【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、使い捨ておむつなど
の吸収性パンツに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】特公平４−４２０１７号公報は、パンツ
型使い捨ておむつを開示する。この公報の図１０及び図
１１が示すおむつは、それぞれ横長に裁断した透液性内
面シ−トと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸液性パネルを
介在させ、長さ方向に沿う一側縁部に腰回り弾性部材及
び長さ方向に沿う他側縁部に脚回り弾性部材を取り付け
た積層体をその横方向に二つに折り重ねてその折り目と
は反対側縁部と、前記積層体の下端中央部に形成した股
下凹欠部の縁部とをそれぞれ接合することで構成してあ
る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】特公平４−４２０１７
号公報が開示するおむつは、股下凹欠部を形成するか
ら、常に股下基底面よりも下方向に脚挿入部が位置し股
下に対する適合性に優れるが、その股下域の中央部には
吸液性パネルが位置しておらず、排泄液が股下域の両側
縁から漏れ易い。
【０００４】この考案の課題は、前後身頃を別体に形成
してそれらを接合することで構成したパンツでありなが
ら、その股下接合部上にも吸液性パネルが位置するよう
に構成することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】この考案に係る物品は、
透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シートとの間に吸液性
パネルを介在させた前後身頃から腰回り開口部と一対の
脚回り開口部を有するパンツを構成するとともに、それ
らの開口部にそれらの回り方向に収縮する弾性部材を取
り付けてある使い捨て吸収性パンツを前提とし、次の点
を特徴とする。
【０００６】即ち、前記前後身頃を別体に、かつ、それ
ら身頃の各々の下端中央部に股下凹欠部を形成し、前記
パネルの各々を、輪郭の大きさにおいて前記内外面シー
トの各々の外周縁部が前記パネルの各々の外周縁から延
出する程度に形成して該内外面シートの各々の外周縁部
を接合するとともに、それら身頃の股下凹欠部の縁部と
それら身頃の両側縁部とを、それらの外側縁を残して、
それぞれ融着手段で接合することで、該股下凹欠部の頂
部である股下基底面から下方向へ延出する脚挿入部を有
するパンツ本体を構成し、前記パンツ本体の股下内側に
Ｕ字状に折り曲げた補助吸液性パネルの少なくとも両上
端部を接合するとともに、該補助パネルの底部の下面と
前記パンツ本体の股下内面との間に少なくとも１０ｍｍ
の間隔を 設けてある点。

【作用】前記構成に係るこの考案によれば、おむつの着
用時、股下域全体が身体の股間に適確に位置するととも
に、脚挿入部の少なくとも内側面が身体の大腿の内側を
被覆する。股下にも吸液性パネルが位置しているから、
これら域でも排泄液を十分に吸収することができる。

【実施例】図面を参照して、この考案の実施例に係る使
い捨ておむつを例にとってこの考案を説明すると、以下
のとおりである。
【０００９】図１及び図２において、おむつ本体１は、
前後身頃２，３から腰回り開口部４及び一対の脚挿入部
（脚回り開口部）５を有するパンツ型に構成してある。
前後身頃２，３は、透液性内面シート６と、不透液性外
面シート７と、内外面シート６，７の間に介在させた吸
液性パネル８とから構成してある。
【００１０】前後身頃２，３の下端中央部には、股下凹
欠部９を形成してある。前後身頃２，３は、股下凹欠部
９と両側縁部１０とを、それらの外側縁を僅かに残し
て、加熱下又は超音波作用下の融着手段による接合線１
１ａ，１１ｂを施こして一体に接合してある。接合線１
１ｂの大きさ、形状及び曲率半径は、おむつが大人用で
あるか幼児用であるかによって適宜決定することができ
るが、前後身頃２，３の腰回り側へ凸曲し、かつ、これ
によって凸曲接合線１１ｂの頂面１６よりも下方向へ脚
挿入部５の内側部が延出する限り、特に問わない。
【００１１】内外面シート６，７の腰回り及び脚回りに
おいてパネル８から延出する縁部の間にこれら回り方向
へ収縮する弾性部材１２，１３を介在させて該縁部をホ
ットメルト接着剤又は前記融着手段で閉じてある。内外
面シート６，７の両側部においてパネル８から延出する
縁部も同様に閉じてある。
【００１２】前後身頃２，３の両側縁及び両脚回り下縁
は軸線１４に対して傾斜させてあるが、両側縁は軸線１
４と平行な垂直線、両脚回り下縁は軸線１４に直交する
水平線にそれぞれ形成してあってもよい。
【００１３】おむつ本体１の股下内側には長方形状の吸
液性補助パネル１５を設けてある。パネル１５は、吸液
性コア１５ａを透液性シート１５ｂで被覆して構成し、
Ｕ字状に折り曲げて少なくともその両上端部を内面シー
ト６に接着剤で接合してある。補助パネル１５は、図示
のように、その底部の下面をおむつ本体１の股下内面か
ら浮き上がらせてあることが好ましく、かつ、その浮き
上がり寸法、即ち、パネル１５の底部の下面とおむつ本
体１の股下内面との間の距離Ｓを少なくとも１０ｍｍに
してあることが好ましい。なお、補助パネル１５は、そ
の下面を不透液性にしたり、その両側に伸縮性フラップ
を延出させたりしてあってもよい。
【００１４】おむつ本体１の構成材料には公知おむつの
それとして一般に知られているものを用いることができ
る。例えば、内面シート６には不織布好ましくは伸縮性
不織布、外面シート７にはプラスチックフィルム好まし
くは伸縮性不織布の内面に伸縮性エラストマーフィルム
をラミネートしたもの、パネル８にはフラッフパルプに
超吸収性ポリマーを混合したもの、弾性部材１２，１３
には天然又は合成ゴムを、それぞれ用いることができ
る。また、パネル１５のコア１５ａにはフラッフパルプ
に超吸収性ポリマーを混合したもの、コア１５ａを被覆
するシート１５ｂには不織布好ましくは伸縮性不織布
を、それぞれ用いることができる。

【考案の効果】以上のように構成したこの考案に係る物
品によれば、前後身頃を別体に形成してそれらを接合す
ることで構成したパンツでありながら、その股下接合部
上にも補助パネルが位置するから、股下域において排泄
液を十分に吸収し股下域両側縁からの排泄液の漏れを防
ぐことができる。
【００１６】 前後身頃の両側縁部とそれら身頃の股下凹
欠部の縁部とは、それらの外側縁を残して接合してある
から、その接合が融着手段によるにもかかわらず、その
融着で硬化した部分が着用者の肌に直接接触することが
なく、その肌を痛めたりその肌を刺激して不快感を与え
たりすることがない。
【００１７】 Ｕ字状に折り曲げた吸液性補助パネルの底
部の下面とパンツ本体の股下内面との間に間隔を設けて
あるから、股下凹欠部が嵩張らず、着用者の閉脚に支障
を来すことがないとともに、その閉脚時に前記底部が下
方向へ若干隆起することがあってもパンツ本体の股下内
面に強く圧接して吸液性補助パネル自体が例えば着用者
に違和感を与えるような変形を来すこともない。

  1. 【請求項１】透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シートと
    の間に吸液性パネルを介在させた前後身頃から腰回り開
    口部と一対の脚回り開口部を有するパンツを構成すると
    ともに、それらの開口部にそれらの回り方向に収縮する
    弾性部材を取り付けてある使い捨て吸収性パンツにおい
    て、前記前後身頃を別体に、かつ、それら身頃の各々の下端
    中央部に股下凹欠部を形成し、前記パネルの各々を、輪
    郭の大きさにおいて前記内外面シートの各々の外周縁部
    が前記パネルの各々の外周縁から延出する程度に形成し
    て該内外面シートの各々の外周縁部を接合するととも
    に、それら身頃の股下凹欠部の縁部とそれら身頃の両側
    縁部とを、それらの外側縁を残して、それぞれ融着手段
    で接合することで、該股下凹欠部の頂部である股下基底
    面から下方向へ延出する脚挿入部を有するパンツ本体を
    構成し、 前記パンツ本体の股下内側にＵ字状に折り曲げた吸液性
    補助パネルの両上端部を接合するとともに、該補助パネ
    ルの底部の下面と前記パンツ本体の股下内面との間に少
    なくとも１０ｍｍの間隔を設けてある ことを特徴とする
    前記パンツ。
