フロントパネル2から脱落しないよう脱落防止ボス4を
フェノール樹脂系部材による電子回路基板5に押圧して
フロントパネル2と電子回路基板5の間に装着され電子
回路基板5上に設けたスイッチ7を作動する構造になっ
ている。操作ボタン3の脱落防止ボス4は筺体1内部の
温度上昇により矢印B方向に熱膨張する。熱膨張した脱
落防止ボス4は常に電子回路基板5に押圧されているた
め例えば矢印C方向に移動して熱膨張した長さを吸収し
ている。この時、脱落防止ボス4と電子回路基板5が直
接当接していると異音が発生するため電子回路基板5に
シルク印刷により塗膜6を施す。シルク印刷の塗膜6に
より脱落防止ボス4と電子回路基板5は直接当接しなく
なるため操作ボタン3と電子回路基板間に振動損失が付
加され共振による異音は発生しなくなる。又図1にに示
した塗膜6の代わりに回路パターンとして脱落防止ボス
4と当接し凹凸パターン面で摩擦抵抗を大きくし熱膨張
による移動を防止することもできる。
