の溶接用ワイヤ収納機構に関し、特に収納先端ワ
イヤ(巻始め先端部であつて、引出し時の最後
端)を円滑に取出すための溶接用ワイヤ収納機構
に関するものである。

め先端部3cを形成し、ペイルパツク2の底部に
位置する溶接用ワイヤへ連続する。巻装ワイヤ3
の上面にはワイヤのはね上りを防止するための押
え板1が配設され、該押え板1の周縁4箇所には
貫通孔9が設けられる。そしてペイルパツク上部
の紐固定具10aから下部の紐固定具10bに至
る長さの紐8が配設され、該紐8の中間部は前記
押え板1の貫通孔9を通して上下方向に掛け渡さ
れ、溶接用ワイヤが押え板11を乗り越えて移動
するのを防止する。尚押え板1は溶接用ワイヤの
消費につれて徐々に降下するのにつれて、紐8は
貫通孔9を上下に摺動するので紐8が押え板1の
下降を阻止する様なことはない。

上つてしまう。さらにワイヤの引出しが進行して
最後の巻き周回のみを残すに至つたとき、ワイヤ
巻始め先端部3cのはね上りはもつとも激しくな
り、、第3図cに示す様な状態となる。すなわち
押え板1の周縁には紐8が数箇所配設されている
ので、該ワイヤ巻始め先端部3cが押え板1の中
央部を乗り越えて押え板1と絡まつてしまうとい
うことはないが、ワイヤ巻始め先端部3cが引出
し始められる時点では最終の巻き周囲に与えられ
ていたワイヤ軸心回り方向の捩れがワイヤ巻始め
先端部3cへ作用され、3c″に示す様にねじれた
線輪を形成してしまう。該線輪3c″が形成される
と、ワイヤの引出しにつれて該線輪3c″が徐々に
絞り込まれ、ワイヤは引出し口でキンクしてしま
うことになる。その結果ワイヤ送給が不可能にな
つたり、或はワイヤが切断されるといつた不都合
を引き起こすこともある。

き周回に至つた場合でも、押え板とペイルパツク
底部に巻始め先端部を適確に保持することがで
き、またワイヤ巻始め先端部を押え板透孔から上
方へスムースに逃すことも可能となる。この結果
ワイヤ巻始め先端部の逃げが確保される様にな
り、ワイヤ先端部はキンクを起こすことなく、ス
ムースに引出すことができる。

逆方向(矢印A方向)にほどかれるとき、引出端
3aと押え板1の透孔6との摩擦力によつて押え
板も矢印A方向へ回転する力を受けるが、押え板
1と重錘11とは固定されていないので水平方向
への回転は自由にできる。このためワイヤの最終
巻きは押え板1によつて確実に保持される。且つ
押え板1と紐8は固定されていないので、押え板
1は回転しても紐8は水平方向に引きづられるこ
とはなく、複数の紐8a,8b…は一定間隔を維
持し続ける。このため巻始め先端部3cはその長
さを過大に増長させることなく、押え板1の下部
へ徐々に引込まれ円滑に取り出される。従つて最
終線輪の捩れの影響を受けて巻始め先端部3cに
キンク等を生じることはなくなつた。又巻装ワイ
ヤ3が多量に残つている引出し途中においても押
え板1下面と巻装ワイヤ3上面との間で同様のは
ね上り防止作用が発揮され、ワイヤ同士のもつれ
やワイヤと押え板の絡み等は発生しない。
