(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】長尺の合成樹脂製原シートより製品の大き
さに対応する素材シートを裁断する裁断機と、該素材シ
ートの下方に配設された雄型と、前記素材シートと上方
に配設されて前記雄型との協働で前記素材シートに絞り
加工を施すことにより中間製品を得る雌型とを備え、前
記雄型に、それの成形面に開口して前記中間製品を該成
形面に吸引密着させる複数の真空孔を設けた合成樹脂製
品の成形装置において、前記雌型側に、前記雄型外側面
を囲繞しつゝ下降して前記素材シートを該雄型に被せる
昇降自在な被せ枠を配設し、前記雄型側に、原シート裁
断前に前記被せ枠との協働で該原シートの被裁断部近傍
を挟持し、また前記素材シートを前記雄型に被せるとき
には下降しつゝ前記素材シートの被挟持部に滑りを与え
る昇降自在な挟持板を配設し、前記雄型の基端に、前記
被せ枠と衝合して該被せ枠との間に前記素材シート外周
部全体を気密に挟着するシール部を設けたことを特徴と
する合成樹脂製品の成形装置。
