き合わせに配置され、ヒーターの熱を蛍光表示管に均一
に伝熱するものであって、溝又は貫通孔を有するもので
あり、 溝又は貫通孔は、金属板上のガラス屑等を捕捉又は排

光表示管1内は排気ヘッド10の真空孔10aを介して真空
に排気される。蛍光表示管1は、排気中に効率よくガス
を排気するため、ヒーター5を用いて加熱される。この
金属板1は第1図に示すように、蛍光表示管1の排気孔
2が設けられた一端面に向き合わせに配置されており、
金属板1は、ヒーター5による加熱の際にヒーター5の
熱を受熱し、そのヒーター5による熱を蛍光表示管1に
