し、スピンドル15とテーブル8とをX、Y及びZ方向
に相対移動して穴明加工を実施するようになっている。
テーブル8上に設置した工具プレート19に、多数のツ
ールポスト20が取り付けてあり、各種径の工具14が
装着してある。このようなプリント基板加工機において
は、加工部から発生する切粉を排除するため、例えば特
開昭59−134635号公報に記載のような集塵装置
が用いられている。この集塵装置は、切削中のプリント
基板の切粉を集塵するため、プレッシャフットに吸引手
段を設け、吸引手段を真空ポンプ等に集塵ホースを経由
して接続し、真空による吸引力を利用して切粉を吸引し
集塵している。この吸引力は、工具の自動交換時に、工
具を吸い込む不具合を引き起こすことがあるため、工具
の自動交換時は吸引手段を完全に閉じて、全く切粉を吸
引していなかった。このため、スピンドルの先端部に設
けられ、加工時にプリント基板の動きを押さえるプレッ
シャフット内に残る残留切粉が、工具の自動交換の際、
プリント基板を載置するテーブル上及び工具を収納して
いるツールポスト付近に落下することがあった。
