In the above prior art, the antibacterial fiber disclosed in JP-A-2-160972 may be used as a fabric for the insole of a shoe. Since the method of adding the organic acid salt is attached to the fiber in the form of a solution, there is a limit in increasing the amount of addition, and it is difficult to obtain a desired antibacterial effect, and the process of fabricating the fabric is complicated. Has the disadvantage that it cannot be avoided.

As the elastic flooring material of the thermoplastic resin used in the present invention, a protrusion may be provided on the insole if necessary, so that it has thermoplasticity at a relatively low temperature of 100 ° C. or less.
Any resin having cushioning performance as an insole for shoes may be used, but it is particularly preferable to use an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer having a thickness of 2 to 5 mm from the viewpoint of shape retention and usability after molding.

In the present invention, the ceramic fine particles used in the adhesive have an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less from the viewpoint of the adhesiveness of the adhesive and the heat retaining effect. If the addition amount is too small, the heat retaining effect is reduced, and if it is too large, the adhesive effect of the adhesive is reduced. Therefore, it is preferable to set the addition amount to 15 to 50 g per 100 ml of the adhesive.

The chitosan organic acid salt fine particles incorporated into the adhesive according to the present invention are made of chitosan acetate fine particles or chitosan lactate fine particles having an average particle diameter of 30 μm or less from the viewpoint of adhesiveness of the adhesive and antibacterial deodorizing effect. Particles, fine particles of chitosan formate, etc. are used. When the amount of addition is too small, the antibacterial deodorizing effect is reduced, and when the amount is too large, the adhesive effect of the adhesive is reduced. Is preferred. Such chitosan organic acid fine particles can be obtained by the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-12961. That is, it is produced by spray-drying a chitosan organic acid solution.

[0008] The adhesive used in the present invention may be any adhesive that does not dissolve the ceramic fine particles and the chitosan organic acid salt fine particles among the commonly used adhesives. It is preferable to use a chloroprene-based adhesive. At this time, if necessary, a commonly used curing agent can be used in combination.

If the amount of the adhesive compounded with the ceramic fine particles and the chitosan organic acid salt fine particles used in the present invention is too large, the working efficiency is reduced, and when too small, the heat retaining effect and the antibacterial deodorizing effect are reduced. Therefore, it is preferable to set the range of 0.3 to 1 ml / m 2 with respect to the elastic flooring material.

As the cloth used in the present invention, a synthetic fiber such as nylon or tetron, a knitted fabric made of cotton, wool, hemp, or the like is used. In particular, the adhesive layer is formed between the fibers of the knitted fabric. Since a larger area in contact with the human body is more advantageous in terms of a heat retaining effect and an antibacterial deodorizing effect, a knitted fabric having a coarse basis weight is preferable.

[0011] The present invention is a shoe insole in which a thermoplastic elastic flooring is coated with an adhesive comprising fine particles of ceramics and fine particles of an organic acid salt of chitosan, and a fabric is laminated and bonded. In this case, the protrusion is provided by heating the resin of the elastic flooring material to a temperature at which the resin of the elastic flooring material has plasticity, and deforming the resin with an embossing machine. The final step is to cut into footprints, but this is not particularly limited, and a normal cutting method can be used. Synthetic rubber can also be used in place of the resin of the elastic flooring.

Next, this was treated at 55 ° C. for 3 minutes, then a nylon knitted fabric was laminated on the surface of the adhesive and stuck together, further treated at 65 ° C. for 3 minutes, and pressed to 120 kg / cm 2 for molding. This was cut into a footprint using a cutting machine to obtain a shoe insole according to the present invention. The product of the present invention obtained here contains fine particles of ceramics having a heat-retaining effect and fine particles of chitosan organic acid salt having an antibacterial and deodorizing effect in the layer of the adhesive 2, so that the nylon 2 can be used in the shoe. When used as a floor, these effects are exhibited.
