向に沿う移動を阻止するよう構成してある。各バネ線材
13は直径方向に振り分け配備され、支持部材10のバ
ネ線材13の配設箇所の周方向中間箇所には支持ケース
6との間に介在して支持部材10を紐繰り出し口7側に
弾性的に押圧するスポンジ部材15を配備してある。そ
