Conventionally, in building and building exterior materials, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-187247, a ventilation piece is formed on a stepped portion of a female connecting portion formed on a vertically lower surface that is not flush with a vertical wall surface of a side wall of a body. As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-4904, a side wall surface of a shallow flat panel body made of metal made of metal such as aluminum is provided with grooves for connecting ribs, The connection ribs are provided so as to be connectable to each other, and further, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-101933, on the side wall of the heat-insulating material filling insertion portion provided to protrude outward in two steps at the lower part of the side wall of the main body of the shielding board. It is known to provide a concave rib for filling a caulking agent.

However, in the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-187247 in the above prior art, since the stepped portion provided with the ventilation hole is not provided in the same shape as the vertical wall surface of the siding main body, when the siding main body is connected, the connection is made. The vertical wall surfaces of the siding bodies in the portion do not come into close contact with each other, and are shifted or separated from each other, so that dust, rainwater, etc. easily enter the portion, and the vertical wall surface is formed in the step piece portion. The ribs are not formed in parallel with the longitudinal direction and the connecting state, so that there was a problem that the strength was weak. Also, Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-4904
In the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H11-129, the panel body is formed by casting a metal such as aluminum, and is not formed by sheet bending (bender). Therefore, continuous molding cannot be performed, and the weight is heavy, the material cost is high, and the cost is high. In addition, the insertion groove and the insertion edge (connection rib) are provided on the side wall of the panel main body, so that the molding is troublesome, and the degree of freedom when connecting the panel main body is small, and the construction is troublesome. Further, in the case of Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-103933, the side wall of the heat-insulating material filling insertion portion provided with a concave rib protruding outward in a two-step lower portion of the main side wall. Not only makes the main body as a whole complicated, but also the rib forming process is provided on the vertical leg wall portion formed substantially in the same plane continuously on the vertical wall surface of the main body side portion. Structurally more complicated than One in which there is a problem that the door height.

The required length is vertically downwardly suspended in substantially the same plane as the vertical wall surface of the female connecting portion to form a vertical leg wall portion for forming an adiabatic ventilation space portion, and further at a substantially intermediate portion of the vertical leg wall portion. A concave rib is formed in a continuous state in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the vertical wall surface of the main body. The lower end edge of the vertical leg wall portion is outwardly bent to a required length substantially horizontally, and a space portion for forming a heat insulating ventilation layer is provided between the back surface of the heat insulating material and the base material at the time of construction. It is assumed that.

As described above, according to the present invention, a rectangular shape in which both side edges are formed into vertical wall surfaces of a required height and the whole is formed in a concave cross section,
Alternatively, the lower edge of one side edge side vertical wall surface of the rectangular main body is formed as a male connecting portion composed of a substantially outer horizontal bent insertion edge, and the lower edge of the other side edge side vertical wall surface is connected to the insertion edge. With a female connecting part consisting of an insertion groove with a substantially U-shaped cross section that can be fitted,
In addition, in the siding board in which the cross-sectional concave portion is filled with a heat insulating material and the back surface of the heat insulating material is covered with a sheet-shaped back material, the terminal edge of the insertion groove having the substantially U-shaped cross section has a required length. A vertical leg wall for forming an adiabatic ventilation space portion is formed by hanging downward substantially in the same plane as the vertical wall surface of the mold connecting portion. In parallel with the direction, a concave rib is formed in a continuous state, and the lower edge of the vertical leg wall portion is bent outwardly to a required length substantially horizontally in a continuous state, and the back surface and the base of the heat insulating material are constructed at the time of construction. Since the space for forming the heat-insulating ventilation layer is provided between the materials, a large-capacity heat-insulating ventilation layer is formed between the base material after construction and the back of the main heat-insulating material due to the step of the male / female connection part. Is formed, and the heat insulation and dew condensation prevention of the board can be greatly improved. By simplifying the shape of the vertical leg wall and the concave rib in the male / female connection, especially in the female connection, not only can the molding and processing equipment be simplified, but also the material used is reduced and the cost is reduced. Inexpensively, and by providing the vertical leg wall portion of the female connecting portion in substantially the same plane as the vertical wall surface of the main body side portion, it is possible to connect the vertical wall surfaces of each main body in a state of close or close proximity. As a result, it is possible to prevent dust and rainwater from easily intruding into the connecting portion of the main body, and to the vertical leg wall portion formed substantially in the same plane continuously to the vertical wall surface of the main body side portion, By providing concave ribs in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the vertical wall surface of the main body and in a continuous state, a concave shape is formed on the side wall of the heat-insulating material filling insertion portion projecting outward at the lower part of the conventional main body side wall. Compared to those with ribs, the entire body Not only can the shape be much simplified, but also the ribs can be formed very easily, and the strength of the vertical leg wall without filler can be increased, making the construction easier and longer. It has various effects such as being able to be used.
