As a device for removing such accumulated earth and sand, a road cleaning vehicle that uses a rotating brush to suck up earth and sand and feed it into a nozzle is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-36368. However, in road sweeping vehicles, the rotating brushes are weak and cannot break up accumulated dirt, and a large amount of dirt cannot be processed in a relatively short period of time.

A groove cleaning head with a conveyor structure that can freely rotate laterally with respect to the direction of movement of the truck is provided, and this groove cleaning head is constructed by connecting a plurality of scrapers into an endless chain, and a screw is installed in front of the groove cleaning head. A power auger equipped with a power auger is installed, and the power auger loosens the mud and earth accumulated in roadside ditches into small pieces. After being collected by multiple scrapers that slide along the groove cleaning head, it is transported to a bucket lifting device connected to the top of the groove cleaning head, and then transported via a conveyor belt installed on the top of the car body by the bucket lifting device. Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-9686 discloses a groove cleaning device that discharges dust into a dust container at the rear of the vehicle body.

ンテナンス性が悪いう課題を有している。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The ditch cleaning device has a ditch cleaning head installed horizontally with respect to the traveling direction of the vehicle, and a bucket truck that discharges the dirt collected by the ditch cleaning head into a dust container at the rear of the vehicle. Since the elevating device and conveyor belt are installed sideways with respect to the direction of vehicle movement so as to be connected to the gutter cleaning head, the widthwise dimension of the work vehicle including the gutter cleaning head, bucket elevating device, conveyor belt, etc. increases. When removing earth and sand, the ditch cleaning head is laid down and protrudes greatly from the side of the vehicle, so the width dimension becomes even larger due to the turning space. As a result, during the earth and sand removal work, The space occupied by the work vehicle in the width direction on the road increases. Furthermore, the leading screw-type power auger is first rotated in a direction perpendicular to the direction of vehicle travel to loosen the hardened soil into small pieces, and the loosened soil is transferred to the ditch cleaning head. Since multiple scraping plates inside the bucket are used to raise the bucket up and down, dust is scattered laterally when scraped by a power auger, which not only causes dust pollution, but also makes it difficult to collect the scattered dust. Not only is it difficult to remove soil and sand efficiently, but also the scraping plate that scrapes up the soil loosened by the power auger slides directly into hard grooves such as concrete, and the rotation of the endless scraping chain causes damage to the road. As the scraper rotates along the Removal of the scraper plate requires complicated work, and there is a problem of poor maintainability.

The belt conveyor 17 and dump truck 18 are also towed and run. The earth and sand B on the roadside is crushed by the earth and sand plow 3 and successively collected in the center of the tractor-type vehicle 1. When the soil B thus collected is located at the lower end of the endless conveyor 6, it is successively scraped up along the guide plate 13 by the scraping plate 12. In this case, the plurality of raking plates 12 protruding from the annular band 11 bite the earth and sand on the road surface A and guide it toward the guide plate 13, but the raking plates 12
does not come into direct contact with the road surface A, but scrapes up only the dirt B with a small gap between the road surface A and the road surface A. Scrape off the earth and sand B by sliding it in contact with the earth.

る。 As described above, the frame 4 is attached to the rear of the tractor-type vehicle 1, and the annular band 11 having the scraping plate 12 whose lower end forms a gap with the road surface A is attached to the side of the tractor-type vehicle 1. By installing the frames 4 diagonally so that they are parallel to each other, only the installation space for the width of the annular band 11 is required on the side of the tractor-type vehicle 1, which reduces traffic congestion during work. There is little adverse effect, and furthermore, by placing the guide plate 13 parallel to the lower part of the annular band 11 and slidingly contacting the rubber plate part 14 provided at the lower end with the road surface A, the earth and sand B is moved by the rubber plate part 14 to the road surface. It is directly raked up from A and can remove dirt B without leaving it on the road surface A. In particular, by providing the motor 15 so that the raking plate 12 facing the guide plate 13 is raised, the earth and sand B can be directly scraped up along the guide plate 13 from the road surface A. Therefore, compared to the case where the annular belt 11 is rotated in the opposite direction, the soil B can be scraped up without spilling the earth and sand B from the road surface A at the beginning of scraping up. In addition, the scraping board 12
By forming a gap between the road surface A and the road surface A,
Since the scraping plate 12 and the road surface A do not come into direct contact, the scraping plate 12 is prevented from being worn out, and the rubber plate part 14, which is a consumable item that comes into direct contact with the road surface A and is easily worn out, is minimized. This makes it easy to replace the rubber plate portion 14. Furthermore, when the annular band 11 rotates to guide the earth and sand B on the road surface A to the guide plate 13, the preceding raking plate 12 bites into the earth and sand B on the road surface A. At the same time, the dirt B on the road surface A is scraped off with the rubber plate part 14 on the rear side in the direction of vehicle movement, and the dirt B is scraped up along the guide plate 12 by the scraping plate. From scraping up
When scraping the earth and sand B, the scraped earth and sand B does not turn into dust and scatter, and moreover, the annular zone 1
1 and the guide plate 13 are inclined backward with respect to the traveling direction of the tractor-type vehicle 1.
The earth and sand B removed by the lined rubber plate part 14 is transferred to the guide plate 13
can be scraped up efficiently along the slope.

By connecting the starting end 17A of the belt conveyor 17 provided at the hopper 16 to the hopper 16, the raked up earth and sand B can be sent to the dump truck 18, and the earth and sand B on the road surface A can be continuously removed.

できる。[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention provides an annular band that is suspended between the driving wheels and the driven wheels provided on the frame and is provided obliquely rearward with respect to the direction of travel of the vehicle, almost along the side of the vehicle. a guide plate attached below the annular band substantially parallel to the annular band and having an elastic plate at its lower end that can slide into contact with the road surface; and a guide plate attached to the outer surface of the annular band so as to form a gap with the road surface. By providing scraping plates that protrude at intervals and scrape up dirt on the road surface along the guide plate by the rotation of the drive wheels, dirt, etc. accumulated on the roadside can be removed as the vehicle progresses. It is possible to provide an earth and sand loading device that can efficiently scoop up soil and allow easy replacement of consumables.
