Conventionally, for example, in the construction work of a nuclear power plant or the like, in the module construction method in which equipment and piping in the building are installed in a pre-assembled manner, the loading and unloading of the module is performed.
A temporary gantry is used for the setting, and various devices are installed at predetermined locations by an installation method using a trolley as described in JP-A-57-144398.

However, the above-mentioned prior art has no problem when the fixtures are carried into the building by the horizontal pulling method, but in recent plants, for the purpose of shortening the construction period and streamlining the installation, before the ceiling of the building is completed. A loading method called direct-on or blue sky loading, in which products are suspended directly to the installation location using a crane or other lifting machine, is adopted. In such a method, the product or module to be installed is used. There are cases where there is little horizontal spatial freedom or extra space. In other words, in areas where the fixtures occupy the installation site, horizontal pulling carts as in the prior art,
Since there is no space for carrying out the temporary gantry in the horizontal direction, provision of temporary openings and the like for taking out these tentatively, and installation of piping and operation gantry, etc. attached to the fixtures until these are taken out There was a problem that inconvenience occurred such that installation work could not be performed.

In order to achieve the above object, a cross joint of a horizontal member of the present invention is a split joint of a horizontal member in which a connecting portion of a horizontal member made of a mold steel is splitably connected by fitting a pin. Each of the connecting portions of the steel cross member is provided with a formwork block having a fitting portion that is continuous with each other, and a steel pin is attached to the formwork block along the axis of the mold steel transverse material. On the other hand, there is provided a pin holding means such as a pressing plate which is fitted in the vertical direction at an angle of about 45 degrees and holds the steel pin in the fitting portion.

According to the above configuration, since the pins are fitted in the vertical direction at an angle of approximately 45 degrees with respect to the axis of the horizontal member, the horizontal members to be connected are integrally joined, and the external force as a whole of the horizontal member is The structure can withstand the load. Further, the fitted pin is fixed to the building block by means such as a holding plate, so that it does not come off accidentally. Therefore, the horizontal members are connected by fitting the pins, and can be easily divided by removing the pins.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, the frames 1, 1 are connected by fitting pins 2 to connecting portions of the frames 1, 1 using H-shaped steel as a horizontal frame. The pin 2 is adapted to be fitted into a mold block 3, 3 fixed by welding or the like in the gantry 1, 1, and the fitted pin 2 is inadvertently provided from the mold block 3, 3. The pins 2 are held on the outer sides of the mold blocks 3 and 3 using a holding plate 4 so that the pins 2 are not pulled out, and the holding plate 4 is fixed to the forming blocks 3 and 3 by connecting bolts 5 and 5.

Further, since the pins 2 are fitted into the respective gantry 1, 1 at an angle of 45 degrees, the gantry 1, 1 is integrally formed, and an external force is applied to the gantry 1, 1 so that the load and bending moment cause shearing of the gantry 1, 1. Even when force and pulling load are applied,
Are designed to withstand the respective loads, and the gantry 1, 1 as a whole has a structure capable of withstanding an external force load.

When the gantry 1,1 is divided, the connecting bolts 5,5 are pulled out, the holding plate 4 is removed, and the pin 2 is formed into a block 3,3.
By pulling it out from 3, the mounts 1 and 1 can be easily connected free.

According to the present embodiment, for example, while the module is temporarily suspended by a chain block, the gantry 1, 1 can be divided and carried out, and the gantry 1, which has been divided and carried out and becomes used, can be used.
1,1 can be reused by being reassembled and assembled when a new module is loaded, and by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of connections of the gantry 1,1 It is versatile as a unit-type mount that can be used, eliminating the need for labor and resources for manufacturing a temporary mount that was conventionally manufactured according to individual module shapes.

(2) Even after the completion of the skeleton or during the construction of the skeleton,
The module 120, which is a pre-assembled product consisting of equipment, piping, trays, ducts, supports, operation stands, etc., is temporarily supported and fixed during transportation and loading of the equipment while the equipment can be loaded and installed. A temporary frame 140 to which a unit-type frame 110 for connection is connected is taken into the building.

At this time, the means for transferring the module 120 to a predetermined position / set place in the building uses a crane, a hoist or a chain block 150 for vertical movement, and a cart or a carriage for horizontal movement, that is, horizontal pulling. This is performed using a roller or a monorail.

First, at the time of setting the module, if the temporary gantry is taken off, for example, if the setting place is narrow, in the conventional case, as shown in FIG. 7, the temporary gantry 140 is integrated (for example, one H Because of this, there was no space for pulling out, and it was necessary to cut off the temporary base 140 during the pulling or to provide an extra temporary opening in the frame for pulling out. By using it, the gantry can be easily removed by dividing and transporting the gantry 140 to the individual unit-type gantry 110 even in a narrow space, and a temporary frame opening for pulling out the gantry is provided. It is no longer necessary.

Furthermore, in general, since the dimensions of a module product are not uniform, in the past, a temporary base had to be manufactured by cutting out steel materials in accordance with the dimensions of the module, one by one, and wasteful work was performed as a temporary material. However, by using this embodiment, it is possible to cope with any shape of module by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of unit-type mounts to be connected. It also has the effect of eliminating the hassle of producing and resources.
