[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The invention is intended for loading and unloading aluminum alloy vehicle bridges, especially agricultural vehicles such as tractors and combiners, and construction machines such as bulldozers on truck beds. Or a bridge used when doing so.

Conventionally, as the bridge material, a material using an extruded aluminum material has been widely manufactured and used. If the frame material and the tread material of the bridge are all made of an aluminum alloy, there is an advantage that a lightweight and high-strength bridge can be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 2, a bridge for loading and unloading agricultural vehicles such as a tractor has two bridges (9) between the ground and a truck bed (8). The bridge (9) can be easily stored in the truck bed (8) after loading the tractor etc. because the bridge (9) is lightweight. This has the advantage that the loading operation can be performed quickly and easily.

Actually, however, when the conventional bridge shown in FIG. 2 is used, two of the square treads (3) fixed over the entire length of the frame member (4), the lower tread (3 ') of the tread (3'). With respect to the three pieces, the lower corner of the cross section (indicated by B in the figure) of the upper surface is easily broken, and the welded portion between the treads (3 ') and the frame (4) is easily separated. I was This phenomenon was particularly remarkable when the tractor or the like was lowered from the loading platform.

The reason for this is that the tire of the tractor uses a high lag tire having a rubber projection spaced on the tire surface. That is, for example, when the front wheel is positioned on the front side and descends on the bridge, when the front wheel reaches the ground, the vehicle body of the tractor is no longer parallel to the bridge and comes into contact with the bridge via the rear wheel at an angle. Therefore, it has been found that when the tractor further descends in this state, a lug, which is a projection of the tire, strongly hits a low-side corner portion of the tread plate, or a phenomenon such as strongly repelling the corner occurs. The breakage of the treads due to this phenomenon was particularly remarkable in the lower treads. Such a problem is a problem because it occurs not only in a tractor or the like using a rubber-made high lag tire but also in a combine or the like using a rubber-made crawler.

That is, the present invention provides a bridge in which treads are fixed at required intervals in the longitudinal direction between opposing side walls of a frame member parallel to each other, and one end of the frame member is attached to a high place and used in a tilted state. It is characterized in that at least two or more treads having an upper surface having a flat part on a high place side and a slope part having a downward slope toward a low place on a low place side are fixed to a bridge lower part. The treads may be fixed to the second and third steps from the lowest step.

In this way, the slope with a downward slope is provided on the upper surface of the tread material toward the low part on the low side with the flat part on the high side because the weight of the vehicle body to be loaded and unloaded is received by this flat part. This is to prevent the tires and crawlers from slipping and to prevent the tires and crawlers from hitting the inclined portions strongly.

At least two of such treads are provided on the lower side of the bridge, preferably at the second and third steps from the lowest step. This is because, for example, when a vehicle with high lag tires descends forward, the weight of the body added to the rear tires of the vehicle gradually increases from the point when the front tires of the vehicle reach the ground, and the rear tires gradually depress It will repel the lower corners of the timber. Then, the corner of the tread is struck most strongly at the position of the tread of the second to third steps from the bottom. Note that the rear tire is almost in contact with the ground at the lower corner of the bottom tread, so that no significant damage is caused.

This tendency hardly changes depending on the size of the tire, the size of the crawler, and the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the upper surface is all flat, three vertical reinforcing plates (1) are provided below the upper surface, and anti-slip projections (2) are erected on the upper surface. The stepped square tread (3) is mounted between the mutually parallel side wall surfaces of the frame members (4) and (4) at the height mounting side thereof (in the figure, at the ends of the frame members (4) and (4)). Eight pieces and one piece at the lowest position (bottom row) were fixed by welding at predetermined intervals from the side where the stopper (10) was attached). Further, the second and third from the lowest side, the upper surface is composed of a flat part (5) on the high side and a slope part (6) on the low side, and three vertical reinforcing plates ( The chamfered tread (7) provided with 1) was fixed by welding.

The high side of such a bridge was attached to the truck bed (8), and tractors were loaded and unloaded from the low side in contact with the ground. As a result, when the tractor is lowered forward, the chamfered tread has no corners on the low side that are kicked by the lugs of the rear wheel tires, so there is no breakage point and the life is longer than in the past.

Further, since the number of chamfered treads used is small, there is no problem such as slippage when the tractor climbs. Further, in this embodiment, the upper flat portion of the chamfered tread is a simple flat plate, but a non-slip projection such as the square tread may be provided upright on the flat portion.

As described above, according to the present invention, even when frequently used for agricultural vehicles, especially using a high-lag tire or a crawler with a lug, the bridge of which has been easily damaged, the bridge may be damaged, peeled off, or deformed. This has the effect of producing a bridge that can be used for a long period of time without causing any problems.
