[Industrial Application Field] This invention has high pressure resistance against stacking pressure.
The present invention also relates to a wrap-around corrugated cardboard box which has excellent transportation and storage efficiency and which prevents the contents from getting caught or being damaged at the body attachment part during cargo handling. [Prior Art] In general, an outer container made of corrugated cardboard has a body flap section connected to the container body connected to the edge of a panel constituting the container body, as shown by the symbol f in Fig. 9, for example. It is in an expanded form.
This body flap f serves as a member that connects the four panels constituting the main body in a rectangular cylindrical shape when assembling the container.
As shown in Figure 8b, the container body is assembled by adhering or stitching to the outer or inner surface of the container. As described above, the body flap f is an essential member in assembling a cardboard container, but if the body flap f is fixed to the outer or inner surface of the container, a protrusion will occur on the outside or inside of the container. [Problem to be solved by the invention] The height (thickness) of the above protrusion is about 3~3.
At 8mm, the absolute value is not that large. However, this protrusion causes the following troubles during transportation and storage of containers. In other words, when a joint portion formed by a body flap f is provided on the outer surface of a container as shown in FIG. is large, so if it accumulates, it has the disadvantage of reducing loading efficiency. Furthermore, when handling, there is a problem in that workability is deteriorated because the body flaps are likely to catch on the protrusion. Not only that, but the above-mentioned protrusion also had an adverse effect on the cosmetic appearance of the container. On the other hand, in the case of Fig. 8b in which the joint part by the body flap f is provided on the inner surface of the container, not only is there a loss in the internal dimension, but also the step part caused by the protrusion if the contents are easily damaged. The contents may be easily damaged by the edges of the In addition, when the joint portion is brought to the top side as shown in Fig. 8c, the thickness t of the body flap causes the left and right height dimensions of the container to differ, resulting in tilting when the containers are stacked. This caused the cargo to collapse. By the way, compressive strength is particularly required for outer containers that store bottles, cans, etc., but the face-to-face compressive strength of cardboard containers is basically the strength of the four upright panels that make up the four sides of the container. Determined by However, when considering the pressure resistance of a wrap-around container having a body flap f as shown in Fig. 9, the panel surface P with the body flap f is actually pushed inward by the vertical load, and eventually As shown in FIG. 9, a phenomenon occurred where the material broke at a level far lower than the strength of the material at the interface XX where the cross-sectional thickness changed. This is thought to be because when a pressure load is applied to the container, a bending moment is applied to the panel surface P with the body flap attached, making the inner panel more likely to bend in the lateral direction. On the other hand, in the case of the container shown in Figure 8c, if the cumulative pressure load is applied as a result of the difference in the height of the left and right sides of the container, the load will not be balanced on the four side panels of the container, but will be applied to two points on the left and right. I had the problem of concentrating on it and having it float in the middle. Therefore, there was a problem in that the items stored in the container were particularly susceptible to damage on the left and right items due to the uneven load described above. Here, the present invention is intended to solve all of the above-mentioned problems. [Means for solving the problem] In other words, in view of the fact that the causes of the various troubles mentioned above are due to the protrusion of the body flap, as a result of intensive research, we have developed a system that eliminates all body flaps and replaces them with By pasting the joint between the top plate and the side plate with tape, we have succeeded in eliminating all of the above problems. That is, the present invention provides a wrap-around type corrugated box in which the box body is formed into a rectangular cylindrical cross section through a bottom plate, a top plate, and at least two side plates, and the top plate is provided on the outside of the ridgeline where the top surface and the side surfaces intersect. It is characterized in that a tape is attached to connect the plate and the side plate, and an opening strip is fixed to the inside of the tape so as to match the ridgeline, and one end of the opening strip is exposed. [Embodiment] Figs. 1 to 6 show a wrap-around cardboard box 1 showing an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a developed view of the same, in which numeral 11 is the bottom plate, 12 is the side plate disposed on both sides of the bottom plate in the longitudinal direction, 13 is the top plate extended from the edge of the side plate, and 14
and 15 are folding flaps formed on both upper and lower edges of the bottom plate, side plates, and top plate. Further, on the surface of the top plate 13, for example, perforations or half-cut lines 18, 18, which can be easily separated, are vertically symmetrically formed. FIG. 6 shows that in order to connect the top plate and the side plate,
It shows a tape 16 that is adhered to the outer surface of the tape 16, and the base material is made of kraft paper as an example. At the center of one side of this tape, along the longitudinal direction, a tear strip 17 is fixed with a hot melt adhesive, etc., as shown in the figure, and on other parts, an adhesive 1 is attached.
9 is applied. Using a cardboard panel with the developed shape as described above, the side plates 12, 12 and the top plate 13 are sequentially folded and assembled into a square tube shape in cross section to form a body, and then the tape 16 is attached to the top plate. Attach it on the ridgeline where it intersects with the side plate as shown in Figure 1. That is, the tape is attached to the top and side surfaces of the box so that the opening strip 17 fixed to the inside of the tape matches the ridgeline. In that case, one end of the opening strip should be exposed so as to protrude beyond the end of the tape so that it can be used as a photo shoot. The above-mentioned unsealing strip can be made of twisted yarn made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, but is not limited thereto; for example, a narrow tape made of plastic or the like can be used. In addition, the folding flaps 15, 15 formed on both ends of the left and right side plates 12, 12 are folded inward, and the folding flaps 14, 14 extending from both the top and bottom surfaces are folded and glued on the outside. The box 1 shown in FIG. 1 is completed. According to the present invention constructed as described above, the body flap, which is a joint member that connects the four panels that make up the box body in a rectangular tube shape, is completely eliminated, and the top plate and side plates are pasted with craft tape. As a result, the thickness of the joint portion is significantly reduced. As a result, when such boxes are transported and stored in a pile, the thickness of the joint part does not reduce loading efficiency, and the boxes do not get caught on the protrusion of the body flap during handling. Handling of the body becomes easier and the aesthetic appearance of the packaged product is also improved. Moreover, according to the present invention, when the load during stacking is applied to the top surface of the box, the load is distributed in a well-balanced manner to the side walls around the four sides of the container, and the surface with the body flap is (See Figure 9)
Buckling does not occur as in the case of However, this is because bending moments that adversely affect the pressure resistance of the box are not generated on the side surfaces provided with the body flap of the present invention. Therefore, the stress is not concentrated on the surface where the body flap is attached, and the load is applied evenly to the four upright panels.
This improves the pressure resistance of the box. When tests were conducted on the strength characteristics of the containers, the following results were obtained for the product of the present invention as shown in FIG. 1, which was formed using A-tier double-sided cardboard, and the conventional product.

[Table] As is clear from the above test results, when comparing the packaging strength of the present product and the conventional product, there is almost no difference between the two except for the vertical compressive strength. As shown, the vertical compressive strength increased by approximately 12%. By the way, in the embodiment described above, the cut line 18 is provided on the surface of the top plate 13, so when opening the package, first pull the opening line 17 without peeling off the tape, and then cut the craft tape 16 as shown in FIG. Separate the top and bottom. Next, by picking up the top plate 13 and tearing the cut line 18, the box can be opened from the top in a very simple manner and the items inside can be taken out, as shown in FIG. 4a. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4b, the outer flap 14
By weakly adhering the container and the inner flap 15, a container can be obtained in which the entire top surface of the outer flap can be opened without requiring an opening zipper. [Effects of the invention] As detailed above, the present invention completely eliminates the body flap, which was considered an essential component in the conventional idea, for corrugated wrap-around containers, and adds a A tape is attached to connect the top plate and the side plate, and an opening strip is fixed to the inside of the tape so as to match the ridge line, and one end of the opening strip is exposed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the protrusion of the body flap, which was the cause of various troubles during distribution cargo handling, is eliminated, loading efficiency, workability, and aesthetics are improved, and the protrusion improves the content. No property will be damaged. Moreover, according to the present invention, the buckling phenomenon that tends to occur on the mating surfaces of the body flaps due to accumulated pressure can be prevented, and the pressure resistance strength of the container can be improved. Furthermore, since the body flap is completely unnecessary, excellent practical effects such as cost reduction can be achieved in that packaging materials are saved.
