[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] The base material A 'for heating floor construction has a cushion layer 3 on the lower surface.
Therefore, even if it lays directly on the concrete slab 4, it can absorb the unevenness of the concrete slab 4 and construct it.
Since the adjacent heating floor construction base material A 'is not connected, a step D may be formed between the adjacent heating floor construction base materials A' as shown in FIG. If the step D is formed, a gap S may be formed between the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 2 and the floor finishing material 7, and if the gap S is formed, heat is not easily transmitted to the floor finishing material 7, resulting in poor thermal efficiency. there were.

[Function] The heating floor construction base material A is laid out on the concrete slab 4 and the adjacent heating floor construction base material A is connected to the female seed 8 and the male seed 8.
Connected by fitting. Accordingly, even if the floor finishing material 7 is stuck on the upper surface of the adjacent heating floor construction base material A so that there is no gap therebetween, heat can be smoothly transferred. Further, the heat equalizing plate 2 provided on the upper surface of the base material 1 is formed by the divided plate 2a divided into a plurality of sheets, and a gap is provided at a joint between the plurality of divided plates 2a, so that the heat equalizing plate 2 is thermally expanded. Construction can be performed with high precision without absorbing expansion and contraction and causing unevenness on the surface side of the heat equalizing plate 2.

[Example] The base material A for heating floor construction is mainly composed of a base material 1, a heat equalizing plate 2 stacked on the upper surface of the base material 1, and a cushion layer 3 stacked on the lower surface of the base material 1, The base material 1 is provided with a female nut 8 on one side end and a male nut 9 on the other side end. The base substrate 1 is formed of a material such as foamed polyurethane, but in the case of this embodiment, the side end on which the female seeds 8 and the male seeds 9 are provided requires strength, so Side member 10 made of strong material
The female member 8 and the male member 9 are formed on the side member 10. Examples of the material of the side member 10 include low-foamed polyurethane and other resins. In the case of this embodiment, the female nut 8 and the male nut 9 are provided at the side ends parallel to the longitudinal direction.
It may be provided at the end parallel to the short direction. As the soaking plate 2, a steel plate, an aluminum plate, or the like is used. The heat equalizing plate 2 is formed of a plurality of divided plates 2a, and is attached by joining the plurality of divided plates 2a. The length l of the divided plate 2a is about 300 mm, is provided with a gap d 1 the seam. The d 1 of the gap be about 1 mm, soaking plate 2 is made to be able to absorb the expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction by thermal expansion at the gap. Also around the divider plate 2a of the soaking plate 2 is provided with a gap d 2 relative to the periphery of the base substrate 1. Clearance of d 2 is 1 to 10 mm. The heat equalizing plate 2 is provided with a U-shaped concave groove 5 in the longitudinal direction, and the concave groove 5 is embedded in the base material 1. The cushion layer 3 is provided to absorb irregularities of the concrete slab 4 and to reduce floor vibrations downstairs, and is made of soft urethane foam, foam rubber, or the like. The dimensions of each part of the heating floor construction base material A formed as described above are, for example, 90 mm in length L.
0-1800 mm, width W is 300 mm, and height H is 30-50 mm.

When the heating floor is constructed, the heating floor construction base material A is first arranged on the concrete slab 4 so that the cushion layer 3 faces down. The male 9 is fitted. The fitting of the female nut 8 and the male nut 9 makes the upper surface of the base material A for heating floor construction even. The hot water circulation pipe 6 extends along the groove 5 of the heat equalizing plate 2.
And a floor finishing material 7 made of a wooden material is stuck on the heat equalizing plate 2. The heating floor constructed in this way is a hot water circulation pipe 6
The floor finish 7 through the soaking plate 2 by passing hot water through
Heat is transmitted to the room, and the room is heated.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, the heat equalizing plate is laminated on the upper surface of the base material, so that heat can be uniformly transmitted to the floor finishing material stuck on the heat equalizing plate. The cushion layer is laminated on the lower surface of the slab, so it can absorb irregularities even when directly laid on the concrete slab, and can be placed directly on the concrete slab, keeping the floor height low (specifically about 40 to 70 mm) It is also possible to provide a female nut at one side end of the base material and to provide a male mating female at the other side end of the base material. The base material can be joined by fitting with the female seed, so that there is no step between adjacent base materials for heating floor construction, especially side members that are stronger than the base material on both sides of the base material. Since the female member and male member are provided on this side member, the female member By increasing the strength of the joint part, there is no step difference, and when the floor finishing material is pasted on the soaking plate, there is no gap between the floor finishing material and the soaking plate Heat is transmitted smoothly and thermal efficiency is improved. In addition, since the heat equalizing plate provided on the upper surface of the base substrate is formed of a plurality of divided plates and a gap is provided at the joint of the plurality of divided plates In addition, it is possible to absorb the expansion and contraction due to the thermal expansion of the soaking plate and to perform the work with high precision without causing unevenness on the surface side of the soaking plate.
