ン、フェルトペン等の二重(外筒と内キャップとからな
る)筆記具用キャップに関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、サインペン、ボールペン、フェル
トペン等の筆記具用キャップは、大別するとクリップ付
きのものと、クリップ無しのものに分けることができ、
更に太いもの及び細いものがある。また、1部品からな
るもの2部品、3部品からなるもの等、部品構成も様々
である。さて、子供又は幼児が筆記具を使用する場合、
誤ってキャップを口に入れて飲み込んでしまう危険があ
る。万一誤って飲み込んでしまった場合、クリップ無し
のキャップは全く空気を流通しないので大変危険である
ので、クリップ付きのキャップの方が多少なりとも安全
であるが、確実に空気流通路を設けるには、キャップの
細いものはクリップを大きいものにしなければならなか

ーロッパ特許第319311号、(ロ)実開平3−98
80号、(ハ)同3−9878号等が知られている。 (イ)はクリップに貫通孔15を設けたので、実際に金
型で製造する場合、クリップを太くしなければ、貫通孔
15の径を充分大きくできない。また、長い穴であるの
で成形上も困難である。 (ロ)及び(ハ)は共に、インナーキャップに孔をあ
け、キャップにも孔をあけなければならないため金型製
造においてコストアップとなる。更に、インナーキャッ
プとキャップの間に軸方向に連通する空気流通のための
空間を必要とするため、キャップ全体の径が必然的に太
くなり細い筆記具には使用できない。 【0004】 【考案が解決しようとする問題点】本考案は、細い筆記
具に使用できる二重キャップにおいて、キャップの径を
太くすることもなく、誤って飲み込んでも空気の流通が

て具体的に説明する。1は、外筒で筒状であり、その外
周面にはクリップ7の取り付け部8を一体に設けてあ
る。クリップ7は、その一端を前記取り付け部8におい
て嵌着保持されている。10は外筒の開口近くに設けた
凸部で、筆記具本体(図示していない)と着脱係止する
ものであり、筆記具の筆記先端部の気密保持は内キャッ
プにてする。更にクリップ7から外筒1に向かってほぼ
真下に孔5、孔6を設けてある。2は、内キャップで天
冠部11には孔3を適宜数設けてある。4はリブで内キ
ャップ2を外筒1に嵌着させるために設けた。前記リブ
4は外筒1に内キャップ2を嵌着させた時、外筒1との
空間部15を形成する。前記孔3の位置及び個数は、前
記空間部15と天冠部11とを連通することができれば
よいので本実施例に限ったものではない。さて、外筒1
に内キャップ2を嵌着した時、内キャップ2の開口端1
4は、外筒1の内側面に密着する。前記孔5は、前記開
口端14より上方に位置し、前記孔6はクリップ7の下
端12より上方でかつ、前記開口端14より下方に位置
している。尚外筒1と内キャップ2の嵌着方法は本実施
例に限ったものではなく、接着等の固定方法でもよい。
前記外筒1および内キャップ2は、筆記具によく使用さ
れている合成樹脂を使用でき、特に材質は問わない。a

しなくても空気流通路を確実に確保できる。(ロ)外筒
