BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a honeycomb panel formed by joining a honeycomb panel made of a metal plate such as stainless steel or titanium, which has excellent strength and has no swelling of welding marks. These panels consist of a honeycomb core sandwiched between a pair of face sheets. Usually, the core is corrugated and is fixed to the face sheet by adhesion or other means. Such a structure is very light and has excellent strength. This type of panel is commonly used in aircraft and ships.

2. Description of the Related Art As a method for obtaining a long honeycomb panel, for example, a method for manufacturing a honeycomb panel disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-238072 is such that a honeycomb panel formed in advance is projected along a welding line direction. A honeycomb panel is manufactured by inserting an insert material serving as a joint between the panel materials to be welded so as to form a portion and melting the protruding portion and welding the panel material.

The honeycomb panel 1 used in the present invention has a corrugated plate 2
And a face sheet 3 sandwiching it from both sides,
As shown in FIG. 2, voids 8 are used at the time of joining the honeycomb panels to each other at both longitudinal ends of both face sheets. The shape of the corrugated plate 2 is not particularly limited and may be a corrugated plate having a continuous trapezoidal shape or a continuous corrugated shape. The honeycomb panel is formed in a required size in advance, and as a method for joining the corrugated sheet and the face sheet, any of conventional energy beam welding, electric resistance welding, and joining with an adhesive or a wax may be selected. It is sufficient that the gap 8 is changed by means of joining with the joint 4 or 5 and has a size such that the laser beam 10 shown in FIG.

Further, the material of the joint used in the present invention may be the same as or equivalent to that of the corrugated plate, and the size of the joint is as shown in FIG. It has a size equal to the height and width, and has fitting grooves 9 on both sides thereof that match the corrugated shape of the corrugated plate. The fitting groove 9 of the joint is formed by working with a lathe or the like, and the width thereof is about the same as the thickness of the corrugated plate or at most about 1.5 times or less the thickness thereof. Alternatively, by changing the shape of the fitting groove, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), as a joint, such as with example recesses 91, for example, from the convex portion 90 and the cross-section from the waveform shape combined step i.e. the cross section of the corrugated sheet Is also good. these
The depth of the fitting groove, when providing grooves on both sides of the joint,
Considering the bending strength of the joint, it is desirable that the thickness is about 45% of the thickness of the joint at the deepest.

The method of the present invention performs bonding of the joint and corrugated using a joint, including carrying out the bonding of the honeycomb panel between the filling then air gap used in the bonding of the joints and the corrugated honeycomb Forming the panel. Therefore, unlike the honeycomb panel obtained by inserting the insert material, since the honeycomb cores can be joined to each other through the joint, a strong honeycomb panel can be formed.
Moreover, since a protruding insert material is not used, a beautiful honeycomb panel without welding marks on the honeycomb panel surface can be manufactured.

The corrugated plate constituting the honeycomb core used in the embodiment is made of stainless steel and has a thickness of 300 as shown in FIG.
The corrugated plate has a continuous trapezoidal shape, the wave period is 35 mm, the wave height is 40 mm, and the face in contact with the face sheet corresponds to the trapezoidal upper base and has a width of 5 mm. A face sheet made of the same material was previously welded to this corrugated plate to form a square honeycomb panel having a side of 300 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, the space used for joining with the joint is provided at both ends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the corrugated plate and has a width of 10 mm
And As shown in FIG. 3, the joint is made of stainless steel, has a height of 40 mm and a width of 300 mm, and has a groove having a width of 0.5 mm and a depth of 1 mm, which has the same shape as the vertical cross section of the corrugated plate in the longitudinal direction.

In welding the corrugated plate and the joint, as shown in FIG. 6, the corrugated plate portion 2 of the honeycomb panel after molding and the groove 9 of the joint 4 are fitted to each other, and the laser beam 10 is inserted from the gap 8 for joining. Then, the laser beam was applied to both sides of the joint. The laser used was a continuous wave YAG laser often used for general welding, and the beam was transmitted to the laser welding head through the optical fiber 12 to focus on the joint portion. The processing condition at this time is output 240W,
The processing speed was 1 m / min. This corrugated plate-joint joining process was performed on both sides of the joint to form a honeycomb panel having a width of 300 mm and a length of about 610 mm as shown in FIG. When a bending test was performed using such a honeycomb panel, it was possible to obtain a strong honeycomb panel without breaking the bonded portion or the honeycomb panel.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a long-sized honeycomb panel that can be joined to a honeycomb panel in the manufacture of honeycomb panels and has no welding marks. The conventional joining of honeycomb panels provides sufficient strength. No, there is no problem that swelling welding marks are formed on the honeycomb panel surface, and a strong honeycomb panel can be obtained by using a joint, and welding marks do not rise on the honeycomb panel surface, or it is a very small honeycomb panel. . As a result, it has become possible to use honeycomb panels that are longer and stronger than before.
