Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 【０００１】［産業上の利用分野］ この考案は，同芯度を狂わすことなく被動軸を簡単に短
時間にて着脱する軸継手を備えた攪拌機に関するもの
で，洗浄等のために攪拌軸を簡単に取り脱したいために
利用されるものである． 【０００２】 【従来の技術】従来のものにあっては，フランジ形又は
割筒形の軸継手が一般に使用されている． 【０００３】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら，フラン
ジ形の軸継手にあっては，円周面に，割筒形軸継手にあ
っては，半割れ面に複数のボルトを有するため，着脱に
時間を要する欠点があった． 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】以下，本考案の一実施例
に於いて説明する．第１図，架台１の頭部に，駆動機２
を固定し，当該の軸継手３を介して，垂下してなる回転
式攪拌機に於いて，第２図，軸継手３は，駆動軸にキー
等によって同芯に嵌合固着する．駆動機２側から見た回
転方向と同ねじれ方向の係合ねじＡと，同芯に対し直角
に入念に加工された当接面Ｂと，若干の間隙を有する嵌
合部Ｃから構成される軸継手３によって，攪拌軸４は，
挿脱する． 【０００５】 【作用】次に本考案の作用について説明すると，攪拌軸
４は，軸継手３の嵌合部Ｃをガイドとして挿入され，回
動時にタイトに作用する係合ねじＡにより，当接面Ｂに
強固に同芯密着する．即ち，伝達トルクに比例した係合
ねじＡの締付力によって，当接面Ｂに密着し，同芯度を
保持しながら軸継手３は，駆動機２の回転トルクを攪拌
軸４に伝達する．離脱は，係合ねじＡを逆方向に回し，
即ちねじを弛め攪拌軸４を取り脱す． 【０００６】 【考案の効果】この考案は，以上の説明の通り，係合ね
じＡと当接面Ｂにより，同芯度を狂わすことなく，又嵌
合部Ｃがガイドとなるため，係合ねじＡを傷つけること
なく攪拌軸４の挿脱が行なえ，複数ボルトを有する従来
のフランジ形及び割筒形継手と比較し，ワンタッチにて
簡単に短時間の着脱が行なえる．
【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は，この考案に於ける挿脱形軸継手の実施例を示
す攪拌槻全体の正面図であり，第２図は，この考案の要

  1. (57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （３）架台の頭部に，（２）駆動機を固定し，その出力
    軸にキー等によって同芯固着してなる（３）軸継手と，
    垂下してなる（４）攪拌軸にて構成される攪拌機に於い
    て，軸芯に対し高精度に同芯加工され，回動時には，タ
    イトに作用する（Ａ）係合ねじと，軸芯に対し高精度に
    直角加工された（Ｂ）当接面と，ねじ込む際極端に斜め
    にならぬ様，ねじの噛込みがスムースに行われる様ガイ
    ドを目的とする若干の間隙を有する（Ｃ）嵌合部からな
    る（３）軸継手により，（４）攪拌軸の同芯を維持しな
    がら簡単に挿脱出来るとともに，確実に動力伝達できる
    ことを特徴とする攪拌機の挿脱型軸継手．
