設備では、スクレーパが摩耗するため、頻繁に保守管理
を行なう必要があった。加えて、スクレーパの調整を一
歩間違えると、ベルトの摩耗を引き起こしたり、ベルト
を切断したりするなどの弊害を誘発させるなどの問題も
あった。本考案は上記の問題を解消するためになされた
もので、ベルトコンベヤから落下する鋳物砂を、ベルト
を摩耗させたり、切断したりすることなく、スクレーパ
を介して容易かつ確実に回収することができる設備を提
供することを目的とする。
