cutout portion 2a of the floor panel material 2 by screwing or nailing. By doing so, the floor panel members 2 are firmly connected by the connecting plate 7a, and the plurality of floor panel members 2 form a single rigid floor as a whole, and the floor panel members 2 A flat plane is formed by the upper surface and the upper surface of the connection plate 7a.

The sound insulating plate 7b is arranged in the gap 6, and the lower end of the sound insulating plate 7b protrudes below the lower surface of the floor panel material 2 as appropriate. In this case, the projecting amount of the sound insulating plate 6a is preferably set as follows.

In other words, as the upper limit of the protrusion amount, a gap such that the lower end of the sound insulating plate 7b does not contact the upper surface of the floor base 1, for example, a gap of about 10 mm, is formed between the lower end of the sound insulating plate 7b and the upper surface of the floor base 1 even when the floor surface is bent. It is preferable that the pipe 7 is formed between them. When the pipe 7 is laid on the upper surface of the floor base 1, it is preferable to provide a gap such that the lower end of the sound insulating plate 7b does not hit the pipe 7.

In addition, the lower limit of the protrusion amount is one third of the height of the underfloor space.
It is preferable that it is above. The reason is as follows. That is, FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the clearance, which is the distance between the lower end of the sound insulating plate 7b and the upper surface of the floor substrate 1, and the number of lightweight floor impact sounds L when the height of the underfloor space 5 is 100 mm. Therefore, as is clear from the figure, when the clearance is between 100 mm and 67 mm, the L number sharply decreases as the clearance decreases.
This is because if the clearance is smaller than 67 mm, the L number becomes 55 or less. Further, the reason why the L number becomes 55 or less when the clearance is smaller than 67 mm is interpreted as follows. That is, when at least one-third of the height of the underfloor space 5 is partitioned by the sound insulating plate 7b, even if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel material 2, the floor impact sound is blocked by the sound insulating plate 7b. This is because it becomes difficult to diffuse the underfloor space 5 in the horizontal direction.

As the material of the connecting plate 7a and the sound insulating plate 7b, the floor panel material 2
It is preferable to use a plate material having rigidity enough to reduce the bending deformation of the side edge portion and capable of nailing to the upper surface of the floor panel, specifically, a plywood, a particle board or a plastic provided with a screw hole. A mold material or a metal mold material can be used. In this case, the materials of the connecting plate 7a and the sound insulating plate 7b may be the same or different. Also, regarding the specific size of the connecting plate 7a,
Thickness: 12 mm, width: 150 mm, length: about 1800 mm is preferable for handling, and regarding the specific size of the sound insulating plate 7 b, thickness: 15 m
m, height: about 80 mm, length: about 1800 mm are preferable for soundproofing.

As a method of connecting the connection plate 7a and the sound insulation plate 7b, they may be bonded to each other with an adhesive or made of a synthetic resin. Using To the lower surface of the connecting plate 7a and screw the sound insulating plate 7b May be stapled, but it is necessary that the sound insulating plate 7b be attached with such a strength that the sound insulating plate 7b does not fall off due to the impact force generated on the floor surface. When the connecting plate 7a and the sound insulating plate 7b are formed of the same material, both may be formed integrally.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the soundproof double floor structure of the present invention, the amount of protrusion of the sound insulating plate from the lower surface of the floor panel material is set to be one third or more of the height of the underfloor space. Because
The floor impact sound is hindered by the sound insulating plate and is difficult to diffuse in the underfloor space in the horizontal direction, and the floor panel materials are connected by a connection member having a substantially T-shaped cross-section having rigidity, so that the whole is rigid. In addition, even when a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel material, bending vibration is unlikely to occur in the floor panel material, so that the soundproofness is significantly improved.

In addition, since the connecting member is provided with the sound insulating plate positioned in the gap between the floor panel materials, it is possible to simultaneously perform the partition of the underfloor space and the rigidity of the floor panel material, and after the floor panel material is constructed. Since the connecting member can be attached, construction of the floor panel material and the sound insulating plate is extremely easy.

1. A soundproofing system in which a plurality of floor panel materials are juxtaposed via a plurality of support legs whose levels can be adjusted on a floor base made of a concrete floor slab or the like, and an underfloor space is formed below the floor panel materials. A double-floor structure, in which a gap having an appropriate width is provided between the floor panel materials, and a strip-shaped rigidity fixed to the upper surface of the floor panel material so as to connect between the upper surfaces of the floor panel materials. A connecting member having a substantially T-shaped cross section, comprising a connecting plate having a rigid plate and a band-shaped rigid sound insulating plate hanging down from the lower surface of the connecting plate, is provided with the sound insulating plate positioned in the gap. The sound insulating material protrudes from the lower surface of the floor panel material, and the amount of protrusion is set so as to be one-third or more of the height of the underfloor space, and the lower end of the sound insulating material is set so as not to contact the upper surface of the floor base. Features a soundproof double floor structure.
