This kind of double floor structure has the advantage that unevenness on the surface of the subfloor can be absorbed by the level-adjustable support legs, so there is no need to smooth the subfloor, and there is no need to smooth the subfloor, and there is no space under the floor below the floor panel material. Since the pipes are continuous in the horizontal direction, it has the advantage that piping and wiring work on the ground surface under the floor is easy, so it is widely used in the above-mentioned medium and high-rise buildings.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when a floor impact force acts on the upper surface of the floor panel shrine and the vibration of the floor panel shrine causes the air in the underfloor space to vibrate,
In the double-floor structure described in ``2,'' the underfloor space is continuous in the horizontal direction, so air vibrations in the underfloor space are spread horizontally and transmitted over a wide area. For this reason, in the above-mentioned double floor structure, the floor impact sound generated on the upper floor is transmitted to the lower floor as a large impact sound, and there is a problem that the soundproofing performance is not sufficient.

In addition, in the above-mentioned double floor structure, since the floor panel shrine is supported by the support legs, if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel between the support legs, the floor panel material will bend significantly. Because of the vibration, there is also the problem that floor impact noise becomes even louder impact noise and is transmitted downstairs.

Specifically, the solution proposed by the present invention is that a plurality of floor panel materials are arranged side by side on a subfloor consisting of a concrete floor slab': 5 via a plurality of support legs whose levels are adjustable, and the lower part of the floor panel shrine is The object is a soundproof double floor structure in which an under-floor space is formed between the floor panels, and a gap of 1] is appropriately provided between the above-mentioned floor panel shrines, and the floor panel shrines are arranged so that the upper surfaces of the floor panel shrines are connected. A connection part with a substantially T-shaped cross section consisting of a rigid band-like connecting plate fixed on the upper surface and a rigid band-like sound insulating plate hanging from the lower surface of the connecting plate. A sound insulating board is positioned, and the sound insulating plate of the connecting member is located at the bottom of the sound insulating material or above the protrusion amount from the lower surface of the floor panel material or one-third or more of the height of the underfloor space. The configuration is such that it does not come into contact with the ground surface of the floor subfloor.

In addition, the floor panel has a cross section approximately T consisting of a rigid band-like connecting plate and a rigid band-like sound insulating plate hanging from the connecting plate.
Because they are connected by a letter-shaped connecting member, the rigid sound insulating board acts as a reinforcing rib for the floor panel shrine, increasing the overall rigidity of the installed floor panel shrine. Even if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of a panel shrine, bending vibration is unlikely to occur in the floor panel material.

Generally speaking, since the connecting member is provided with its sound insulating plate positioned in the gap between the floor panel materials, it is possible to simultaneously partition the underfloor space and stiffen the floor panel materials as described above. At the same time, the connecting member can be removed after the floor panel shrine is placed and leveled.

As a feature of this embodiment, the floor panel system has two comrades.
For example, a grid-like gap 6 of 50 m m i] is provided, and step-like cutouts 2a, 2a are provided at the peripheral edge of each floor panel shrine 2, and these gaps 6 and the opposing A space having a T-shaped cross section is formed by the notches 2a, 2a.

A is fixed to the upper surface of the glue portion 2a of the floor panel 2 with screws II or nails 11. By doing this, the floor panel shrines 2 are firmly connected by the connecting plate 7a, and the floor panel shrines 2 of the number of stages are made into one rigid floor as a whole. The sound insulating board 7b is arranged within the gap 6, and the lower end of the sound insulating board 7b protrudes from the lower surface of the floor panel 2 by a certain angle. In this case J, the amount of protrusion of the sound insulating plate 6a is preferably set as described above.

In other words, the upper limit of the amount of protrusion is such that even if the floor surface bends, the edge of the sound insulating board 7b does not come into contact with the top surface of the subfloor 1, such as a gap of about 1Q mm between the bottom end of the sound insulating board 7b and the top surface of the subfloor 1. It is preferable that the pipes 7 be formed between the sound insulating plates 7 and 7.
It is preferable to provide a gap to the extent that the lower end of b does not touch the pipe 7.

Moreover, it is preferable that the lower limit of the amount of protrusion is one-third or more of the height of the underfloor space. The reason is as above. That is, FIG. 4 shows that the underfloor space 5 is 1;
In the case of OOm m, the edge of the sound insulation board 7b and the flooring]
This figure shows the relationship between the clearance, which is the distance from the top surface, and the number of lightweight floor impact noises. As is clear from the figure, as the clearance decreases from 1100 rri to 67 mm, the L number also increases. This is because the clearance decreases rapidly, and the clearance is reduced to 67 m.
This is because if it is smaller than m, the number of L will be 55 or less.

Furthermore, the reason why the L number becomes 55 or less when the clearance is made smaller than 67 mm is interpreted as follows. In other words, if one-third or more of the height of the underfloor space 5 is partitioned by the sound insulation board 7b, even if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel material 2, the floor impact sound will be absorbed by the sound insulation board. This is because it becomes difficult for the underfloor space 5 to spread horizontally as it is blocked by the underfloor space 7b.

The material for the connecting plate 7a and the sound insulating plate 7b is preferably a material that has enough rigidity to reduce bending deformation of the side edge with the floor panel shrine 2 and that can be nailed to the top surface of the floor panel. Specifically, plywood, particle board, a plastic mold with screw holes, a metal mold, etc. can be used. In this case, the materials of the connecting plate 7a and the sound insulating plate 7b may be the same or different. Further, the specific size of the connecting plate 7a is as follows: thickness: 12 mm, III: ] 550 m

Because it has been
Floor impact noise is blocked by the sound insulating board and difficult to diffuse horizontally through the underfloor space, and the floor panel materials are connected by rigid connecting members with a roughly T-shaped cross section, making the whole structure rigid. Even if a floor impact force is applied to the upper surface of the floor panel shrine, bending vibration is unlikely to occur in the floor panel shrine, so the soundproofing properties are significantly improved.

In addition, since the connecting member is provided by positioning the sound insulating board in the gap between the floor panel materials, it is possible to partition the underfloor space and increase the rigidity of the floor panel shrine at the same time. Since the connecting members can be removed after installation, installation of the floor panel system and sound insulation board is extremely easy.

このため、本発明によると、防音性に優れた防音二重床
構造を商品な施工方法により得ることができる。
Therefore, according to the present invention, a soundproof double floor structure with excellent soundproofing properties can be obtained using a commercially available construction method.
