【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、缶包装用袋に関するも
のである。
【０００２】
【従来技術とその問題点】各種物品の包装用に袋が使用
されている。従来の包装用袋は、次の構造を有してい
る。即ち、縦方向の両側に内側に折り込んだ折り込み部
が設けられており、下端部は溶着等によって封じ部が形
成されている。包装用袋の上部は開口してあり、所定の
幅だけ内側へ折り込まれて補強部が形成されている。補
強部には、把手が取り付けられている。
【０００３】この従来の包装用袋には次のような問題点
があった。
（ａ） 包装用袋の封じ部が、袋の底に位置しているの
で封じ部に内容物の重みが直接にかかる。この為、溶着
等が不完全な場合は、飲料物が入った缶のような重量物
を収容したときは底抜けの心配がある。
（ｂ） 把手を取り付けるためには、まず上部を所定の
幅だけ内側へ折り込んで補強部を設けなければならず、
その分だけ手間がかかり加工性が悪い。
（ｃ） 把手の取り付け部分に荷重が集中し、収容物の
重量が重かったり、袋の素材が十分な強度を有していな
い場合は取り付け部分が破損する場合がある。
（ｄ） 缶を収容した場合、収まりがよくなかった。
【０００４】ところで、実開昭５１−１４３６２０号公
報には、筒状に形成された合成樹脂製の袋本体の下を内
側に折り込んで設けられたカセット折り込み部と、左右
両端部に設けてある溶着部を有する収納袋が開示してあ
る。この収納袋は上記構造の為、底抜けの問題点は解決
できるが次の問題がある。即ち、収納袋は、袋本体の上
縁部に切れ込みを設けて開口部と紐状体を同時に形成
し、この紐状体を引き絞って開口部を閉鎖し、収容物を
包装するようにしている。この場合は同公報第８図から
も明らかなように、開口部の閉鎖によって袋本体の側壁
は多数のしわが形成されるだけでなく、形状も変形す
る。この為商品を体裁よく見せ、販売促進を図るような
商品、例えば缶入り清涼飲料水或は缶ビール等の包装に
は使用できない。

【本考案の目的】そこで本考案の目的は、重量物を収容
した場合でも底抜けの心配がなく、缶を収容した場合に
収まりがよい缶包装用袋を提供することにある。また本
考案の他の目的は、加工性が良く、収容物の重量が重か
ったり、袋の素材が十分な強度を有していない場合でも
取り付け部分が破損しにくい缶包装用袋を提供すること
にある。

【本考案の構成】上記問題点を解決し、その目的を達成
するために講じた本考案の構成は次の通りである。即ち
本考案は、袋本体と、この袋本体の上縁部に取付けてあ
る一対の把手と、を備え、上記袋本体は、チューブ状に
形成された柔軟性を有するフィルムまたはシートを内側
に折り込んで設けられた上部折り込み部、及び下部折り
込み部と、左右両端部に設けてある封じ部と、上記上部
折り込み部の谷部を切離して設けられた開口部と、上記
上部折り込み部を含む袋本体の上縁部に向かい合わせに
形成されており、フィルムまたはシートが二枚重ねにな
った補強部と、上記補強部内に挟み込まれている補強板
と、を備え、上記把手は、上記補強部と補強板とを貫い
て固着してある取着具を有し、上記下部折り込み部の折
り込み長さは、缶が二本並べて収容できる長さであり、
上記補強板は、缶を二本並べて二列状態で袋本体に収容
したときに上記封じ部側に形成される封じ部側面とそれ
に続く両側の角部曲面にあたる箇所は除かれている、缶
包装用袋である。本考案でいうチューブ状フィルムまた
はシートとしては、柔軟性を有する合成樹脂製のフィル
ムまたはシート，クラフト紙，更にはこれらの複合物
等、各種の袋素材をチューブ状にしたものをあげること
ができる。補強板の素材としては、紙、合成樹脂等が使
用される。

【実施例】本考案を図面に示した実施例に基づき更に詳
細に説明する。図１は本考案に係る缶包装用袋の一実施
例の斜視図、図２は図１におけるＡ−Ａ端面図、図３は
使用状態を示す斜視図である。符号１０は袋本体で、適
度な柔軟性と強度を有する合成樹脂フィルムまたはシー
トを使用してチューブ状に形成してあり、上下には内側
に折り込まれた上部折り込み部１１及び下部折り込み部
１２が設けられている。上部折り込み部１１は全長にわ
たり谷部１１０が切離されて開口部１３が設けられてい
る。そして、両側端部は溶着されて封じ部１５、１５ａ
が設けられている。上部折り込み部１１の谷部１１０の
切離によって袋本体１０の上部側は合成樹脂フィルムま
たはシートが二枚重ねになった補強部１９が形成されて
いる。
【０００８】補強部１９内には、補強板１６、１６ａが
挟み込まれている。補強板１６、１６ａは厚紙で作られ
ており、補強部１９および補強板１６、１６ａを貫通し
て把手１８、１８ａを取り付けるための取着孔（図示せ
ず）が形成されている。なお、補強板１６、１６ａを封
じ部１５、１５ａを除く補強部１９の全周にわたって設
けると、未使用時には開口部１３の形が整い見た目がき

る方向に作用する。そこで、補強部１９のうち缶を二本

る封じ部側面１７，１７ａとそれに続く両側の角部曲面
１７０，１７０ａにあたる箇所には補強板１６、１６ａ
を除いている。この為開口部１３を広げて缶を収容する
場合に補強板１６、１６ａが開口部１３の広がりを妨げ
ないので缶を収容しやすい。そして、取着孔に取着具１
８１の一部を貫通させて取着固定することにより補強部
１９と補強板１６、１６ａに把手１８、１８ａが取り付
けられている。なお、下部折り込み部１２の折り込み長
さは缶が二本並べて収容できる長さである。
【０００９】（作用）
図１乃至図３を参照して、本実施例の作用を缶ジュース
を例にとり説明する。開口部１３から６本の缶ジュース
Ｃを袋１内に二本ずつ並べて収容する。袋本体１０の封
じ部１５、１５ａは、両側端部に位置しているので、缶
ジュースＣ等の内容物の重量が封じ部１５、１５ａに直
接にかからないので封じ部１５、１５ａの溶着等が不完
全な場合でも底抜けの心配がない。また、把手１８、１
８ａを吊下げたときには補強板１６、１６ａによって荷
重が分散され、飲料物が入った缶のような重量物を収容
した場合でも取着具１８１の取着部が破損するのを防止
できる。また、上部折り込み部１１は、谷部１１０を切
離し開口部１３を設けることによってそのまま補強部１
９を構成するので、従来のように上部を所定の幅だけ内
側へ折り込んで補強部を設けるという工程が不要となり
加工性が良い。更に、下部折り込み部１２の折り込み長
さは缶Ｃが二本並べて収容できる長さであるので缶Ｃを
収容し易く、しかも収容したときに収まりがよい。な

【考案の効果】本考案は、上記構成を有し次の効果を奏
する。
(1) 缶等の収容に際しては、収容物を開口部から収容す
るだけですみ、封入に当って袋を紐状体で縛る必要もな
い。このため袋を縛ることから形成されるしわや変形等
も生じないので見映えが良く、缶の販売促進用袋として
好適である。
(2) チューブ状フィルムまたはシートの上側に上部折り
込み部が設けられ、上部折り込み部の谷部を切離し、開
口部を設けることによって上部折り込み部は、袋本体の
側壁と共にフィルムまたはシートが二枚重ねになった補
強部を構成する。
このため、従来の袋のように上部開口部を所定の幅だけ
内側へ折り込んで補強部を設けるという工程が不要であ
り、加工性が良く、製造コストの低下を図ることができ
る。

は、フィルムまたはシートが二枚重ねになった補強部が
