The above-mentioned conventional structure is free from the wound coil shape due to the inertia of the cord inside the cord when the cord is fed at a high speed to the knot mechanism. Excessive feeding in the moving state and entanglement in a loop inside the string are eliminated by winding it along the outer peripheral surface of the guide rod, and the loop is attached with the high-speed feeding at the next binding operation. It is intended to prevent a so-called kink phenomenon from occurring at a portion where the strings are entangled in a shape, thereby causing a break in a string. However, even in the above-mentioned conventional structure, since there is a space between the guide rod and the inner peripheral surface of the winding cord, it is difficult to completely prevent the excessive feeding by the inertia of the cord at the time of the feeding operation described above. In some cases, the string may move freely and become entangled in a loop, so that the frequency of string breakage cannot be suppressed low. In particular, when the inner diameter of the winding string becomes large with the consumption of the string, the entanglement of the string described above tends to frequently occur. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages.

[Function] Since the inner peripheral surface of the cord is pressed and urged radially outward by a spring wire disposed on the inner side of the cord, the coil is wound in a coil shape even when the cord is extended. In the vicinity of the place where the cord is pulled out from the cord, the payout cord is always held down by the spring wire, and forcibly prevents the cord from being excessively extended in a free-moving state over a predetermined amount. In addition, the breaking of the string due to the kink phenomenon can be effectively prevented. In addition, since only the elastic wire is pressed elastically, the string can be easily pulled out during the binding operation. Also, since the winding cord is a consumable item, it is handled as a single item, so the outer periphery is covered with a wrapping sheet to effectively prevent the string from breaking during transportation etc. By cutting a part along the dashed cut line, even if the inner diameter of the wrapping cord increases with the consumption of the lace, the spring wire is allowed to move in the radial direction and the inner circumference of the wrapping cord is elastically restored. Since the diameter can be expanded along the surface, the above-described excessive feeding preventing action can be maintained regardless of the consumption of the string.

According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively prevent the string from being excessively fed out in a free-moving state with the tying operation inside the winding string and being entangled in a loop by the simple structure. Regardless, even if the inner diameter of the winding cord changes due to the consumption of the cord, the action of preventing the cord from being excessively extended by the spring wire can be maintained in accordance with the change in the inner diameter of the cord, and the winding cord remains and the inner diameter becomes smaller. Even if it becomes larger, it becomes possible to surely suppress the occurrence of the kink phenomenon due to the kink phenomenon inside the winding cord. Also, when the consumable wrapping cord is handled as a single item, almost all of the outer periphery can be kept covered with the wrapping sheet. Does not occur.

Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG.
Fig. 2 shows a combine straw discharging device. This bundling device is configured to supply a bundling string 2 to a knotting-bill type knot mechanism 1 having a well-known structure, to bind a waste straw, and to discharge it outside the machine. The binding string 2 is configured to be sequentially fed out from a winding string 3 wound many times in a roll shape,
The winding cord 3 is configured to be stored and supported in a support case 5 attached to the machine body frame 4. The string 2 is prevented from being excessively fed out of the case by the high-speed string feeding operation by the knot mechanism 1 after the string feeding opening 6 of the support case 5 is inserted from the end of the string on the inner side of the winding string 3. It is configured to be supplied to the knot mechanism 1 via the friction type string brake 7. Next, the structure of the cord storage unit will be described. The cord 3 is formed into a tubular shape by winding the cord 2 into a coil shape many times in a layered manner, and its outer peripheral portion is covered in close contact with a packaging sheet 8 made of synthetic resin. Before attaching to the binding device,
This wrapping sheet 8 is provided so as to cover not only the outer peripheral surface of the cord 3 but also the left and right sides in the axial direction except for the cord feeding hole 9 so that the cord does not collapse during handling such as transportation. is there. The four spring wires 10, which are radially expandable and contractable and press and urge the inner peripheral surface outward in the radial direction, are provided on the inner side of the winding cord 3, opposite to the cord feeding port 6. It is disposed in a state of being supported and supported in a cantilever manner on a disk-shaped support member 11 provided on the side outside. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, there is provided a tubular member 12 which is fixedly provided in a state where the central portion is inserted into the support member 11 and is arranged along the axis of the cord 3 in a mounted state. Each of the spring wires 10 is inserted through the inside of the cylindrical member 12, and the exposed portion is bent into a U-shape to make contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cord 3. In other words, the spring wire 10 having an elastic restoring force is bent substantially in a U-shape so as to be substantially linear in a free state, and is inserted into the cord 3 and inserted. Accordingly, the spring wire 10 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cord 3 in a state of being pressed and urged outward in the radial direction by the elastic restoring force. The proximal end 10a of the spring wire 10 is bent and formed into a U-shape, and is urged outward by a coil spring 13.
The end of Ob is bent into an L shape so that it does not come off by being inserted through the elongated hole 14 formed in the support member 11 along the radial direction. In this way, not only the elastic restoring force of the spring wire 10 itself but also the pressing action portion 10b is urged radially outward by the pull-out action of the coil spring 13, so that the large-diameter winding cord having a large change in inner diameter is formed. It is designed to be able to cope with the situation. The support member 11 is configured to be fixed in position by acting a pair of locking portions 15, 15 formed at positions opposed to each other in the radial direction by clamping mechanisms 16, 16 provided on the support case 5. A sponge material 1 elastically held between the cord 3 and the cord 3 to suppress vibration of the cord 3
7 is interposed. An adhesive layer S is formed between the outer peripheral portion of the winding string 3 and the packaging sheet 8, and the outermost winding string layer is adhered to the packaging sheet 8 and solidified, and the remaining amount decreases with consumption of the string. Even in such cases, it is designed to be difficult to lose shape. When the winding cord 3 is mounted on the support case 5, before inserting the spring wire 10, a cut-away dashed cut L formed on the outer peripheral portion of the side surface 8 a of the packaging sheet 8 opposite to the cord feed-out opening 6. The hand is cut along the line, and the wrapping sheet 8 hinders the movement of the spring wire 10 so as to form a passage which allows the spring wire 10 to move toward the radially outer end of the winding cord 3. There is no.

The cut-out dashed cut line L may be formed so as to cut out only a portion of the spring wire 10 where the spring wire rod 10 passes, instead of forming the cut line L on the outer peripheral surface. Further, the number of spring wires 10 through which the tubular member 12 is inserted is not limited to four provided, but may be two or more, and one spring wire is largely bent into a U-shape without providing the tubular member 12. There may be.
